Actor Abhinav Kohli and Shweta Tiwari have been going public with their fights for a while now. Now recently, Abinav has moved the court for the cancellation of interim bail of his estranged wife Shweta Tiwari. The actor’s lawyer Swapna Kode when contacted said, “Shweta had gone away to South Africa for a shooting without informing the court. We have moved the court and hearing of the case wherein she has to file a reply in the case.”
Abhinav Kohli has also moved the court for his child’s custody and the hearing of the case is on Wednesday. He also brought light to the matter that Shweta now her lawyer has responded to the legal notice sent to them. He had shared several videos on social media wherein he informed his fans and followers about the turns the case is taking in it’s proceedings.
For the unversed, Abhinav had accused actress Shweta Tiwari of leaving their son Reyansh alone in a hotel and flying off to work as she had to shoot for her show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in Cape Town. Moreover, he has also cited that Shweta snatched his son from him.
In reply to his allegations, the Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actress had shared a video of Abhinav allegedly assaulting her in their society area. The events in the video also showed Reyansh being scared of his father. The actress deleted the video later.
In the recent past, Abhinav had posted a video and blamed Shweta for keeping his son away from him on Father’s Day.
