Pankaj questions Aarti on why she hasn’t filed an FIR after goons attacked Ganesh and presses her about her whereabouts during the incident. Aarti explains she had gone to the Rajput family to secure Anjali’s place and, along with Anjali, witnessed Yuvraj and Mehek’s engagement.
When asked about the attackers, Aarti reveals that finding out who sent them is more crucial than identifying the goons. She memorized nine digits from a phone number found on one of them before it was snatched back. By trying the last digit combinations and making Ganesh listen to the voices, she confirmed her suspicion. To Pankaj’s shock, Aarti reveals that the person behind the attack on Ganesh is the same one who tried to kill her 21 years ago.
Pankaj dials the number, and Yuvraj answers. On hearing ACP Pankaj’s name, Yuvraj panics, immediately hangs up, and switches off his phone. While Pankaj vows to trace the number, Yuvraj grows anxious that Aarti has exposed him just days before his marriage to Mehek.
Elsewhere, Uday and Pratap gift Kali an elaborate Kundan necklace, claiming it came from Raghav. Kali insists she will only wear it if Ved places it on her. Though Ved resists, Kali threatens to reveal to Aarti how the Rajyvanshi family and Yuvraj are tied to her father’s murder. Forced by Uday’s orders, Ved reluctantly puts the necklace on her.
Kali then calls Aarti, boasting that Ved not only adorned her with the necklace but also confessed his love. Ved immediately snatches the phone, clarifies to Aarti that he never said such a thing, and affirms that he loves only her. However, under Kali’s pressure, he disconnects the call, leaving Aarti shaken.
Precap: During the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in her neighborhood, Aarti is stunned when Ved applies red color to her forehead. When she questions him, Ved openly declares that he loves her and considers her his true wife. In front of everyone, he announces that his marriage with Kali is fake. As Ved attempts to fill Aarti’s hairline with sindoor, Kali steps in between them, stopping him.
