Anjali confronts Pankaj, accusing him of failing in his duty and reminding him that she doesn’t tolerate defeat. She firmly tells him to come to the hospital, stating she won’t leave any stone unturned in Padma’s case. Nurse Ratna claims ignorance, but Anjali suspects her, demanding to know how she could be involved. Ratna insists on her innocence, explaining she handed the tray over only because someone falsely claimed the doctor was calling her. This raises Anjali’s suspicion toward Nurse Antara.
Meanwhile, Pankaj scolds a constable for negligence, upset that Anjali questioned his integrity. Anjali arrives, reprimands the constable, and threatens legal action for his failure. The constable claims he went to the washroom, but Anjali calls his excuse a lie. She then demands that Ratna’s statement be recorded in her presence. Pankaj resists, asserting his role as the investigating officer, but Anjali insists, citing the repeated threats to Padma’s life and the need for complete transparency. She also requests Vidhyut’s statement and a chargesheet against him.
Raghav questions Antara about the missing medicine tray, but she denies any involvement. Pankaj begins recording statements, prompting Anjali to object, accusing Antara of lying and asserting that Ratna is being wrongly blamed. She pleads to interrogate Antara herself, but Pankaj refuses. Anjali then challenges his motives, reminding him of his father Constable Parimal Purohit’s values and asking if he’s being blackmailed. Pankaj becomes emotional and is about to reveal something when Vidhyut arrives to take statements. Pankaj remains silent and leaves, while Ratna confides in Anjali, who assures her of support.
Aman calls Anjali, urging her to join the family celebration at his home. Raghav joins the call, excitedly telling her about their special desi-style plans. Anjali smiles, momentarily lifted by their warmth amidst the tension.
