Ayaan confides in Meera about everything that has happened, including his growing doubts about Varun. He becomes offended when Meera looks at him with suspicion. He insists that Varun is trying to create a rift between them, but Meera refuses to believe it, pointing out that Ayaan has no proof to support his claims. However, she admits that something strange is definitely happening in the hotel. Ayaan suggests they speak to the Iyers to learn more about Varun, and Meera agrees.
Later, Priya approaches Ayaan and Meera, requesting a room change because her current room faces the jungle. She’s frightened after spotting a snake earlier. They assure her they’ll help, and while Ayaan steps away, Meera assists Priya in shifting rooms. During this, Meera is shocked to find a hoodie in Priya’s bag and questions her. Priya offers excuses but also mentions Varun, which raises Meera’s suspicion further.
Meanwhile, Ayaan meets with Varun’s parents, hoping to speak to Varun about sightseeing suggestions. However, Padma firmly asks him not to bring up Varun. Sensing her discomfort, Ayaan presses for answers, but Ram intervenes and asks him to leave. Just then, Meera calls, prompting Ayaan to go.
Ayaan later tells Meera that his suspicion about Varun has intensified after the interaction with the Iyers. But Meera now believes that Priya might be the Icchadhari Naagin, having seen the hoodie in her luggage. This leads to an argument between the two. After Ayaan leaves, Meera calls Ishani and learns that she is currently in the kitchen with Priya—the same person she saw the night before. Alarmed, Meera rushes to Priya’s room, takes the hoodie, and heads to meet Ishani. However, Ayaan calls her to the storeroom, where she is shocked to find Bani’s dead body. Ayaan insists that Varun is the Icchadhari Naag.
Meera receives another call from Ishani, who asks her to come to the kitchen. Before Meera can reach, a snake appears and attacks Ishani, rendering her unconscious. Meera finds her and is relieved when Ishani regains consciousness. Ayaan also arrives, and the two continue to argue over whether Varun or Priya is the real threat.
Ayaan proposes they uncover the motive behind the Icchadhari Naag or Naagin’s presence in their hotel. A flashback reveals that Rudra Prathap Chaudhary once took possession of the Nagmani, despite Savitri’s warning to leave it alone.
In the present, Meera and Ayaan separately confront Padma and Priya. Meera’s questioning about snakes makes Padma visibly anxious, while Ayaan uses fire to test Priya’s reaction, and she panics—fueling their suspicions even more.
