The Episode starts with Sumedh helping Arvind. Rukmani asks the waiter to let her check the footage. Sumedh calls Rukmani. He says your number was saved in the emergency contact, he suffered a heart attack. She is shocked. He asks her to come to city hospital. She runs from there. Sumedh talks to the nurse. He says I promised his daughter, I wont let anything happen to him. She calls him an angel. She says you wait outside. Sumedh says you are the real angel who saved many likes, please save him, he is someone’s father, the family shatters when a child loses his father. He prays. He recalls Vijay’s death. Rukmani comes to the hospital and asks for Arvind. She rushes. Mama calls Sumedh and asks where did you go. Sumedh says a man suffered a heart attack, I took him to the hospital, I will come once his daughter comes here. Mama asks him to come home. Kesar says no, you be there, no one should lose a father, we can bear loss at the store, you be there. Sumedh says sure. She says tell me if you need any help. Rukmani runs to see Arvind. Nurse asks is he your dad. She cries. The family comes. Rukmani consoles Sonal. Ward boy asks Sumedh to give the patient’s belongings to his daughter. Sumedh asks nurse about Rukmani. He goes to the temple. He sees Rukmani crying and praying for her dad. She says there is no bigger sorrow than losing parents, I have lost my mum, if I lose my dad, then I will break down, make him fine, he is our world. Sumedh keeps the clothes there and writes a note. He learns. She turns and sees the clothes and note. She reads it. She cries and gets emotional. Arvind gets conscious. Bua says Piyush and Rukmani have gone to meet the doctor. Doctor says your dad has 80% blockage, he will get fine after a surgery, you have to be careful, he doesn’t get physical and mental stress. Rukmani says I understand. She says I don’t want anything in my life. Piyus asks did you get any proof at the café. She says I got the news and left from there. Arvind talks to Bua and Sonal. He asks who is the guy. Bua says we will talk later, take rest. Arvind says I have less time now. Sonal says don’t say that. Bua shows Sumedh’s pic and says how shall I tell him that he is a Chaiwala. Arvind recalls Sumedh. He says he is a very nice guy. Bua asks do you know him. Arvind says I met him, he is special.
Rukmani and Piyush come. Arvind says I want to hug you three once. He hugs them. Nurse says let him take rest. Arvind stops Rukmani for a talk.
