Worried about Supriya’s silence, Meera and Ayaan plan to check on her. Meanwhile, at Lalita’s house, a trapped Supriya is threatened after being caught trying to contact her husband, Siresh. Back with Meera, the spirit of Purnima appears, leaving a cryptic clue about a doll just as Ishani is seen crafting a voodoo doll with Meera’s photo.
Ayaan takes a distraught Meera to find Supriya. At Lalita’s, Supriya and Siresh manage to leave with their son, Chotu, for an outing. Meera and Ayaan spot Lalita in the market and follow her, but she traps Meera in a room. After escaping, Meera and Ayan discover a burning voodoo doll containing Siresh’s photo. They realize Lalita is the legendary Koyna Chudail and that she has possessed Siresh, causing him to drive recklessly. They desperately contact Supriya in the car. Despite her fears, Supriya heeds their pleas and jumps from the vehicle with Chotu just before a fatal crash kills Siresh.
In the aftermath, Ayaan and Meera comfort Supriya and urge her never to return. Their relief is short-lived when Supriya discovers her jewelry is missing, signaling that Koyna Chudail’s threat is far from over. Recalling Baba Ji’s warnings, a disturbed Meera and Ayaan are left to dread the witch’s next move.
