Raghav asks Aarti if she’s all right after the recent incident. Aarti assures him she’s fine but reveals that Kali had plotted to kill her — calling her to the market and sending men to attack her. She proudly adds that she fought back and taught them a lesson, proving that she will never be defeated. Deeply worried, Raghav tells Aarti not to step out of the house again, as he cannot afford to lose her — she is his son’s last hope. He promises to handle Kali legally and asks her to stay home until the engagement. Raghav then instructs his son to file an attempted-murder case against Kali, vowing that justice will prevail.
Meanwhile, Pankaj brings Ravi to Anjali and reveals that Ravi was the driver of the truck that caused the accident involving Aman and Anjali 21 years ago. Curious, Anjali asks if Ravi sustained any burns during the explosion. Pankaj explains that Ravi escaped by jumping out just before the crash and later began pretending to be deaf and mute. Suspicious, Anjali suggests conducting a medical test.
Determined to expose Ravi’s deception, Anjali asks Pankaj for one of his bullets, saying time is running out. Although hesitant, Pankaj hands her his service revolver. To provoke Ravi, Anjali dramatically points the gun at her own head and cries that she no longer wishes to live. As Pankaj rushes to stop her, Anjali fires a shot near Ravi, who screams in fear. She triumphantly declares that his reaction proves he can hear and speak. Pankaj commends her for her quick thinking.
Under interrogation, Anjali demands that Ravi reveal who paid him to kill Aman. When he refuses, Pankaj slaps him and threatens more severe action. Ravi admits he was paid ₹1 lakh to cause the accident but claims he doesn’t know the mastermind’s name. However, when asked if he can recognize the person, Ravi says yes. Anjali then decides to bring him to Aarti’s Diwali engagement, convinced that he can identify her husband’s killer there. She warns Ravi against escaping or facing ACP Pankaj’s wrath.
Later, Pankaj receives a call and informs Anjali that Aarti has filed a complaint accusing Kali of orchestrating the morning attack at the market. Back home, Anjali confronts Kali about her whereabouts during the attack. Kali insists she was home, but Padma interjects that she wasn’t — she went to call Kali for lunch and found the house empty. Pressed for answers, Kali claims she went to the Hanuman temple to pray for Ved. Anjali demands to know why Aarti accused her if she was innocent, but Kali dismisses the accusation as a false complaint and hurls insults at Aarti and Charita. Enraged, Anjali warns her not to disrespect them and presses her to name the temple she visited.
Padma accuses Kali of putting on a show of tears. Kali retorts bitterly that Aarti’s family will never understand her emotions and threatens to leave the house. Anjali stops her and reveals that Aarti has filed an attempted-murder complaint against her. Kali calls it a conspiracy between Aarti and Raghav. Padma urges Anjali to call Aarti to confirm the facts, but Anjali refuses, vowing to confront the truth herself at Aarti and Ved’s engagement on Diwali night.
Soon after, Ved calls Anjali and accuses her of defending a woman who tried to harm his fiancée. He says Aarti was nearly killed and pleads with Anjali to believe her. Furious, he says she worships the law more than her own family and is being unjust to Aarti and Raghav. Anjali, holding back her emotions, replies that she knows the pain of injustice and warns Ved that the upcoming engagement will uncover the truth behind her and Aman’s suffering. She ends the call determinedly.
Aarti then asks Ved what his mother said. Ved explains that Anjali refuses to withdraw the case, calling her “a devotee of the law.” He begs Aarti not to leave the house, confessing that he couldn’t bear to lose her. Moved by his love, Aarti assures him of her faith, and the two share an emotional embrace, reaffirming their love and unity amidst the turmoil.
Precap: The Rajput and Rajyavanshi families assemble to celebrate Ved and Aarti’s pre-engagement ceremony. Anjali informs Pankaj that everyone will be present for the Diwali function and reveals her plan to bring Ravi there so he can identify the man who hired him. She explains that while Ravi doesn’t know the person’s name, he can recognize his face. Padma pleads with Anjali not to disrupt Ved and Aarti’s special day, reminding her that Aarti is her daughter. Anjali firmly responds that her only mission is to uncover Aman’s killer and ensure he faces justice.
