A Quest for the Heart – Episode 2 (The second meeting)

Hi all, I am going to try and write every 2 days or so because I need to balance my assignments as well as writing but don’t worry I will continue the story and will continue to watch the show too. Hope you all enjoy today’s episode too.

Epi starts..

The same day Riddhima decides to go out in order to look for a job as she does not want to be bored sitting at home. She gets out of her room and walks out but sees the gate shut.

Riddhima talking to herself: Why is it locked? This thing doesn’t even move.

A voice from behind: You need some help?

Riddhima turns around and looks behind her. She sees a bodyguard like man standing near the front door.

Riddhima: Who are you? Kabir?

Kabir: Yes

Riddhima: What the hell you dressed like that for?

Kabir: I work for Vansh

Riddhima was shocked: Whattt?! You left my brother and all this time you knew it was because of this?

Kabir: Yes, the thing is, you don’t know what you got yourself into, you wanted to follow your brother but ended up here.

Riddhima: Stop it Kabir, open the damn gate

Kabir: Watch that attitude lady, here I got the button for you.

Riddhima rolls her eyes and walks out.

Vansh who was in his study saw everything from the window and even heard the conversation between her and Kabir. He did not know what the feeling inside him was but he started to feel like he would kill Kabir for going near Riddhima. He drew the curtains, and went back to his work but couldn’t concentrate.

Vansh (thinking): Curse this damn house. I am going out.

He snaps his fingers and Angre comes in

Vansh: Angre! Deliver this to Hang and get it out the way. I can’t deal with it anymore. I’m going out.

Angre: Yes boss, do you need backup?

Vansh: No, I can manage.

Saying that he walks out.

Back to Riddhima

Riddhima walks around and stops in front of a tall building. It was only 20 minutes away from the house which she now knew was VR mansion and walked in. The receptionist was looking at her when she came in.

Ahana: Hi, how can I help you?

Riddhima: Was wandering if you had any vacancies available?

Ahana: Yes, if you want you can be a personal assistant to my boss

Riddhima: That’s a perfect role. Any requirements?

Voice from behind interrupted them: Give her the job Ahana and go for your lunch break.

She nods and does as she is told.

Riddhima looks up and felt a familiar scent near her. She had felt the same the night before and knew immediately it was the same person.

Riddhima: What are you doing here?

Vansh: This is my company too.

Riddhima: Woah, how many things do you own exactly?

Vansh: None of your business sweetheart(he smirked). I believe you have heard of me now?

Riddhima: Yes (rolls her eyes) from your sister. You are the famous Vansh Rai Singhania.

Vansh: Well done sweetheart. You got it.

Riddhima: Stop calling me sweetheart.

Vansh: Why? don’t you like it?

Riddhima: No

Vansh: Interesting..very interesting. Then I will continue. After all you are becoming my personal assistant (he winks and walks away)

Riddhima: Wait what? ugh fine

She follows him from behind and sees the staff members all looking at her. They found it strange as Vansh never mentioned a job to them before but decides not to question it and go back to work.
