It was a mistake to love you.. Chapter 5

Keerthi and Madhav smiles at each other!

Madhav: So this time too you worked hard..

Keerthi: Its my habit… (With a grin)

Madhav: Hmmm.. I know… Anyway, congraluations,
keerthi…

Keerthi: Thanks…. To u too Madhav…

Madhav smiles

Keerthi: So u haven’t forgotten my name yet. I thought you did because you never talk to me.

Madhav: Its destiny, Keerthi… Even you don’t talk to me…

Keerthi: Aree, when did you become so sentimental Madhav? You have changed so much. You are not the Madhav I knew in 4th std..

Madhav: (in mind) I have started to be so sentimental since I started to love you…

Keerthi: Hello hello. (Waving her hands in front of his face).. What are you thinking??

Madhav: Nothing… I was thinking why did you say I have changed!

Keerthi: I said it because you have changed, of course ( giggling a bit)

Madhav and Keerthi laughs at this not at all humorous joke!

Madhav: So I had to go…

Keerthi: Of course, you can..

Madhav extends his hands for a hand shake. And Keerthi looks at the hand and thinks

“Should I shake hands with him?? Why not? I should do it one day na??”

Keerthi also extends her hands and touched Madhav’s hands… And they touches each other after years!

That was a memorable moment for both of them…

Madhav: (in mind) Keerthi, you defiantly are the best,of course! One day I will make you mine…

After years KeerDhav (couple name of Madhav and Keerthi) smiled at each other!!

Keerthi walks back to her class where she hoped to find Mishal but she didn’t! So she was alone at her class when she thought of writing her feelings for Madhav

Keerthi: wow! I am very happy yaar…. I talked to Madhav happily.. What???

She was very happy that her hands were shivering… She thanks god!

She takes a paper and starts to write…

” I know I love him very much, more than anyone will love anyone! Maybe that’s too weird! Today I had a good conversation with Madhav. I really know that he hates me. Even if he doesn’t hate me,he won’t love me.. This for sure. There is only one thing left — ‘HOPE’……
All I can say now is ‘Hope for the best.. Hope for my happiness.. Hope that he will love me one day’,.. I was sure that he loved me once(actually not sure,it was my guess) There was a scene that proves its true..
We three were eating lunch.. Boys and girls sit in the either side of the class.. We finished eating our lunch and we stood up and went out of the bench when, Madhav,Rupesh,Nobin was there smiling at me and whispering something to Madhav’s ears which I could here a bit… Nobin said, see madhav your keerthi!!

I was stunned… I thought it maybe a illusion of mine!
That was all the past. Now everything has changed.
I always thinks,if I would have got him,I would be the happiest person in this world!
This paper, it will be always with me safely in my file…

All I did above was good things. Now here is something very different from that.
Its been 5 years since I started to love him and when it started it was not so strong as it is now. But as this year started, it has become very strong and I am always very sad! Yes,it started in 2nd std! So early na? It was the friendship with him that grew into a true love story. I know so many friends from my class itself loves him. But I say,no one will love him the way I love him! I know he wouldn’t have thought of loving me. But I will wait for you,Madhav. But how long? How long should I wit for you??
I know I will hate you one day. But now, I love you Madhav…

“Hate is very far from where I am standing. For hateness, I should travel through sadness. For sadness, he should hurt me. If he should hurt me, he should hate me(which is happening)”

So, one day I will hate you Madhav. But it will take months,years even decades to forget and hate you as the love for you is that’s much strong. Madhav,one day you will be mine.. And as for now……… I LOVE YOU! ”

She finishes and keeps it very safely in her file!
