Kali embraces Ved, declaring their union as husband and wife. Ved, snapping out of a trance, violently pushes her away and demands she stay away from him. When Kali asserts her rights as his wife, Ved coldly rejects her and tries to leave. Kali stops him, vowing that their “drama has just begun.”
To torment Aarti, Kali calls her to gloat about her first night with Ved, claiming he will now “draw her painting.” She boasts that Ved will protect her and that Aarti is powerless. Aarti, however, is focused on justice for Anjali and Aman’s murder, coldly telling her mother Padma that Ved is occupied with his suhaagraat (wedding night) with Kali.
Meanwhile, Ved infuriates Kali by painting a portrait of Aarti instead of her. Enraged, Kali tears the canvas apart and vows to rip Aarti out of Ved’s heart forever.
The next day, Aarti prepares for court, where she has named Raghav as a suspect in Aman’s murder. Raghav, accompanied by Vaibhav and Abhay, confronts her at Anjali’s house. Aarti accuses Raghav of knowing the truth but defending the real murderer, Uday Rajyavanshi, for money.
The confrontation turns hostile. Raghav raises his hand at Padma, but Aarti catches it, defending her mother. When Vaibhav scolds her for disrespecting her grandfather, Aarti severs all familial ties, stating she is now only “Aarti Awasti.” She stands her ground, accusing Raghav of being capable of anything for money, citing his past support of Yuvraj when Padma was molested, and firmly calls him a murderer.
Precap: Anjali, Aarti, Padma, and Ganesh arrive at the spot where the tragic accident took place 21 years ago—an incident that left Aman dead and Anjali paralyzed. Overcome with memories, Anjali struggles to speak, but no words come out. Seeing her distress, Aarti gently asks what happened, while Padma suggests that Anjali might be recalling her past.
Just then, Ganesh receives a call from the murderer, taunting him by asking if he remembers his voice. Shocked, Ganesh informs Aarti about it. When Aarti checks the number, she is stunned to see it belongs to Aman Singh Rajput. She immediately suspects that someone from the Rajput family is behind the call, since only they had access to Aman’s phone number.
