When He Fell for Her (Adni FF) Part 7

Part 7:
“Advay” she patted at his face still crying “Advay, please wake up, don’t die on me please” Chandni was looking at him in horror “have I killed him? No it can’t be happening… how I can kill him… oh my god I’ve killed him…” she started to rub his hands but in vain “Advay please wake up I… I didn’t… didn’t mean to hurt you…” she sobbed while resting her head against his heart a slow thud which she couldn’t hear. What had been most hurting for her was that he had to suffer a serious injury because of her; there were tears of anguish in her eyes seeing him almost lifeless like this.

This is my kingdom come” “Advay please wake up or I’ll die” she pleaded to him again, she felt a hand stroking her head, she jolted up to see him smiling upon her despite of the pain she had given to him “Advay thanks God you are alive” this time she hugged him tightly “I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to hurt you, I’m so sorry” she hid her face in the crook of his neck and cried her heart out to him, he gently took her in his arms and lifting her face he wiped away her tears.

Chandni was looking into his eyes and somehow she could see the truth in them, but his reminder of what he had done to her made her wince and she quickly detached herself from him avoiding to look at his face. “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to hurt you… I didn’t know that you will be badly injured otherwise I wouldn’t have thrown that stupid thing at you” she told him in a small voice with her head bent down, suddenly it reminded him of someone dear to him and Chandni could see from the corner of her eyes that he was trying to hide his smile “you know what, your name should be Mr. Ajeeb Singh Raizada instead of Advay Singh Raizada, I’ve hurt you so badly and you are still smiling” Chandni told him with awestruck expressions. He tried to get up but the wound was still making him dizzy so he laid back in the bed “I told you Chandni whatever wounds, injuries you will give me I’ll bear them happily, hell if you would kill me I’ll take the death with a smiling face knowing that it’ll bring you peace” he informed her politely again drowning her in the seas of wonderment.

Feeling her restlessness because of him being in the same room, Advay again tried to get up and go from there but Chandni stopped him “Advay don’t get up, your wound is deep and it’s making you dizzy, if you will try to be up and walk then you will faint again, it’s better you rest here, I’ll go outside and wait for Naani until she gets back from the temple” she told him in a small but steady voice and went away from there. When Naani returned to home, she could easily feel Chandni’s agitation “Chandni everything alright my dear? Why are you disturbed?” She hesitated for a moment and replied to Naani “actually Naani, Advay… Advay is injured and… and he is in that room where I’m staying so I decided to wait here… until you came back.” “What happened to Cheeku? How did he get injured? Take me to him hurry” she could clearly see the worry on Naani’s face for her grandson and feel her pain. Chandni took Naani to Advay “Cheeku! My child what happened to you? How did you get this wound?” Naani asked her crying and touching his forehead. Chandni was about to spill the beans but Advay quickly covered for her “it’s nothing Naani, just my own doing, I had spilled water on the floor by mistake and when I was coming here I totally forgot about it, got my foot tripped and hit my head on the table, I was lucky that Chandni was there to help me.”
