Lalita secretly uses a doll with Meera’s photos to control her, leaving Meera uneasy though she brushes it off before Ayaan. Worried, Ayaan senses something wrong. At Lalita’s house, her annoyance at Chotu’s cries draws Ishani inside, where she discovers the doll that holds Meera’s image.
Meanwhile, at the hotel, Ayaan confides in Meera about learning from Prerna and Purnima’s husband that Lalita is not truly their mother. His concern deepens when Meera reveals Lalita entered her room the previous night. Back at her home, Lalita notices the missing doll and realizes Ishani has taken it. Although Ishani unknowingly saves Meera, Lalita vows that Supriya will not escape her.
Soon, the spirits of Prerna and Purnima appear before Meera, insisting on their innocence. Overcome with pain, she collapses as Ayaan rushes to her aid. Baba arrives and reveals the horrifying truth: Lalita is the dreaded Koyna Chudail, who kills to collect jewellery. Once she amasses enough, her power will become unstoppable. Shocked, Meera fears for Supriya’s safety.
At home, Lalita gloats that filling her jewellery box requires Supriya’s death, and she prepares for black magic. Determined to stop her, Ayaan remains with Baba to find a solution while Meera rushes to Supriya. Ishani crosses her path, returning with Chotu’s doll, but Meera, unaware, warns her not to visit the house and leaves in haste. Ishani enters with the doll, still holding Lalita’s weapon of control.
Later, Lalita spies on Supriya but instead comes face-to-face with Meera. Meera boldly questions her lack of grief over her daughter-in-law’s death. Angered, Lalita magically chokes Meera and warns her to stay away. Meanwhile, Ayaan manages to take Supriya with him, but when Meera returns to confront Lalita, she is stunned as Lalita smugly reveals Supriya is already back at her house under her control.
On her way back, Meera again encounters Prerna’s spirit but grows increasingly frustrated at the unclear warnings. She shares her confusion with Ayaan and scolds him for sending Supriya back to Lalita. Though Ayaan insists Supriya promised to meet them with her family, Meera doubts Lalita will ever let her go. Back at her home, Lalita laughs menacingly, certain of her growing power.
Precap: Meera grows anxious when Supriya doesn’t answer her calls. Meanwhile, Lalita takes control of Supriya’s husband, who is driving a car with Supriya and Chotu inside, leaving Supriya shocked and fearful.
