She was not like others (Shot-2) SwaSan by Soumya

Hello everyone,
It was the first day of my college. I was in time as i don’t want to be late on my first day but i was afraid. I thought i should go fast and enter my class so that i can be safe from ragging. I was walking as fast as I can but my bad luck. A boy stopped me in halfway, he was with his gang.
He said- hello!! Are you fresher ? And smirks.
I replied that i was not a fresher, I’m in 2nd year.
Boy-Wow even I’m in 2nd year nice to meet you….your name?
“Sanskar Maheswari”
He told to one if his friend-See he is not a fresher okay, he is in our class our classmate so we should welcome him in our way and ? him. Everyone who were with him laughed but he stopped them.
Boy- So welcome Mr. Maheswari.
“Thank you!!”
“So can you dance?”
“What”
“Yeah can you dance?”
I was in deep trouble now. All of them came close to me and order me to dance in the song ‘chikni chameli’. I was hell shocked and afraid. All were laughing and hooting me to dance.
But suddenly two people came and stands in front of me, one was a boy and other one was a girl. The girl who was standing in front of my face was like the same whom I have seen at yesterday’s night. But I was not sure.
She shouted- So again you started, I have warned you many times stay in your limits Sahil.
Sahil- Are Shona we were just joking with him.
Girl- I’m not Shona for you Sahil mind your language.
Boy (who was with the girl)- Are we fool Sahil, don’t act over smart.
Sahil ignored the boy.
Sahil- Oh c’mon Swara I love you
Swara- You just shut up or else you know me.
Boy- Sahil I will break your teeth if you will say anything now?
They were having heated argument and I was standing there listening all this and trying to see her face. She was wearing scratched jeans a denim shirt and shoes. Now I was sure that she was the same girl by seeing the locket but i was unable to see her face.
Sahil- Swara you didn’t accepted me just because of this Lucky.
Laksh (shouted)- Sahil!!
Swara- Leave him Lucky, we don’t have to give explanation to him.

After finishing their fight all of them leaves from there but i was still there standing. My mind was repeating the line which Sahil spoke “Swara you didn’t accepted me just because of this Lucky”. I was just thinking are they in relationship? My heart was beating fast. I can’t believe that the girl for whom I’m falling for without even seeing her face was in relationship. Just than the bell rang which makes me remember about the surrounding. I want to principle’s cabin for some work.

I entered the cabin. I gave him some files regarding my academics. He told me about the college academics and co-curricular activities. After that he told me about my class as i was new I didn’t know the way to class. He called a student of my class, whose name was Laksh. My mind again went back to yesterday night Swara had registered her name as Laksh in the race. I was so eager to see him. I heard a voice from my back asking permission to come in. I was shocked to know he was the same boy who came with Swara to rescue me, Lucky yeah everyone were calling him that. Both of us leaves the cabin. We were talking a lot about everything which came in our minds that time. In that short span of time we became good friends. He was a nice boy and after knowing him i was happy that Swara was with him. We entered the class. Everyone welcomed me except Sahil and his group. All were boys except one which was Swara. As generally girls don’t do engineering but i know she was different from other girls.

She was looking outside the window. The sunlight was falling in her face which was making her face more brighter. Her hairs were coming on her face which was disturbing her. She was more beautiful than I have imagined. Laksh took me to her. She was shocked to see me.
Laksh asked her what happened?
She replied that i have seen her.
Laksh-Where?
Swara-In race.
Now both were stocked.
I aksed her that why she hide herself for participating in race.
She replied which make me fall for her more.
She said- I love to ride bike and race but no other girl does so. I can’t participate. When i went to participate in boys they didn’t allow me. So i always participate in race by Lucky’s name. He goes there and enter his name in morning and I just go at night and participate.
Both of them requested me to not tell their secret to anyone and I obviously agreed.
I can’t tell her that how much i have fallen for her. SHE WAS NOT LIKE OTHERS.
