Don’t underestimate your enemy and before playing your cards make sure it doesn’t backfire you..Do keep your eyes open before making a move.

8 PM, Maheshwari Mansion,

After completing the marriage rituals in the temple in presence of Swara and some local people, Laksh and Ragini entered inside Maheshwari Mansion as expected they were greeted by shocked and perplexed faces. Annapoorna who was arranging the utensils on the dining table dropped the plate and screamed-“Lakshhh…” while Dp who was sipping his coffee watching the business channel out too coughed the coffee out

Annapoorna hurriedly walked towards them..She looked at Laksh then at Ragini and back at Laksh-“What’s all this Laksh..”she asked out of shock.

Laksh whispered-“I..I married Ragini.”

“W-h-a-t..”she said in utter disbelief. A minute of silence rang in the hall before Laksh continued-“Yes Mom..me and Ragini love each other and we got married today at the temple and…” but before he could finish his sentence he was greeted by a tight slap on his face by DP. Laksh stumbled holding his cheeks while Ragini just smirked in return.

DP fumed-“How dare you Laksh…Are you out of ur mind..you married her..have you forgotten she tried blaming us..I already warned you to stop your foolish acts..and don’t give me your love funda..I know you little too much..so just spill the beans why you married her..”

Laksh was about to say but Ragini mocked him -“Tell the truth Laksh..just tell them why u married me.” He gave her a deadly glare and turned to DP -“Dad..I fell in love with her and so I married..” “Shut up…just shut up and get out of my site NOW…” Dp shouted at the top of his voice.

Laksh begged-“Dad..I can..I can explain this ..just give me one chance..”

DP cut him-“I said..out of my site now..” Laksh wanted to protest but the murderous look on his face made him timidly obey and he left to his room while Annapoorna looked on helplessly.

Dp then turned to Ragini-“Don’t think that by doing this marriage you have become my daughter in law..I don’t give a damn about this marriage..so the way you have come inside just get lost by the same way..and don’t u dare speak about this marriage to anyone..”

Ragini smirked-“Who wants to become your daughter in law either..But the fact is now me and Laksh are married and I have plenty of proofs to prove this marriage in front of media..So don’t make me do something u might regret..”
Dp frowned with anger clearly visible in his eyes..No one dared to talk to him this way..how dared she show him arrogance..He pointed his index finger towards her all angry-“Listen girl..You don’t know what I can do to you..So am warning you..just leave right now..”

Ragini cut him pointing his fingers down -“Next time if u raise your hands raise it for giving blessings..I m respecting u because u r elder to me…And I don’t know what u can do to me..But I very well know what can happen if I will show the proofs in court..So u better allow me in ur house and dare u try to threaten me again I will land u up in jail on the charges of domestic violence.” She warned in a deadly tone.

DP opened and closed his mouth like a fish but nothing came out from his mouth out of fear. A tiny 26 years old girl had made a fool out of him. He glared her and left angrily to his room closing the door with a thud while Annapoorna pressed her lips to supress her laughter. Controlling herself she came forward and blessed Ragini-“God bless u beta..I am glad you are Laksh’s wife..I have seen how u stood against wrong and now only you can bring my son on right path. Don’t worry I am with u..come I will show u Laksh’s room..” Ragini touched her feet and sighed in relief for there was someone for her among those demons..

Park Street, Vedanta

Dancing carefree to those ear pricking music,
Sanskar was completely in his La La land when someone spilled drink on his t-shirt and he raised his head up to get a view of the person.

A girl nervously pleaded to Sanskar-“Am so sorry..am so sorry..I was dancing with the drink and it just slipped of my hand..am really very sorry..”

Sanskar was amused-“Relax girl..u r as nervous like u have murdered someone. Its okay..I will just go and clean it and besides beautiful girls like u dont say sorry..”He winked making her blush and excused himself to the washroom. The girl turned around and smiled. It was Swara..Her POV-” I m sorry Sanskar Maheshwari..but I cant leave my Di alone in that hell.. I have to be with her in that house..and my only way to that house is you..”

Maheswari Mansion

Ragini entered inside Laksh’s room and was amused at the view that greeted her..The room was totally ransacked with things scattered around looking a complete mess and Laksh was sitting on the bed moving his fingers through his hairs all angry. She couldn’t help herself from smiling for she had defeated Laksh Maheshwari.. Entering inside silently Ragini cleared her throat mockingly-“Feeling really sorry for u Laksh..After all The Laksh Maheshwari is defeated..Am feeling so hurt watching you this way.”

Laksh glared her and immediately got off the bed and moved towards her. Grabbing her neck he pushed her to the wall strangling her “You blo*dy” he gritted almost choking her while she smirked looking straight in his eyes. A second later he released her from his hold and burst into laughter. Ragini was surprised-“I guess your defeat has taken a toll on your mental health too..dont worry I will take u to a good psychiatrist..”

Still Laughing humorlessly Laksh moved backward -“You know what Miss Bose I thought u were someone intelligent but u r also a fool” . Ragini gave him a confused look. He sternly spoke “What did u thought by making me agreeing to this marriage u defeated me.. How fool of u to think so. No one can defeat Laksh Maheshwari ..No one..” He chimed proudly while she just rolled her eyes giving a bored look.
He sat on the bed crossing his feet-“You don’t know Miss Bose that u have made your biggest mistake by marrying me..What do u think that by blackmailing me through that f**k contract u made me helpless.. I married you because I wanted to marry you. I knew you will not keep quite and would again and again try to expose us..Thats why I married you to keep u in front of my eyes. I made the Situations as such that you are left with no other options than to marry me and see I did it..” He completed and laughed again while Ragini should frozen at her place not able to comprehend with the truth.

He walked to her and circled around her -“I have u watched every second I was aware of your plans but I pretended to act dumb.I know how you got proof against me. It was Mehta right.” Laksh smirked looking in her eyes. As if something stucked Ragini’s head she immediately looked at Laksh and nervously pleaded -“Laksh..no one was involved in this…I.” but Laksh cut her off-“I have a wedding gift for u..Wait I will give u and am sure u gonna like it..”He took out his phone and dialed someone-“All set” he asked fixing his eyes on Ragini who was continuously pleading to him. Laksh put his phone on speaker smirking and a person begged-“plz dont kill me Laksh Sir ..I am sorry.. I don’t want to die..”

Seconds ran in silence and Ragini joined her hands nervously -“Laksh..I am really sorry for what I have done ..Ur enmity is with me so if you want to punish then punish me but please don’t bring him in between ..please Laksh..”

Laksh spoke in stern voice-“How dare he betray me.. He will have to pay for this. Kabir fire the shot I want him dead..” Ragini was shocked at that..Her throats dried up out of fear “No…Laksh he has a small daughter. Think about her at least..please..please Laksh.” She cried.

Laksh-“He should have thought that before betraying me..Kabir I said fire..”

BANG

The sound filled the room and for a moment everything froze..Ragini broke down on the floor with only tears running down her from her eyes. She was still…not able to bear the pain while Laksh held the call .Smiling satisfactorily he lied on the bed and dozed off..
