Actress Additi Gupta who was last in ‘Kaal Bhairav Rahasya Season 2’ is all set to return to TV with her new show Dhadkan. The promo for the show is already out and is garnering lots of love from the audience.
In a recent interview with BT, Additi talked about it and shared, “My new show is a medical drama; it is not a typical daily soap. This show is all about how women bosses and employees have to face discrimination at work. I think it is about time that we start a conversation around this. It is not only the medical field but in many sectors. I too have faced something like this in my life but I am glad that I am doing something which will bring this issue to the fore.”
Talking about returning to Mumbai she said, “I was there with my family and I auditioned for this show from there. But as soon as I read the script I knew that this is something I have to do. When I shifted back to Mumbai from Goa recently, I was wondering if I was doing the right thing. But as soon as I was on the sets, I was all okay,”.
When asked about her married life, she shared, “Life has been pretty amazing after I got married. But I am a private person and I like to keep it that way. I don’t share things easily, sometimes not even with my closest friends. Also, in today’s times, people constantly keep judging and offering their opinions which sometimes are not required,”
