Actor Pearl V Puri has been arrested by the police on June 4th in an old case that was filed at Waliv police station in 2019 in the Mira Bhayander Commissionerate. Pearl was produced in court on June 5 where his plea for bail was rejected and he is sent for 14 days of remand. The actor is booked for rape and molestation under the section of The Protection of Children from s*xual Offences (POCSO) Act.
According to DCP Sanjay Patil Zone 2, Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar (MBVV), “Pearl has been sent to a judicial custody for 14 days and he has not been granted bail,”
While the actor is in remand, many celebs are coming to his support and saying that he can’t do anything like this. Some are also saying that he is framed.
Actress Karishma Tanna who is also Pearl’s friend shared a photo with him on her social media handle and wrote, “Satyamev Jayate. Truth wins and he did win. #gotbail @pearlvpuri #istandwithpearl #truthneverhides #pvp (sic)”

The things Ekta said clearly states that Pearl is innocent 😭 He’s been framed by a guy who didn’t want his wife to work in the industry… I hope truth will be out soon. I never supported any criminal, but this time things seem different. I hope truth gets out soon. I am feeling so bad for Pearl.
