Next day:
Yuvani leaves for the office.
Yuvi drops Suhani and leaves. Kasyap was waiting for her outside.
Kas : Shall we?
She nodes.
They go out and shop for Yuvi’s birthday and Suhani buys a watch for him. By noon they complete their shopping.
Suh : I am going home, you got to office, you can get half day.
Kas : No, I will drop you, I am taking this day off.
They go to Birla house.
Kasyap greets Pratima and Dadi. They all have food together; Kasyap chats with others while Suhani goes to Gauri’s room and hide all those they bought. She then bakes the cake and they both leave. They wait outside their office for Yuvi. Yuvi comes in a while and Yuvani leaves.
Suh: (sighs) what a hectic day!!
Yuvi : Why?
Suh : Too much was there to do, I have to complete a project for tomorrow, and probably I have to work for the whole night to finish it.
Yuvi : Ok.

They reach home.
Suh : Di, I am sorry, but today you have to manage the kitchen alone, lot to do.
Bhavna nodes, Suhani go to room, and started to work. Yuvi followed her. He was sure that she was faking it. He was observing her. She was working with full concentration. Two hours passed, still she didn’t move. Yuvi slowly got up and went to her. He understood that she was actually working and faking. He became sad, he expected her to do something for him, after all it is his birthday. He was furious at her and sad too. He watched her.
Yuvi : (thinking) How could she forget my birthday?
He waited for an hour more, even then she didn’t move. He was frustrated. He started to search the whole room for something; Suhani sees him and suppressed a laugh.
Suh : What are searching?
Yuvi : N, nothing, one of my file is missing.
Suh : Do I need to help?
Yuvi : (angrily) No, you carry on with you work, I will do this.
Suh : Thank you, Actually I have an important presentation tomorrow, a multinational company is visiting us. Our career depends on the presentation hence I have to finish all these by tonight.
Yuvi : What? So tomorrow you are busy?
Suh : Yeah, tomorrow is a very important day.
Yuvi : Ok then, you carry on.

Saying these he leaves. She looked at him and laughs.
Yuvi goes to Sharad. He was frustrated, sad furious. He sits there angrily.
Sh : Guru, what happened?
Yuvi : Nothing, Suhani is bus with her project, so I thought that I won’t disturb her.
Sh : What is wrong in doing a project?
Yuvi : Nothing, but she forgot about my birthday. You saw how she celebrated her bestie’s birthday.
Sh : (suppressing a laugh) He is her bestie and is special for her.
Yuvi : Yeah, I know that I am not that important, but then what about Gauri? She organised the whole thing on her birthday!!
Sh : That she did.
Yuvi : And today, she told me that have a presentation tomorrow. She completely forgot about it, so I don’t have place in her mind na.
Sh : No guru, she is tensed about her project, you know how important it is, she might have forgotten.
Yuvi : May be you are right. She is working very hard, after all her career is very important for her.
Sh : (thinking) Not as much as you.

Sh : No worries, we will celebrate your birthday.
Yuvi : No need, she will feel bad. She will be sad that she didn’t do anything. So no celebration this year.
