Ayaan’s evil side tempts him to accept the Naagmani, but just then Ishani rushes in, crying that someone has taken Meera. Startled, Ayaan leaves the room. Outside, he hears Meera’s faint cries for help. He glances at the Naagmani, torn, but Ishani’s sobbing shakes him. He promises her that he will bring Meera back safely and instructs her to stay inside her room, keeping the rudraksh with her for protection. Ishani obeys, while Ayaan departs.
On his way, Ayaan tells himself that Meera would never leave the hotel so late at night on her own. He eventually finds her but notices she stands motionless, unresponsive. He urges her to return, saying Ishani is worried, but she doesn’t move. Soon, Padma appears, and Ayaan realizes Meera is under her control. He demands Padma release her, but instead, Padma smirks and commands Meera to end her own life. Terrified, Ayaan begs Meera to resist the influence, but she blindly follows Padma’s orders.
Ram arrives, mocking Ayaan, declaring that Meera will only obey Padma. Desperate, Ayaan threatens them with the Naagmani, but the Iyers turn Meera into their shield, demanding that he surrender the gem. To save Meera, Ayaan agrees to remove the Naagmani ring. Dakini’s voice echoes in his head, urging him not to, telling him to let Meera die instead. But after a painful struggle, Ayaan manages to remove the ring, collapsing unconscious.
The Iyers rejoice, finally claiming the Naagmani. Deciding not to kill Ayaan and Meera immediately, they say their deaths will come in due time. Ram uses the Naagmani to burn every book of knowledge about the gem, ensuring no one can oppose them. Ishani secretly witnesses this and is horrified.
After the Iyers depart, Meera regains her senses and is shocked to find Ayaan unconscious. As she tries to wake him, Ayaan has a disturbing dream of Meera bleeding from her eyes. Relieved to see her unharmed when he wakes, he’s shaken—but Meera taunts him bitterly for his reckless choice.
Meanwhile, Varun and Priya, still imprisoned, beg the Iyers to free them since they already have the Naagmani. But the Iyers laugh cruelly, revealing their plan to kill Varun and Priya to absorb even greater power.
Back with Ayaan and Meera, she lashes out at him for ignoring her warnings and making matters worse. She blames his decision for empowering the evil Iyers further. Though Ayaan apologizes, Meera refuses to forgive him and tries to walk away. Desperate, Ayaan pleads with her to hear him out, insisting that Varun and Priya can help them fight back. Meera scoffs, reminding him of his betrayal of the Naagvansh in his past life and his treatment of them earlier. Ayaan admits they won’t help him, but insists they will help her. He begs Meera to stand by his side one last time so they can put an end to the Iyers and make everything right.
Precap: Meera boldly challenges the Iyers, provoking them to become even more determined to kill Varun and Priya. Filled with dread, Priya voices her fear that the Iyers will inevitably find a way to reach them. Meanwhile, a possessed Ishani strikes by shutting off the power box, plunging the place into confusion and leaving Ayaan and the others unsettled in the sudden darkness.
