It was a mistake to love you… Chapter 8

Hey guys,this is Pavithra here. I am back with my ff’s 8th chapter. A big thanks who commented on my previous chapter. Thanks to silent readers too… Hope you guys like this one…

Recap:- Madhav insults Keerthi in front of class which makes Keerthi realizing the hatred he has towards her. She promises herself to hate him.

Next day, At school. It was evening. Keerthi was seen sad. Mishal comes to her.

Mishal: Keerthi, I know how you would have felt when madhav said so, especially because you love him.

Keerthi smiles faintly..

Mishal continues……

You should overcome it, Keerthi. I know you are very bold but you seem to be weak in front of your love.

Keerthi: Maybe you are right. I am weak in front of him. And Mishal, he will be no longer my love….

Mishal: What?

Keerthi: I had loved him for 5 years and he didn’t show back any sign of love. He used to hate me and will hate me too. Then why am I loving him? You say Mishal, why should I love him if he hates me as much as I love him?

Mishal: Sorry, Keerthi. I can’t give you a answer to this question. Maybe you are right. But may I ask you, if you have loved him truly, can you hate him or forget him so suddenly?

Keerthi was speechless. She thought the same. She thought, how can I hate him when I still love him?

Mishal saw Keerthi’s expression and said.

Mishal: Keerthi, I understand. You can’t give me a answer to this. But I say, for you, it will take months or even years to forget him and hate him as I believe you loved him truly.

Mishal leaves and Keerthi was left alone.

Keerthi: Mishal is right, I can’t forget him so fast because I had loved him that much. But I will work hard to forget and hate him. It was a big mistake to love you, Madhav. What wrong did I do to suffer for you?

She reaches home… At night, She was sleeping. She had a dream that had Madhav.

Keerthi and her friends were sitting in the class and talking. Suddenly Madhav comes to class and asked for keerthi and Keerthi stood up.

Madhav: come with me please.

Keerthi agrees and walks to the door with him. Suddenly he takes her hand in his and says.

Madhav: come with me Keerthi…..

With that Madhav runs holding Keerthi’s hand, Keerthi running behind. He runs to the park of the school. There was a small wall. (A wall someone can sit on). Madhav sits on it and askes Keerthi to sit on it too.

She sits beside him. He moves very much close to her. Now they were sitting

very close with to each other.

Keerthi wakes up,she sweats…

Keerthi: What? He is even in my dreams? And I could feel him sitting closer with me still now. I woke up because of this feeling. Oh! What is this god?

At the same time, at Madhav’s house.

Madhav was sleeping. He had a dream which left him scared. It was about Keerthi.

Keerthi: Madhav, you don’t understand how much you humiliated me infront of the whole class. I didn’t except such things from you. I didn’t know that you hated me this much. Sorry to say Madhav, you have hurt me a lot yesterday and I am gonna pay back for this.

Madhav: sorry, Keerthi.. Please forgive me.. I had to…

Keerthi: I don’t want to hear anything. I hate you, Madhav. And I feel ashamed of myself now!

Madhav: Keerthi, please understand. Why are you ashamed of yourself?

Keerthi: Because……………………………. I loved you……

Madhav: You love me??? (Seems happy)

Keerthi: Yes, I loved you once. Lekin ab aur nahi, aaj me tumse naphrath karthi hu. Hear it again….. Sirph naphrath…. Sirph air sirph…..

He wakes up suddenly whispering Keerthi… He sweats very badly..

Madhav: oh my god! Why am I seeing such dreams? I know, nothing of such will happen. Keerthi will be mine..

He goes back to sleep…..
