A Mesmerizing Love Story Of Those Golden Days – Episode 8

THE EPISODE STARTS WHEN SAMEER THANKS NAINA FOR HER HELP WHO JUST GIVES A WEIRD SMILE!!!

Sameer’s friends and family once again thank Naina and leave. The next day, Naina talks to Swati about everything and asks if she could help. Swati says, “Of course, I will help..” and then whispers, “my JIJA JI (brother in law)” and smiles.

IN TRUSTEES’ OFFICE

Anand calls everyone inside, including the seniors’ parents who complained. “So, Swati, please tell them everything you saw.” says Bela. Swati narrates the whole incident she saw and says, “Not only me but these people saw it too.” and calls some students inside. Everybody stands shocked seeing them because nobody knew that anyone except Swati would support Sameer too. Naina whispers in Preeti ears, “Did you call these students?” and Preeti shakes her head in disagreement. The students repeat the same thing told by Swati. “Here we have it. Sameer was not at fault. The way he did it was wrong, but the intentions were not. Please teach your children good values because teachers try their best to mold the students in a good way but the behavior around them at home also matters a lot. So you all too please pay attention towards your children. You all can leave now.” says Anand to the parents. The parents scold their children and apologize in front of Sameer. They forgive them. The other students who supported Sameer also leave after Sameer thanks them.

“Wow, Swati. How did you manage to get the other students from?” asks Bela curiously. “Actually it was Naina who brought those students by going to them personally and requesting if they could help.” informs Swati. Naina stares at Swati with open wide eyes as she had no clue about it. Sameer’s smile widens and respect for Naina in his eyes reaches another level. Vishakha and Vivek thank Naina who is still clueless.

IN THE CORRIDOR

Sameer reaches to Swati and asks, “Hey Swati. I wanted to ask…” and Swati interrupts, “I know you want to ask what do those girls who supported you think about you, right? Firstly, they are not our classmates. They are younger. So they will not trouble you. And when they asked if there is any way to get closer to you, I told them that you already have a SOMEONE SPECIAL in your life. So now they call you BHAIYA.” Sameer laughs hearing this. “SEE, TALK ABOUT THE SOMEONE SPECIAL, AND HERE SHE IS” says Swati pointing towards Naina coming from the opposite side of the corridor. Sameer smiles seeing her but before he could say anything, Naina holds Swati’s hand and takes her away. “Swati, why did you take my name inside? I did not bring those students.” asks an angry Naina. “I did not want the credit for that. And anyways, it was your idea to help Sameer. You requested me to help and I just forwarded the request to some more people. That’s it. By the way, wouldn’t it be easier if we had a device to forward our message to many people without going to them personally and talking in person?” says Swati. “I don’t know if anything like that would be invented but it would be amazing. Wait, don’t change the topic Swati. That is not good. If you helped, you should have taken the credit.” tells Naina. “If you wanted, you could have told everyone that you did not call those students. But you did not deny when I took your name.” says Swati smiling and walks away. Naina gets thinking, “She is right. Why did I not deny inside? Did I want myself to be praised in front of him? No…No… I am thinking way too much. My head hurts.”

IN THE CLASSROOM

Munna says, “Naina helped you a lot. At first sight, I thought she and her sister are from London, so they would be full of attitude. But they are so good. You are lucky to have her in your life.” “Wait, what do you mean by Naina and her sister? Her sister has such a nice name PREETI. You better call her by her name.” tells Pandit. “What happened to you all of a sudden? Fine, I will call her Preeti. Seems like you have developed a very close brother-sister bond with her.” says Munna. “Brother- sister bond? By which angle do we look like siblings?” shouts Pandit and is about to hit Munna with a book when he notices Preeti talking to Naina and starts looking at her. Meanwhile, Sameer is lost in his own thoughts about how Naina helped him stay back. Munna notices both Sameer and Pandit lost and thinks, “Is this a game? Am I supposed to be lost too?” He shakes Pandit’s shoulders who comes out of his thoughts and unknowingly drops the book in his hand on Sameer’s foot. “Ouch!! What are you doing, idiot?” screams Sameer and Naina turns back to check what is wrong. Sameer is about to hit Pandit but he notices her and tells Pandit politely, “Dear friend. You are not supposed to throw the book on someone’s foot. Ok?” and Munna and Pandit gives confused expressions. “This boy is crazy. If anybody threw a book on my foot, I would have hit that person hard. But I guess hitting people is bad luck for him” Naina thinks.

“Hey Naina. We were supposed to create a mess in this school to get out of here. But I think we have gone on the wrong path. We are becoming good in everyone’s eyes. I think it is time that we do something.” says Preeti. “Are you guys not gonna stay here?” asks Swati in a sad tone. “Sorry, Swati. But we cannot stay here. And we cannot be good because that’s not what we are. We are not meant to help people but to create problems.” tells Naina. “I will miss you both.” says Swati with moist eyes. Naina and Preeti hug her. “I will definitely miss these girls with whom I have only spent two days but we have grown such a dearly bond.” thinks Swati and then says, “OK, if you both have already planned everything, I am in. I also want to do something bad as it’s been a while. I will help you with whatever you need.” Naina and Preeti smile.

“ENOUGH OF THIS NICE GIRLS IMAGE. NOW WE NEED TO SHOW WHAT WE ACTUALLY ARE.” THE GIRLS SAY AND JOIN HANDS.
