The Episode starts with Mr. Bhalla pacifying Mrs. Bhalla. Amma comes and pacifies Mrs. Bhalla asking her not to worry about Adi. Mrs. Bhalla says you can hate Shagun, but take good care of Adi. Amma says I made dosa for him, and he will have to come here to have chicken, you can send Chole Puri for him. Mrs. Bhalla thanks her. Amma says Ruhi, Adi and Shravan are same for us. Neelu says the guests have come and she goes to meet them.

Amma wipes her tears and asks heer to come. Pammi brings the proposal for Rinki and shows the groom’s pic to everyone. The groom’s sister and her husband talks to them, and say we liked Rinki in pics sent by Pammi. Raman says we did not ask Rinki, once she says yes, we will proceed. The groom’s sister Dimple says yes, we also want arrange marriage to have love, and my brother is coming to India soon, we will arrange his meeting with Rinki.

Pammi asks Mrs. Bhalla to say yes to the proposal. They like the family. Pammi leaves. Raman asks Mrs. Bhalla not to hurry up. She says I don’t want to take chance, if Romi bring bad name, it will be hard to get Rinki married, its your and Ishita’s duty to explain Rinki.

Raman meets Amma and Appa and gives appointment letter to Appa, saying Malhotra signed it and apologized saying you should join it. Appa thanks him and says I can’t accept it. Raman says I will feel you have forgiven me if you accept this. He asks Amma to convince Appa. Appa agrees and says fine, as you say.

Raman comes home and sees Ishita busy. He says no one has time, why did you take Rinki’s marriage duty when you don’t have time. She says you don’t even receive calls, you are more busy. They talk about finding good guy for Rinki. She says you don’t give me time, atleast spend time in this matter. He says married man can never be happy. Romi steals Shagun’s purse and they argue.

He says who will fulfill my needs, my family has disowned me, what will you tell my family, I can tell my mum myself, I love her a lot, if I tell her, I will die and take you along. He leaves. Shagun thinks she has to secure her place in this house and be careful.

Ishita wakes up by a call from clinic for some emergency. Ishita says I will come. She sees Raman sleeping and leaves. She comes to clinic and the guard says the kid is crying. Ishita asks the kid not to cry, and prepares to treat his pain. She is shocked seeing Raman in tamilian clothes and giving her a surprise. She says Raman and smiles. He removes her dentist coat and closes her eyes, saying happy anniversary. Rose petals fall on her and he gives her a rose. She smiles.

He thanks her with roses for coming in his life and becoming Ruhi’s Ishi Maa, bringing Ruhi close to you, accepting his crazy family, and to make me realize I m alive and make my life a good life. Dil kahin rukta nahi…………plays……….. he says we got married on this day one year before, wish me. She hugs him. yeh hai mohabbatein…………….plays……….. she says happy anniversary Raman, thanks for making this day special.

She says all this is so beautiful. He asks did she forget. They argue sweetly. She says your surprise will be tomorrow. He says last time, whole family came along on your surprise. She promises they will spend time together and he says I m thinking to say it now, we will let receptionist and watchman, they are still here. She asks about the kid cry. He says he recorded. She says intelligent. He says come lets go. The receptionist and watchman wish them happy anniversary.

Mr. Bhalla and Appa meet recalling the day and everyone forgot about Raman and Ishita’s first wedding anniversary. He says Mrs. Bhalla is in tension about Romi and Rinki, and Ishita went to clinic for emergency. Ishita and Raman sit and talk about their families remembering it. Raman says your Appa and my Papa got me married and its good. We will fight in morning. She says we will ignore them saying we are busy, we will celebrate alone saying we are going for work, and then celebrate with them at night.

Mrs. Bhalla and Amma look for their husbands and go to see them. Raman asks Ishita what did she plan. She says have patience, I won’t tell anything today. He holds her and they smile. Yeh hai mohabbatein………….plays…………

Precap:
Mrs. Bhalla and everyone plan to act like they don’t remember anything. Raman sees them and he starts fighting with Ishita. They say about their work and having no time to go for dinner.
