The Episode starts with Priya telling Sanket that Driver told me that Vikrant used to love a girl who went missing. He says Vikrant will not tell you. Priya tells him that Vikrant is possessive about the storeroom and don’t let anybody open it. Sanket thinks to check it. Veer takes Sanchi to side and asks her to choose one finger among the two, says there is more chances of Dr. Kabir’s win. Sanchi says she can’t choose. Veer insists. Sanchi chooses a finger.Veer thanks Sanchi for choosing him. Pragya tells them that she has been searching them in the hospital. Everyone gather in the hospital auditorium and do puja of the goddess. Pragya prays to Goddess to make her win. Ria also does the aarti..Isha asks God to make Veer win. Veer prays to Goddess to take care of his mum and make him reach Sanchi Mishra and Jaya Mishra. Sanchi prays to God. and asks him to give her strength to take a right decision for hospital betterment. Dr. Malhotra asks them to go to voting area and gives votes.

Savitri tells Dadi that Veer has become responsible. Gayatri comes to Savitri and Dadi and give ancestral necklace to the latter. Dadi thinks how Gayatri gave it easily. She tells Savitri that she will make her wear it. Savitri wears it. Gayatri thinks you deserves this fake necklace, now be happy with him. Savitri happens to see necklace and says it is fake as ‘M’ was written on backside of the necklace. Gayatri is shocked and says jeweller cheated us big and gave me wrong necklace, I won’t leave him. She asks them not to call jeweler and says she will call jeweler and not leave him. Savitri stops Gayatri and says I will talk to that jeweler, how dare he to steal our ancestral necklace and asks her to call him now itself. Gayatri gets tensed.

Priya brings Sanket to store room. Sanket says it is locked and asks her if she knows where is the keys? She sees Rukmini coming there and alerts Sanket. Sanket and Priya hide behind the pillar. Once she goes, Sanket thinks how to open it and asks Priya to give pin. Priya gives pin to him. Sanket uses pin and opens the lock. They get inside while the lock is left open. They check for the stuff. Priya says there is nothing here. Sanket says we will get something here. Priya sees a box and opens it. She gets shocked.

Everyone is waiting to give their votes. Dr. Kabir thinks he is standing in the elections because of Sanchi. Veer thinks he will win as Sanchi’s support is with him. Isha asks Sanchi to come. Sanchi takes the voting slip to give her votes. She looks at both of them and write the name of the chosen guy for the election. She keeps the vote in the box. Dr. Kabir and Veer looks hopeful. Sanchi thinks SDCH is beyond any friendship and she will think of hospital betterment only. She gives vote to Dr. Kabir and puts in the box.

Dr. Malhotra tells that for surgery and medicine dept, there is just one vote difference between the two candidates. Everyone is shocked.
