Television actor Vineet Raina is gearing up to exchange vows with Apeksha Raina, a nurse from Jammu, on November 27 in their hometown. The couple, who met over three years ago in Jammu, decided to advance their wedding plans from the originally intended date in 2024. The wedding ceremony is set to follow Kashmiri Hindu rituals.
While Vineet remained unavailable for comment, an inside source shared, “Vineet and Apeksha developed an instant liking for each other. They chose to let their relationship evolve gradually and organically. Originally planning to marry in the latter part of 2024, they decided to advance their big day. The wedding is being planned according to the Kashmiri Hindu rituals. It’s nice that Vineet is giving both love and marriage a second chance.”
Vineet Raina, known for his roles in popular television shows such as “Sindoor Tere Naam Ka,” “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein,” and “Choti Sarrdaarni,” had previously been married to actress Tanushree Kaushal. The couple divorced two years after their marriage in 2011.
In a chat early last year, Vineet expressed his desire to settle down and mentioned that his parents were actively involved in finding a suitable match for him. He stated, “My parents are looking for a bride for me, and are hopeful about me making progress in my personal life this year. I trust them and have given them the charge completely. They are meeting people. While things may not have progressed yet, I think I will meet someone special soon given the vibe I am getting from them. I am focusing on settling on the personal front. Until then, I want to work.”
