A girl is seen in hospital she was treating some poor people free. Everyone were praising her because of this. She was happy from outside but from inside she was not happy she was quite sad.
She got a call from receptionist that a courier man had came and he is calling you. She left the place and went to the main gate of hospital. The courier man handover her a bunch of flowers, a chocolate box with a card. When the courier man went. She open the card and read……

I wish you a very very happy birthday….I wish you get everything you deserve in life be happy and stay blessed….I’m sorry that I’m not able to come to your place for your birthday. I hope you will forgive me!! Party hard!!

After reading this a smile appear in her face. She ate one chocolate from the box and took the other things in her locker. And again went to her work.

In the hospital the receptionist got a call
Receptionist- Hello it’s city hospital
Other side-************** (muted)
Receptionist- Okay got it ?
After half an hour
The receptionist came running to Abhija
“Dr. Abhija…Dr. Abhija”
Yeah!!
“There is a small accident” (Abhija schoked?)
What!!
“can you please go to that place??”
Sure. Tell me the place!!
“I have told the driver you just go”
Okay!!

She went in the car…
Receptionist called someone
“Yeah the work is done”
Other side- Thank you so much

When she reached the place it was a big harm house surrounded by a garden. She didn’t find anyone there so she turn back to ask the driver but he left. She was afraid now.
She shouted asking “is anyone here?” But didn’t get reply so she went near the house gate and rings the bell still no response no one came to open the gate. She slightly push the door and it automatically opened. She enter the house…
The house was fully decorated with balloons, lights and ribbons. She got what’s happening here. She was having tears of happiness in her eyes?. A girl came there singing happy birthday song. She ran to her and hugged her.

Abhija-I thought no one will come but I’m happy that at least you came!!

The day went as they were seeing famous places in Kerala and ronu took me to her parents house. I meet her parents and her elder sister. For some time we just chit chat and then eat lunch in a 5 star hotel☆☆☆☆☆ I asked excuse from them and went outside the hotel. I called someone ?

Have you done the work?? I asked
Yeah we have done that with so much of difficulty you know ?

I joined them and again some chit chat?

Evening 6’0 clock
Soumya- ronu can you come with me in xyz hotel. I have some work there??
Abhija- Yeah sure.
We went to xyz hotel and enter a room…it was fully decorated???? and all the TU members were present there.

She thanked everyone. She was so happy and she thought no one will come. Her parents also join there. (this was the plan only that we all told her to that we are not able to come on her b’day because of some reasons?)
We all danced with the party songs.
Time for 2nd surprise. We blind folded her eyes and some guest enter there. When she opens her eyes she started screaming.
Abhija- Omg omg omg the Isqbaaz team..I can’t even imagine that ohhhhh god !!!!!!!!
She went running there and hugged all of them. Than we all together danced. After dancing she cuts her big 4 layer cake ? .
After cake cutting everyone gave her birthday gifts??
Than atlast we eat dinner????????☕????????????
