The Episode starts with Rani feeling uneasy. She wakes Digvijay and tells him that something strange is happening in her stomach. When Digvijay places his hands on her stomach, they both feel the baby kick. The moment fills them with joy. Rani feels overwhelmed with happiness, calling it the best feeling of her life. She tells Digvijay that their dreams are about to come true, and soon they’ll welcome their child. They share a warm embrace.
Narayani arranges for a priest to conduct a puja. Baa asks the priest to chant mantras for Madhuri so she can conceive. Narayani urges Madhuri to participate. The priest explains the rituals, but Baa and Pinky bring up how Rani never listens to them. Narayani expresses her wish for Digvijay and Rani to follow their instructions. She asks Digvijay to invite Alisha to the puja, but he says she’s occupied at the hospital. Pinky and Baa pressure him to still call Alisha and let her decide.
Pinky informs Alisha about the puja, and Digvijay also lets her know she’s welcome to attend if she wants. Alisha becomes upset, feeling bitter that Rani and Digvijay are bonded because of the baby. She calls Kavita to ask about the date of the practical exam and insists it be scheduled for the next day. Alisha warns her that there will be consequences if she doesn’t manage it.
Rani later finds out through a notice that her practical exam is scheduled for the next day, which clashes with the puja. Missing the exam would have serious consequences. She turns to Soham for advice, but he tells her to prioritize the exam over personal matters.
Digvijay questions why the college suddenly changed the schedule. Rani tells him she’s worried about failing. He suggests she attend the exam first and then join the puja. Rani reminds him that she promised Narayani she’d be home for the rituals. Digvijay reassures her, saying she’s close to becoming a doctor, and encourages her to get ready while he arranges something.
Narayani instructs Madhuri to prepare the offerings with Devu. Digvijay asks Rani to stay silent and tells Narayani he’s taking her for a vaccination. Baa warns them to return before noon.
As the exam begins, Rani arrives just in time. She is disturbed at the sight of the cadaver and starts feeling nauseous. Digvijay waits outside for her.
Alisha arrives for the puja and manages to impress Baa. Devu tells Ishaan that Alisha never misses a chance to make a move. Alisha receives a call from college about Rani being present for the exam and comments on her being able to cut the cadaver. Baa and Narayani are furious that Rani is doing this on a puja day. Alisha uses the moment to her advantage. Devu reminds Ishaan how cunning Alisha can be.
Baa becomes anxious and tells Narayani that her son is slipping out of control. Devu questions how Alisha knew Rani was at college, especially since she’s not even associated with it. Pinky stops Devu from digging deeper. Narayani then asks Devu to call Rani. At the lab, Rani is about to perform the procedure but doesn’t feel well. Devu reports that Rani’s phone is unreachable. Baa begins to panic. Alisha decides to call the professor and take a photo for evidence.
