Anjali hands Raghav his outfit, prompting him to comment on her unexpected appearance in a saree, joking that she’s swapped her law books for clothing. In response, Anjali cryptically says one shouldn’t cross a lion in the wild—adding that the lion may have entered the cage willingly, but it can leave whenever it pleases.
Sadhika arrives and questions Anjali’s tone with Raghav, accusing her of treating her father-in-law like a courtroom opponent. Anjali counters that Raghav initiated the argument, and states she’s only involved in the wedding for Mehek’s sake—otherwise, she wouldn’t have participated.
Elsewhere, Padma confronts a man named Prakash, who introduces himself as the person who burned his wife alive and now intends to kill Padma with the help of Yuvraj and Chandraman. He renders her unconscious using chloroform and abducts her, unaware that Sapna witnesses the act and immediately pursues him in an auto.
Back at the house, Gaurav confronts Raghav, pointing out that Anjali is fulfilling her duties as a daughter-in-law and deserves respect. He then sarcastically remarks that Raghav will be remembered for choosing someone like Yuvraj for Mehek. Gini intervenes, telling Gaurav to stop rubbing salt in wounds. She informs Raghav that the press has arrived and sarcastically adds that the headline will read how Anjali is marrying off her sister-in-law to Yuvraj—as though she’s sold herself. Raghav, clearly affected, goes to get ready.
Meanwhile, Sapna tries calling Anjali, but Bhajan answers her phone. Mistaking him for Anjali, Sapna urgently informs him that Padma has been kidnapped. Bhajan silently ends the call and switches off the phone. When Sanya enters and questions him, he claims he’s looking for Raghav. Sanya tells him Raghav is welcoming Yuvraj and grows suspicious upon seeing Anjali’s phone in Bhajan’s hand, suspecting something is wrong.
Later, Yuvraj expresses his desire for Anjali to perform his Aarti. Ginni supports the idea and encourages Sadhika to agree, making a pointed comment as tensions simmer beneath the surface.
Precap: Raghav asks Anjali to perform the Aarti for Yuvraj, but Anjali firmly warns him not to test her patience. Unfazed, Raghav retorts, “The real test begins now,” adding a sharp remark that deepens the tension between them.
