Everything Is Fair In Love and War (Kanchi) Chapter 4 (Old title Revenge, Hate, and Love

Author’s Note:
Okay so just in case someone thinks this is a new fanfic I would like to clarify that this was called Revenge, Hate, and Love (Kanchi) but I didn’t like the title and decided to change it to something with more flavor… so read the first three chapters before reading this. The links will be posted on my wall, so you can catch up

6 AM
Sanchi isn’t going to the gym today but she woke up early to get ready to work with Ms. Avantika. Plus she has an appointment with Dr .Kabir Kapoor’s mom Kusum Kapoor. Then a meeting with Dr. Veer. At least she doesn’t have 5 surgeries to do!! Wait what about Riya ??

Sanchi (writing a note): Okay guys I am leaving it’s 6 AM!! Please do remember to decide and take a break between 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM. See you guys at the hospital oh and I made your lunch today.

Sanchi (talking to herself): Yesterday I passed by 614-D the prohibited room. There is most likely some information there regarding papa and Mr. Malhotra’s past. I have to get in there but how?? IDEA, that Adarsh Malhotra probably has a key, I can go during his lunch and imprint the key on soap. But today I’m too busy, ugh I guess I can try to go.

Sanchi had decided that she wanted the tutoring room to be on the second floor, where majority of the surgeries were held ?. But first she has to study Mrs. Kusum’s file and decide what to do with her.
So obviously this is a little boring toh hum dekhte hai ki maa beta iss waqt kya karahe hai!!

6:45 AM at Kabir’s house
Kabir: Maa tum taiyar rehna aur 1:30 wahan pahunch jaana. Phir main tumhe main entrance par miloga (Mom be ready and reach the hospital at 1:30, I’ll meet you at the main entrance)
Kusum: I don’t want to go to a doctor, you’re here so why do I need a doctor
Kabir: You know I’m busy with surgeries these few weeks. I don’t want to have to worry about who knows how many patients and about 24 interns at the same time.
Kusum: Is she good??
Kabir: She’s a good doctor but as a person very annoying but friendly
Kusum: Huh??
Kabir: You’ll see
Kusum: Maybe she’ll be my bahu
Kabir: ? Not again mom, BYE
Kusum: Are chala gaya

So at the hospital, Dr. Kabir comes in and see that Dr. Sanchi is already there studying his mom’s file and drinking her Starbucks.
Dr. Sanchi: Good Morning Akdu
Dr. Kabir: Good Morning
Dr. Sanchi: No insult, are you Dr. Kabir??
Dr. Kabir: …
Dr. Sanchi: Yup

Around 8 PM
Dr. Sanchi: Okay Dr. Kabir I’m heading to meet with Ms. Avantika. I believe I’ll see you at 1:30 with your mom.
Dr. Kabir: Maybe 1:35 but yes
Dr. Sanchi: Okay
And she leaves…
Dr. Kabir: Huh, no arguments today?? Is she okay??

So let’s follow Sanchi to the tutoring room…
Dr. Sanchi: Hey Avantika long time no see
Avantika: Hey!! Ugh I’ve been so busy in Mumbai finally got to come up here!!
Dr. Sanchi: So obviously I need to clean this place up!!
Avantika: Just ask housekeeping
Dr. Sanchi: They don’t clean properly and I won’t feel satisfied without cleaning it myself.
Avantika: Same old Sanchi
Dr. Sanchi: Not the same just similar
Avantika: Sorry
Dr. Sanchi: It’s okay, you didn’t mean it
Just then Dr. Sanchi’s phone rings
Dr. Sanchi: Excuse me
Avantika nods her head
Dr. Sanchi: Kya hai Isha?? (What is it Isha)
Dr. Isha: Sanchi yeh Dr. Riya aur Dr. Bala se bachkar rehna!! (Be careful around Dr. Riya and Dr. Bala)

Dr. Sanchi: Kya hua?? (What happened)
Dr. Isha: In dono ne tumhara naam google par search kya aur usse tum par shak hai (They searched your name on google and are a little suspicious about it now)
Dr. Sanchi: KYA !?!?
Dr. Isha: Luckily the only pic is covered face. I heard that Riya is going to ask you questions today. So just be careful Okay??
Dr. Sanchi: Thanks!! You’re a lifesaver
Dr. Isha: No problem!!

Avantika: What happened!!
Dr. Sanchi: All I’m going to say is this girl is going to try to get me to talk about my past but she can’t outsmart me
Avantika: I’ll be there too with you, she’s gonna land up in a bad place today right??
Dr. Sanchi: Yup, anyway let’s discuss about this room!!
Avantika: So here are all the samples of EVERYTHING !!! Floor, paint, furniture, decor, etc.
Dr. Sanchi: Same Avantika huh
Avantika: All thanks to you
Dr. Sanchi: I didn’t want to see you get killed by that madman
Avantika: Anyways … you brought your cleaning supplies didn’t you …
Dr. Sanchi: You know me

Avantika: Do you not have any appointments??
Dr. Sanchi: I have one appointment, that Khadoos’ mom. Hopefully she isn’t Khadoos. And I have one meeting
Avantika: Who will be here?
Dr. Sanchi: Pragya and Isha.
Avantika: Good, so hopefully all the doctors will be coming and vote on this stuff. Then my people will come and do their work maybe 2 weeks later, since Gauri ma’am is busy with her work.
Dr. Sanchi: That’s perfect, so you’re getting dimensions today, and then color coordinating.
Avantika: Okay.

Okay so obviously it’s a little boring now again, Kabir is working as usual. Sanchi is cleaning. Nothing exciting… let’s see what Riya is planning to do regarding the name Sanchi Mishra.

Dr. Riya: Ok so since every doctor is joining this Sanchi on her intern room, I will join also. Even though she’s banned Kabir from it. Then today I will get some information on her and let’s see if she is that same Sanchi.
Dr. Bala: We can also ask her friends, Dr. Sushant Singh, Dr. Praga Yadav, and Dr. Isha Negi.
Dr. Riya: Good idea!! What are these doctor’s occupations??
Dr. Bala: Sushant is a dietitian/nutritionist. Pragya is a pediatrician. Isha is a gynec
Dr. Riya: Since when did you start using your brain?? All this information huh, lunch will be my treat
Dr. Bala: Thanks, I’m not as dumb as you think Riya. I’m also a doctor here
Dr. Riya: True true
Dr. Bala: What will you be asking here??
Dr. Riya: I’m going to touch on topics like Rajasthan, marriage, the prince, the one in jail, and the newer prince.
Dr. Bala: You are evil.
Dr. Riya: No one can behave with Kabir like that so that’s what she gets. Plus if she is the same person, she will get exposed and everyone will hate her, she will most likely quit or she will be fired
Dr. Bala: But what if she isn’t the same. You know there are a bunch of Mishra’s and Sanchi is a common name.
Dr. Riya: Then we can plan something.

Dr. Bala: But honestly if she is the same or not, whatever happened to that poor girl was completely wrong, how can someone do that to a girl??
Dr. Riya: Do you think I really care?? Who cares we couldn’t do anything about it

Well someone is obsessed with Dr. Kabir. So ruthless and rude, at least Bala isn’t so rude to the fact you feel like murdering her. So let’s fast-forward to 1 PM, almost time for Mrs. Kapoor’s appointment. But Sanchi has to head to “her” office for a while.

Dr. Sanchi: Abe yaar why did have to choose me?? There are so many other doctors that would gladly check his mom?? As long as he isn’t there then I won’t have a problem, I need to ask his mom about him. Why is he so weird?? He always looks like he’s going to murder someone. I can’t wait for my own office. I won’t even have to see his face ever. Okay so I need to get changed, OUCH !!!
Nurse Fernandez: Are you okay Dr. Sanchi?
Dr. Sanchi: I think I am, thank you for asking.
Dr. Sanchi started to sweat and worry.

Dr. Sanchi: “ Oh god I think I got some cleaning spray on my hip. UGH never clean in a sports bra and sweatpants. I’ll ask Dr. Kabir if there is a wound care SHIT I’m bleeding,”
Sanchi ran as fast as she could to the office and started looking for a first aid kit. She completely messed up her desk but couldn’t find one. She then tore off a piece of cloth she found lying around and tied that around her waist.
Dr. Kabir: DR. SANCHI !!! What have you done?!?! Look at this room, it’s a mess!! OH MY GOD YOU’RE BLEEDING!!

Dr. Sanchi: Ya I’m bleeding I was look for a first aid kit didn’t find one. That’s why
Dr. Kabir slapped his forehead, and pointed straight ahead. Dr. Sanchi felt a little embarrassed but then she remembered.
Dr. Sanchi: No I have my own with a little bit on my own stuff in there so ya, hehe might be in my car. Whoops!!! Can I use your shower? I’ve been cleaning room A-285 all morning.
Dr. Kabir: Go ahead. Weirdo
Dr. Sanchi: Thanks AKDU, is there a wound care by any chance here in the hospital??
Dr. Sanchi started opening her bag and got her clothes out to change
Dr. Kabir: It’s closed today. Wait why do you need to go to wound care???
Dr. Sanchi: None of your business !! I’ll just go to Sushant to get this fixed.
Dr. Kabir: Close friend??
Dr. Sanchi: Since high school
Dr. Kabir: Wow, you actually manage to keep friends
Dr. Sanchi: At least I have some.
Dr. Kabir: …

So Sanchi headed out to shower, 15 mins later popped out in her work clothes with her SD coat. And quickly headed to Sushant.

Dr. Sanchi: Sushant!!! Come here!!
Dr. Sushant: What happened??
Dr. Sanchi: I was cleaning A-285 and got some cleaning supplies on a scar on my hip. Can you fix it up PLEASE??
Dr. Sushant: Sanchi, tumhi cleaning karne ki kya zaroorat hai?? Iss liye yeh zakhm barhe nahi!! ( Sanchi, why do you need to clean, that’s why your wounds aren’t healing properly)
Dr. Sanchi: Can you do this one more time please?? At least we both aren’t crying this time
Dr. Sushant: That’s also true!! Oh, I’m coming to meet Avantika around 2
Dr. Sanchi: I won’t be there at 2 I have an appointment and meeting between 1:30 and 3. I might be giving you a patient as well so discount them.
Dr. Sushant: OK, btw it’s 1:25

Dr. Sanchi: Thanks for telling me *pages front desk* Where is Kusum Kapoor at?? *front desk* B-563
Dr. Sushant: BE CAREFUL !!! I’m not doing it next time
Dr. Sanchi: You always say that

Dr. Sanchi headed out to meet Mrs. Kusum Kapoor. Let’s see how this goes
Dr. Sanchi (knocks and goes in): Good Afternoon Mrs. Kapoor, I’m Dr. Sanchi Mishra. How are you today??
Kusum: I’m fine beta. How are you??
Dr. Sanchi: I’m good. Thanks for asking, I would just like to clarify one thing to you ma’am. I know you are Dr. Kabir’s mother and I will not try to impress you at all because I don’t find your son handsome or nice at all. You are my patient and I am your doctor, that’s it
Kusum: Huh, I like that. I don’t come here a lot but when I do these silly girls always impressing me.

Dr. Sanchi: Arm please, I have to check your BP!! So I read your file and you have high BP usually that’s because of your diet or the amount of exercise you get.
Dr. Kabir comes in !!
Dr. Sanchi: Shouldn’t you be yelling at someone around this time?? Or doing surgery??
Dr. Kabir: My mom is here so obviously I’m going to be here.
Dr. Sanchi: yay, so like I was saying you have a high BP and that is because of your diet and amount of exercise. I’m pretty sure yeh Hitler aapko salad and soup deta hoga.
Kabir: I’m right here

Dr. Sanchi: Right ma’am
Kusum: Ek dum theek kaha.
Dr. Sanchi: Ok so since you’ve grown up eating oily indian food your body is used to that. If you have the time I can make an appointment for you around 2:30PM with a dietician/nutritionist. Dr. Sushant Singh. He will basically tell you how much oil to put and what to eat and what to not even think about.
Kusum: If you can please do book an appointment, I’m tired of soup and salad.
Dr. Sanchi: No problem I will 2:30PM is okay right, today.
Kabir: Ya it’s okay
Dr. Sanchi: Take this with you, he won’t bother you with his silly questions once he know your my patient

Kusum: What do you mean by silly questions??
Dr. Sanchi: Would you like to actually here him talk about everything??
Kusum: I mean I’m here so why not have some fun.
Dr. Sanchi: How are you his mom?? **pointing at Kabir**
Kusum: Even I don’t know
Kabir: I’M RIGHT HERE
Dr. Sanchi: Okay so when you since you started taking these meds has it worked since it’s 250 MG.
Kusum: A little bit, not significantly
Dr. Sanchi: Okay so I’m going to boost this up to 400 MG and let’s see if that works or not.
Kabir: 400 MG that’s way too strong.
Dr. Sanchi: I’m the doctor here so I know what I am doing so just shush
Kabir: If anything happens to my mom

Dr. Sanchi: Nothing will happen. I have patients with 500 MG and they are perfectly fine.
Kabir: Are you sure you know what you are doing?
Dr. Sanchi: Okay aunty I need to complain about your son here. What type of person is he?? He questions my capabilities, he’s so rude. Literally he’s called Khadoos, Hitler, Glare Maestro, and who knows what else. So Dr. Kabir, if you have a problem with my ways of treating a patient then YOU can leave okay.
Kusum was shocked. She was the first girl or even person to talk back to Kabir and even behave like this. She was interested in this girl.
Kusum: Ok Kabir won’t talk, chup Gollu

Dr. Sanchi was giggling: Gollu aur yeh, more like dorito. Anyway so, exercise wise, ma’am you should really try go out for walks, even shopping counts as exercise.
She hands a book to Kusum
Dr. Sanchi: If you don’t want to go out a lot then a lot of my other patients use this machine. It helps them greatly. But I highly recommend going outside. Gardening, shopping, meeting with friends, going to the park.
Kusum: I always tell him to let me go but he doesn’t
Dr. Sanchi: Khado…. Kabir I understand that you are worried but her friends will be there, I’m pretty sure you have a responsible driver and she most likely has a smartphone, just tell Siri to call you
Kusum: See!!

Kabir: I’ll think about it.
Dr. Sanchi started updating Kusum’s file. Sending her prescription to the pharmacy, and making an appointment.
Kusum: So beta
Dr. Sanchi: Yes aunty
Kusum: You don’t find my son handsome…
Dr. Sanchi: Nope
Kusum: Ok, what are your thoughts on marriage??
Dr. Sanchi: Iss Hitler se kaun shaadi karega??

Kusum: I’m not asking about his marriage I’m asking about your views on marriage
Dr. Sanchi stopped typing and was lost in her thought, she clenched her fists, her eyes slowly were getting red. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
Kusum: Are you okay beta? I didn’t mean to offend you.
Kabir was also a little shocked by her action.
Dr. Sanchi: No you didn’t offend me at all. To answer your question, I hate marriage and I never want anything to do with marriage. I am happy by myself. Independent woman
Kusum: So Kabir will I be coming back to her??
Kabir: Yes mom

Kusum: Okay so since I will be seeing you again, tell me about yourself.
Dr. Sanchi: I have 15 mins, would you like to grab some coffee and possibly lunch.
Kusum: Why not?? Kabir,
Kabir: I’m coming with you maa
Dr. Sanchi: Okay so
Sushant: Oye Sanchi!!
Sanchi: What?!?! OMG you got me Chipotle !!
Sushant: I was buying some for everyone thought to buy the number 1 Chipotle fan.
Sanchi: OMG thanks, I owe you
Sushant: BIG TIME

Sanchi: Rude
Sushant handed her a bag and left for his office
Kusum: Who was that?
Sanchi: High school friend, colleague, and your dietician
Kabir: Dietician eating Chipotle??

Sanchi: Chipotle is healthy
Kabir: Ok then …
Sanchi: Anyway, so about me.. Umm exactly what would you like to know
Kusum: How about after medical college??
Sanchi: So after medical college I had some doctors in USA wanting me to work there so I took a year off to get marri… I mean to spend some quality time with me and my family. Then I spent 3 years there then I came back to India because I missed everyone here. And for the past 2 years I’ve been here, in India.
Kusum: What did you say about marriage?
Sanchi: Nothing aunty just slipped out of my mouth
Kusum: If you say so

Sanchi: Anyway here is the cafeteria, I have to go to a meeting with Dr. Veer. So enjoy your lunch. If you want to know more about me then visit my website. You will find lots of information.

Nurse: Dr. Sanchi, this is for you

Dr. Sanchi: Oh thank you I was waiting for this. Anyway aunty enjoy your day. If there is anything that I can do please let me know.
Kusum: Ya sure thank you so much.
Dr. Sanchi: It’s my job

Dr. Sanchi headed to Dr. Veer’s office.
Dr. Sanchi: Okay so Dr. Veer I needed the presentation that you had for our orientation day.
Dr. Veer: Why
Dr. Sanchi: I’m going to use that for the interns. Don’t worry I will take the blame.
Dr. Veer: You really don’t care about Kabir do you
Dr. Sanchi: Nope, plus I just had an appointment with his mom. And uss ki band bajadi
Dr. Veer: Ok, I will ask Garv to email it to you.
Dr. Sanchi: Okay thanks

Dr. Veer: Are you going to the intern tutoring room??
Dr. Sanchi: Yes I need to see the votes
Dr. Veer: I need to go and vote.

Dr. Sanchi: Let’s go
Dr. Sanchi and Dr. Veer head to the intern room and who’s there Dr. Riya.
Dr. Sanchi: “Ugh I was having such a good day”
Dr. Riya: HI Dr. Sanchi. I was just here to vote. I love the idea of having a tutoring room for interns and students.
Dr. Sanchi: Ya but Dr. Kabir gave me the idea.
Dr. Riya: Sorry I didn’t meet you on your “orientation” day I was in Rajasthan. Solo vacation you know
Dr. Sanchi: That’s nice I’ve been to Rajasthan as well maybe 6-7 years ago. Where did you go??
Dr. Riya: Udaipur, and you
Dr. Sanchi: Jaipur
Dr. Riya: When did you go??

Dr. Sanchi: I think it was maybe November
Dr. Riya: Ohh that’s nice, so are you married??
Dr. Sanchi: No no, independent woman living with her friends. I’m actually am moving into my own place now.
Dr. Riya: Do you know about that prince who *muted*?? He’s in jail right
Dr. Sanchi: That’s what I’ve heard
Dr. Riya: And that “new” prince…
Dr. Sanchi, what about him

Dr. Riya: He’s doing good for the fact that *muted*
Dr. Sanchi: Ya he is, he is
Dr. Riya: **watch beeps** duty calls
Dr. Sanchi: Duty calls “curses her”

Avantika: You handled that well.
Dr. Sanchi: Mix the truth with some lies… I need to go to the restroom real quick.
Avantika: Totally, go
Dr. Sanchi goes to the restroom and splashes her face with water.
Talking to herself: It’s okay Sanchi. You did good. Deep breath.
Avantika: You good..
Dr. Sanchi: Ya i’m good

Avantika: Anyways here is the room design. I’ll send everything over but the people will come 2 weeks later.
Dr. Sanchi: perfect. I was wanting this one as well. This room is going to be perfect
Avantika: Well I gotta go back to Mumbai taking the next flight..
Dr. Sanchi: Hope to see you soon.
Avantika: Bye
Dr. Sanchi: Bye

Author’s Note:
HAHA, did you guys really think I was going to tell the secret that easily?? WRONG!! Sorry but you gotta wait, it will be a bigger shock, hopefully. Anyways so it’s official that Kabir’s last name is Kapoor. On Thursday’s episode, when Isha went to his house the name plate had said Kapoor. So ya… Ok so this is officially the longest update I’ve written so far. I will NOT be posting next week at all. As you can also tell that I’ve changed the title, honestly this title is way better.

So what else?? OH I have to ask you guys something really important!!! Please pay attention!! I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT PLOTS FOR THIS STORY. I’M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT WILL HAPPEN BUT I WANT THIS TO APPEAL TO YOU GUYS BECAUSE I WILL HAVE A FUN TIME WRITING EITHER OR!!

So do you guys want our couple to fall in love and then marry or bitter start to their marriage. I know a lot of you guys will say fall in love before. But let me tell you both plots are completely different.
Option 1: Sanchi’s past will affect the marriage, In a good way or bad way I don’t know and the past won’t have much of an affect on the story. Plus more romantic parts meaning later updates (possibly)

Option 2: Bitter start to marriage, Sanchi’s past will come out in a more dramatic way, actually both will but this will have more drama. So the Kanchi scenes will be more funny and less romantic at first, I write comedy faster than romantic.

Honestly, it really depends on my schedule whether I update faster, but I write comedy faster.
