Madhumati is stunned to witness Rudra Prathap embracing another woman and, in a fit of rage, kills the woman—leaving Rudra Prathap horrified. In the present, Ayaan offers his attackers his soul in exchange for freedom from Dakini’s hold, which stems from his past life. As the spirit releases him, Ayaan pleads for help from another soul.
Meanwhile, Ishani grows anxious as Meera’s pulse weakens, but Sadhurika reminds her of Ayaan’s vow to bring Meera back safely. She encourages Meera to fight Dakini. In a dreamlike state, Meera wakes up locked in a room, calling out to her loved ones. She hears anklet sounds and sees Madhumati—now revealed as Dakini—approaching. Meera demands to be freed, but Dakini unveils her plan to erase Meera from her and Ayaan’s lives.
Elsewhere, a child’s spirit leads Ayaan through the spirit world, revealing that Dakini has captured many souls. Ayaan sees Rudra Prathap’s portrait just before Dakini appears, claiming she waited a century for him. She strangles him, accusing him of past betrayal. Ayaan, accepting his past life as Rudra Prathap, pleads for Meera’s release.
Dakini reveals a portrait of Meera, and Ayaan realizes she is the reincarnation of Savitri—the woman he once loved. Flashbacks show Rudra Prathap falling for Savitri and embracing her, only for Madhumati to stab her from behind in jealousy. Ayaan is shattered by this revelation.
Back in the present, Arnab demands Bablu open the door to save Ayaan, but Bablu insists on keeping Ayaan’s promise. Ayaan, meanwhile, finds Meera and breaks open the door to rescue her. They embrace, and Ayaan confesses his century-old love. Meera returns his love, recalling Debashish’s words about their destined bond. As they share a heartfelt moment, Dakini—enraged—approaches them with a knife, while Ayaan is haunted by memories of Meera’s past death.
