Shot 12 ..
The episode starts with kunj sitting beside twinkle and was putting cold stripes on her head as still she was burning with high fever he was constantly checking her fever …

Guilt pain was clearly visible on his face whole night have passed but still she didn’t gain conciousness …

Kunj got really worried for her …he stand up made her cover with comforter and called doctor​…

K : hello doctor twinkle hasn’t still gained conciousness ..

Dr : Mr sarna there is nothing to worry the injection which I have her last night give her one more time and if she didn’t gained conciousness till night then we have to shift her for treatment ..

K : okay doctor he said he was shivering like hell …

The sole person responsible for her condition was me only he thought and took out injection and gave it on her shoulder still no movement shown by twinkle …

He started to cry and shake her being tensed till death …

Plzz wake up plzz I’ll not do anything like that now never plzz twinkle plzz he said he saw her fingers moving …

She slowly started to move but again went on shouting mode …

I quit I quit was the thing she was shouting and moving restlessly ..on bed ..his heart broke into several pieces ..he hugged her and rubbed her back in order to console her …and then broke the hug ..

She slowly opened his eyes just to find him infront of her …her vision was blurred …

She was trying to get up kunj helped her and made her sit and kept a pillow behind her …

She looked at him with painful eyes and he too looked at her …followed by deep painful eye lock …(mar jaayein plays in BG ………♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥…)

Chal ab jaldi uth aur fresh hoja then we will have breakfast together said kunj ending the silence between them ..

I don’t need anything of yours she said again his heart break ??…into trillions of pieces …

She stand up from.there with the support of Walls and went towards washroom ..

He punched his hand hard on the wall nearby and left the room ..

He went to the terrace and recalled what all happen last night he took out the cigaratte and started smoking ..
But this time his hands were shivering his breath choked and he threw the cigaratte

Kunj pov ::::

Her anger is justified I have done very bad to her I had broken all of her dreams shattered everything I got blind in my revenge now …I am fed up of this revenge and all I had given her the punishment and she bare it but now it’s limit I had nearly lost her last night I can’t imagine my single second without you twinkle I’ll try to make our life normal I’ll try that we live back a normal life like normal people u have seen my hatred now see my care …he thought and smiled …

Twinkle came back from washroom she was now fit but still have weakness and fever she came down in hall and saw it
Kunj was standing arranging the dinning table for them ….

Arey Tu aagayi chal let’s have breakfast he said and took her hand she was shocked seeing his behaviour …

He pulled.chair for her and made her sit she looked at the table and found all of her favourite dishes ..

He came and sat beside her and served her soup …and ask to drink ..

It’s healthy for you ..you should try he said and smile ..

She was looking at him without blinking her eyes even for a second …

Achaaa jiii ..u want me to feed you aisa bol nah he said and took soup and ask her to open her mouth ..

She gets teard eye coz this is all what she wanted a caring partner she opened her mouth and kunj fed her …

He made her have aloo parathas with his hands and them gave her the medicines ..

Why u are doing this ? She asked but he didn’t answer ..

Again she asked the same question ..
He looked at her angrily she got scared and moved back …

He smiled at her and took her to their room and made her rest again ..

K : rest now ..okay ..

She nodded in yes and he made her lay properly ..m

K : u rest for sometime then we will go for check up as still u are weak he said ..
She slept while he smiled and again pecked her forehead .. but she was just acting to be asleep …

Twinkle pov :::
What happen to him he is changed ..??? Noways it can be his new acting so that I can be fine I’ll never ever trust u again I know he doesn’t love me …I should not see the dreams which is never gonna fulfill he will never change ..but my feelings are melting seeing his care but baabaji plzz don’t let that day come again in my life when i have to get betrayed again ….while thinking all that she slept finally ..

After sometime she woke up and saw kunj arranging their room with flowers giving her a good environment ..

U woke up shall we go now ???? He asked …and she nodded they got ready and went for check up ..

On their way for coming back twinkle saw pani Puri stall kunj saw her looking at the direction …and stopped his car ..

Why u had stopped here ?she asked ..
I wanna eat pani Puri u wanna have too ??? He asked ..

Hmm nahi she said and sat in car ..still looking towards the stall ..

Kunj smiles and moved towards stall and was having when twinkle came too and they both started having it ..

He knew that she loved pani Puri more than anything in this world …kunj was allergic to spice ..and he ate spicy one he started coughing …

Twinkle caress his back and scolded him …

Can’t u see and eat u know u are allergic to spices she said making him shocked that still she remembers each n evething about him ..

Next time be careful she warned and he nodded like a cute baby …

This was all Seen by a pair of eyes who got jealous and left from there ..

They went to their home back and kunj ask twinkle to sleep now he took the comforter …twinkle went back scared thinking he will again torture her ..but to his surprise he went on couch ..

K : don’t worry twinkle I won’t come near you until u wish good night and if I need anything just order me ok he said and pulled the comforter above him ..

While twinkle was confused and slept smiling …

Like that way one week passed in kunj taking care of twinkle in each n every manner like a perfect .husband as he said that he will not be harsh to her he was fulfilling the words he spoke to himself …

Twinkle was melting seeing his love and care again but she was scared too what if this dream again. Gets shattered ???
Will they be happy like this forever ?..
The only thoughts which came in her mind whenever he is present around her
