A COMMON LOVE STORY-II

Continued from first part…..,
“Immature love says: ‘I love you because I need you.’ Mature love says ‘I need you because I love you”

That day I weird feeling followed me since morning….
I ignored it at first and let it go in morning’s busy schedule……….
But that feeling continued to follow me ……….
I couldn’t recognize that feeling
Just wanted to get rid of it………

Finally I reached college
And as usual I was late……..
Just because the reason I got lost in the beautiful scenic view on my way to college
The bell for the class just rang and I hurried up …….
I wanted to reach the classroom before our teacher…..

Luckily he was on his way stuck with a student problem……..
I was relived ……….
I thought I would escape his moral lecture today……..
I entered the classroom running……
I was looking back to see if some teacher saw me entering the classroom late….
Thankfully no-one saw me but ……..
Something just happened that drew everyone’s attention towards me…..
I just bumped into something or someone ….
As I regained consciousness after the collision
And understood what just happened
I saw a boy sitting on the floor and rubbing his head……
The whole classroom looking towards me
As if I have committed a crime ………

Their stares were freaking me out….
Inside I shouted “please stop looking at me like that”
“I am getting afraid”……… STOP STARING AT ME…
Someone please explain me why is everyone looking at me like I am a criminal…….
I wanted to cry but resisted as I can’t fall bait and become another gossip topic the college the next day…
Well I would have really cried if that charming smile and those confronting words were not there……..

My friends asked me whether I am alright….
I said ‘YES’ and smiled…
And then looked at him he was still rubbing his head suggesting that we hit hard against each other
But strangely I had no pain….. and seeing him I realized that I just collided with him
And I am sitting on the floor and just fell down……..
The reason the whole class was staring at me.
No no not me us
My friend gave me her hand and helped me to get up but…………..
But as I got on my feet a sharp wave of pain ran trough my right ankle
Suggesting it was either sprained or fractured …………….

I lost my balance but he gathered his reflexes on time and gave me support
And saved me from falling down again……..
That was the first time I was so close to a boy
It’s not that I never …..
Ammm…. Leave it……….
But we were very close and I felt his breath as he looked at me………
He looked at me and smiled and his lips moved and
He uttered a few words “Be careful miss day dreamer”
