The Episode starts with the court case going on. The judge asks Raman is this his sign. Raman says yes. He says then its agreement that he will give Ruhi to Shagun. He says he will give Ruhi’s custody to Shagun. Ishita says Ruhi can’t stay with Shagun, she can’t sleep or eat without me, she does not like Shagun. The judge says she did irresponsible work to take the girl and run, and asks her not to argue. He says they can contest for the case again, and as for now, Shagun will get Ruhi’s custody. Ishita says she will not do this again, and she will take care of Ruhi. The judge scolds them for making a joke of the custody case and throwing girl here and there always. Ishita says what about Ruhi. The judge asks Khurana to take his client, else he will put Ishita on charges of contempt of court. They all cry. Dil kahin rukta nahi……..plays………..

Ishita cries thinking about Ruhi. Raman is unable to hold himself and cries. They all come home and Mrs. Bhalla starts talking about the judge’s decision. She says who will tell Ruhi, what will she go through knowing this. Everyone refuse to tell Ruhi, and Ishita says she will tell Ruhi. Ishita says its mum’s duty to make the child face all tough things in life, I will tell her that we wrote in her fate. She asks Simmi to take her to Ruhi’s room. Bala asks Raman not to stop Ishita, as she can explain Ruhi the best way. Simmi drops Ishita on her wheelchair to Ruhi’s room. Ishita hugs Ruhi’s clothes and toys, and cries.

She packs her bag. She calls out Ruhi. Ruhi comes and asks did he go court, Shravan told her, what did judge say, did we get first prize. Ishita says yes. Ruhi says sorry I called Papa as you were hurt. Ishita says its ok. Ruhi asks did judge give you prize. Ishita says he said he will give later. She asks why is she packing her bag, Shravan also teases me that I have short clothes, when will we go for shopping. Ishita thinks how to tell her their world got shorter.

Shagun and Adi come to Bhalla house. She says they are from court so that you give my thing to me. Raman says she is not a thing, she is my daughter. She says call Ruhi. The official ask for Ruhi. He asks Shagun to wait, he will get Ruhi. Ruhi says wow our prize came and asks the man, as judge has sent him to give best mum best daughter prize. Ishita asks him to give some time. She asks Ruhi she trust and love her. Ruhi says yes. Ishita asks can she obey if she says something. Ruhi says yes, I always do.

Ishita cries and says I know. She says when Adi left, everyone was sad, when he comes here, Shagun will be alone, She will need someone and asks her to go. Ruhi cries and says she will tell Papa that she is sending her to Shagun. The man looks on and gets sad. Ishita says judge told you have to go to Shagun, this uncle came to see this whether you are going, we did not win, if you don’t go, judge will get angry and scold all of us, I promise I will get you back.

Ruhi asks the man why is she punished, even he stays with his mum, how can she stay without her mum, I don’t want to be with Shagun, I don’t like her, and runs to Raman. Raman lifts her and cries. She asks him to say she does not want to go. Adi cries seeing everyone cry. Shagun says now you will stay here with Papa. He says I will miss you. She says I will miss you too and asks him to go.

Mrs. Bhalla asks Adi is he fine. Adi says he is fine and hugs her. Ruhi comes and says Papa I don’t want to go and cries. Everyone cry seeing her. Ishita says its matter of few days, I will come to meet you. Ruhi says I hate Shagun mumma, I don’t want to go. Shagun pulls Ruhi saying its enough drama. Raman gets angry seeing this and closes his eyes. Everyone cry seeing Ruhi and Ishita’s separation. Ruhi is taken away. Ishita cries.

Precap:
Adi tells Mrs. Bhalla says if he goes, Ruhi will come back. Simmi cries and says about Mrs. Bhalla’s health. Adi hears her talking to Mr. Bhalla.

    This is one of the best shows. No matter what Shagun does, the writers always write a good story line for Ishita to answer her back ten folds. Waiting for Adi to see his real mom for the wicked vengeful person she is. Not saying that she doesn’t love Adi, but she loves herself more.

    aaj ka episode bahut emotional tha.lekin jab woh court ka aadmi ruhi ko lene uupar aaya tab woh apne tab se kuch kar raha tha aur show mein bhi baar baar uss aadmi ko tab ko hilate hue dikhaya toh isska matlab mujhe lagtha hai ki woh ishruh ka vedio le raha tha kyunki ishruh ko dekhkar usse laga hoga ki ishruh alag nahi reh sakthe aur agar ishruh ko alag kiya toh bura hoga.jaise ki websites mein stated hai ki ishitha ruhi ko 48 hours mein le aayegi toh tabh yeh bhi ho saktha hai ki woh court ka aadmi ishruh ko ek karde.aur kya patha woh lady judge bhi wapass aaye tabh.

    Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita from ‘Yeh
    Hai Mohabbatein’ has been going
    through a tough time of late. Be it her
    breakup with longtime boyfriend
    Ssharad Malhotra, collapsing on the
    sets due to stress, fracturing her foot,
    yet the actress continues shooting.
    Divyanka says, “It’s been very difficult
    as I can’t move one leg at all. I’m
    shooting on a wheelchair. I informed
    my show team about the precautions
    the doctor has advised me and that I
    cannot walk, so they incorporated my
    wheelchair in the script. My
    production people help me by moving
    my wheelchair around but I don’t want
    to trouble them too much, so I end up
    sitting in one place for 5-6 hours on
    the sets. My books and mobile have
    become my best friends now, since
    there’s nothing more I can do.”
    The actress lives alone in Mumbai and
    her mom has come down, on request
    of her fans. “I had not told mom about
    my troubles, as she has a nice life in
    Bhopal, I didn’t want to trouble her.
    My fans and friends kept telling me to
    ask her to come down for some days
    to look after me, so she finally did
    arrive today. Since the past few days,
    even if I made a cup of tea for myself
    half of it would spill on the floor, as I
    hopped on one leg from the kitchen to
    the hall. If I tried moving on the
    wheelchair, I would get stuck
    somewhere. Today after a long time I
    enjoyed fruit salad, prepared by
    mom.”
    The actress also thanks her team for
    all the support, “My production people
    are angels. They understand that I
    can’t do anything about the injury. In
    the recent past, I worked with a
    production house that treated me
    terribly when I was injured. They
    would get annoyed with me, although
    it wasn’t my fault.”
    In her show too there is an emotional
    track at the moment, is that adding to
    her stress? “It is stressful but I have
    to switch off and forget my pain, while
    acting.” Recently there was also a
    misunderstanding where Divyanka’s
    fans thought that two other actresses
    were laughing at her, when she fell
    and hurt herself. The actresses were
    trolled to an extent where Divyanka
    had to intervene. “Fans are like
    babies, once you explain to them, they
    understand. I have no complains
    against my fans as I feel lucky to get
    so much love. When its gets too much
    I take a stand and explain the right
    scenario. Unlike some actors I would
    never say that I’m not answerable to
    my fans. They listen to me, once I
    clarify.”
    With co-star Karan Patel tying the knot
    soon, the actress tells us, “Our set is
    like a shaadi wala ghar, sasural
    (Karan) and maayka (Abhay Bhargava)
    dono hamari taraf se hai. All the
    preparations are taking place on
    the sets. Now we are deciding who
    will perform on what song at sangeet.”
    Karan’s fiancee Ankita has received
    her share of bashing as fans were
    hoping for Karan and Divyanka in real
    life too. The actress laughs, “Ankita is
    an old friend since 2004. We had done
    a reality show together. I know her
    better than Karan. It will take time for
    people to accept her but once they
    know her, they will.”
    The actress adds she has no plans of
    a break. “The day after I fractured my
    leg I had to shoot for three
    appearances that I had committed too.
    If physically challenged people can
    perform and win awards too, why
    can’t I do it with an injury? I took
    inspiration from them and I completed
    my appearances on a walker.”

      Let Mr.Iyer do the marriage prepaparation work in the set… But really hope he will not charm the producer to bring in his “Ankita” into YHM to act with Karan in place of our sweet Ishita, Ankita is not a good match for KP at all, …. Hate to see that Iyer guy on screen nowadays..

    Ruhi ke liye Raman bane Angry young manIshRa came to Meet Ruhi where ruhi cums running & hugs Ishu.. shagun calls the security to get IshRa out from her room… raman stops them 1st not to touch them… while all snatching pulling ruhi falls down… ishu is comforting ruhi…another scene where Raman & Bala camefor Ruhi…they r were in corridor… security stops him…in the corridor…raman starts fighting with security bouncers…to let him meet his daughter…than ruhi cums running & hugs raman…shagun ws running behind ruhi to stop her… Bala’s mother & shagun in the roomwhere they talking.. ruhi in one scene telling meri ishimaa aa rahi hai mujhe 48 hrs mein le jayegi…
