A Love Like No Other… Chapter 1. One Monday Morning

Thank you all for the overwhelming response !

Hope you will love the typical home scenario based first episode ..!

Episode 1.

It was a pleasant Monday morning which is equal to Monday Morning Blues for any student ranging from children going to kindergarten to students in post graduation and PhD except. But it was a different morning that day. It was a fresh academic year and everyone were eager to reach school to meet new teachers and friends after one month’s summer holidays.

At Vishwa’s House,

Alarm rang. It was 7 a.m. Vishwa snoozed the alarm for another ten minutes. Meanwhile, his sister Poojitha already woke up and got even ready, half an hour before because she was super-excited to reach school and meet her gang. She was checking and rechecking the books packed in the bag, and was planning in her mind that how she will introduce herself to everyone in the class. Soon, ten minutes were up. The alarm rang once again. This time Poojitha noticed him and observed him snoozing the alarm again.

Poojitha : (thinking) I know what to do !

She goes and gets her mother’s smartphone and brings it near Vishwa’s ears. She plays the devotional “Lalitha Sahasranamam” in it.

Vishwa : (opening eyes reluctantly & getting hold on Poojitha’s hand) Pooji ! What are you doing? I hate listening to devotional song early morning, didn’t I tell you? Another time you do this with me, see what happens ! (twisting her hand tighter)

Poojitha : Bhai, stop twisting my hand. It’s hurting. Amma (mother), stop him !

Meanwhile, Vishwa’s mother, Nethra enters.

Mrs. Nethra : Stop it Vishu ! I don’t know whether I taught some values to you both or not. The boy is physically seventeen years, but seems as if mental age is around 3 years. And Pooji ! I told you to tell me if he doesn’t wake up. But you initiated Tom and Jerry fight early morning. Your Tom and Jerry fight has become this house’s early morning Suprabhaat Pooja.

Vishwa – Fine Amma ! I would have got up if she called me or tapped me once or twice. But no, your dear, sweet girl has to do some prank. (Leaving grip on Poojitha’s hand and staring at her annoyingly).

Mrs.Nethra – Haan Vishu ! I know whether you will wake up or not. (thinking) Sometimes, I think this girl did something very reasonable waking you up this way. Or else, everyday, I struggle to wake you up.

Fine. Now get up Vishu and get ready. Today, Nanna (father) has to go to bank early. So, he will drop you school early and leave for bank.

Vishwa : (getting up and fetching toothbrush) Fine, Fine, relax. I am going.

(Our hero, Mr. Perfect proved to be imperfect in the very first episode. Disclaimer : Character Sketch hamesha apt nahi hota 😆😂)

( In English – Disclaimer : Character Sketch is not always apt.)

At Anuradha’s House,

Anuradha woke up early morning at 5 a.m. though the school was at 8 o’ clock. She took a bath and then started studying Biology and solving questions.

(Ek Acchi Ladki 😂😆 – One good girl)

It was already 7, so she got up from the study table and went to fetch a glass of water at kitchen. Her mother was already cooking breakfast.

Mrs.Vasundhara : Good Morning ra, Anu ! ( ‘ra’ when said politely in Telugu is a sweet word while calling someone dear. But the same word when spoken in anger can mean rude. It’s a common term of addressal too among friends.) Are you done studying so that you can change into your school uniform?

Anuradha : Good Morning Amma ! Actually done, Amma. I am done with many chapters of all the five subjects in this one whole month. I will go and change into uniform clothes.

(Yehh ladki hai badi allrounder..😆😂 – This girl is a top class allrounder.)

Mrs.Vasundhara : (thinking) I am missing this boy, Shiva ! Everyday he used to tease Anu and Anu used to get annoyed. But since he went to IIT Bombay campus, house looks so empty and noiseless. When will this boy return home now? He always stays in hostel if he gets only 1 week holidays for completion of projects. Now, let me serve the breakfast on table, or else this girl will give me a lecture, making me doubt at times whether I am her daughter or she is my daughter.

At Vishwa’s House,

It is already 7.20 a.m.

Vishwa and Poojitha : Chalo Papa (Let’s go father) ! Today we have to go to school early as we don’t want to take any chance.

Mr.Abhimanyu : Bye Nethra. I will return by 7 p.m. Get them from school today at 2 p.m, until 2 days. Vishwa, get the forms for both of you today for bus enrollment. Within two days, you can go by bus.

Vishwa : Ok Nanna ! Bye Amma.

At Anuradha’s house,

It is 7.20 a.m. and she already finished her breakfast and is leaving home with her father.
