Attempt to commit suicide.—Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both.[13][needs update]

Dream scenes of Kriyam part 23

Scene 1

Sayyam and Abir raging at each other… Krishna clutches on Sayyam more tight… they look deep into each other and get shocked…Both took a step backward…They stood there for a moment… recollecting their memories…
Sayyam : tum…
Abir : Tum….
Abir move towards Sayyam…Hold him by collar… Sayyam felt like everything rolling around them..There he can see a group of boys..and two other boys beating each other on the center… others are cheering.. finally one fell down with a bleeding face… everyone cheers… ‘Abir… Abir… Abir…’
Flashes of young boy of Sayyam’s age..smiling…at him…then a dead body of that boy in a sack… Everything vividly come to his mind…
Abir : mein tumhe chodoonga..Nahi… Sayyam…
Sayyam came out of his thoughts…. Abir is shaking him holding his collar…taking all his frustration on him… Sayyam was blank..
Abir : tum dekhna…Mein kya Kartha hum..? He storms out…

Sayyam still standing there with a blank expression on face.. Krishna hold him…
Krishna : Sayyam…yeh sub kya hai… wo kya bol raha tha…
Sayyam still lost in thoughts.. Krishna shook him.. Sayyam come out of his world… he looked at her…He can easily read her mind from her eyes… but he felt he cannot let anything happens to her..He had to talk to Abir… he can’t do this to her…His enmity is with me…
Sayyam : (hold Krishna) I have to go… I will tell you everything ..
Krishna was still not ready to let him go…
Sayyam hold her close….
Sayyam : I promise you…I won’t let anything happens to you until I’m alive….trust me… Krishna..
Then he headed out… Yuvani.. follows him.. he looking for Abir..And find out his cabin…

Scene 2

Abir was hardly stops his tears..While walking to his cabin… when he reaches..He take out his wallet… open it…There is old picture of young boy.. wrinkled and half degraded… he take out that photo… caressed..with his hands…Tears flowing out… from his eyes ..
Abir : mein ne tumhe kho diya chotte… mein…Ne..
He weeps… holding the picture…
Suddenly Sayyam… opened the door wide…. Abir turns.. Sayyam looked at him..He saw the pic he hold him…
Sayyam : you know.. It was not my fault ..you lose him… please…try to understand..
Abir hold him raged…
Abir : no.. Because of you.. everything happened…Just because of….you..
Sayyam : Abir… Please…I was try to finding you everywhere I go…After that incident…But couldn’t…
Abir : stop…Just stop…
Sayyam : Abir…You can punish me… Whatever you want…But please not Krishna…
Abir : oh…That means she is dear to you…huh… ithna dard ho raha hai…
Sayyam looking at him helplessly…
Abir : tumhe bhi….wahi dard de doonga… Sayyam…Jo tumne mujhe diya …tha..
Sayyam controlled his anger…
Sayyam : please… Abir…I beg you….
Abir : no… Just wait and watch…
Sayyam lost his control…They get into a fight… Yuvani come in between them.. parted them…
Yuvani : stop…. Sayyam..Stop..It… what’s all this huh ..??
Sayyam leave Abir…with a push…He landed on his chair… he about to go but turns…
Sayyam : I know…You won’t believe me…But the truth is I’m not the reason for his death..He is always a brother to me.. it’s you and your friends…. Don’t you dare to pull Krishna into this…

Saying this Sayyam rushed out… Yuvani couldn’t understand anything… she turns to Abir who is sitting distressed… Abir wipes his tears… Yuvani comes to him..
Yuvani : I dunno what happened in your past and the reason of your enmity with my brother…. Anyway I’m sorry for your loss… I can understand…
Abir looked at her with disgust…
Abir : no..You can’t …You can never understand my pain..My loss… nothing…
Yuvani stepped back..Saw him raged… no no… Yuvani…You can’t step back… you have get the reason… Otherwise.. Krishna… so she decided to ask him..
Yuvani : Mr. Abir… you can share it…It will ease your pain…Please…
Abir : oh…So you trying to ease my pain or..
Yuvani : yes…You are right…I don’t know you…But I know my brother…He never do such thing.. but I’m here for Krishna… why you punishing her… if you give the same pain of losing a loved one.. to Sayyam… Your brother won’t come back..He won’t be happy… think about it…
Abir gets thinking…then looks at Yuvani… suspiciously….
Yuvani : you still… Huh….ok.. problem is between you and Sayyam…Why you dragging Krishna into it..
Abir think about Krishna…Yes she is right…Why I’m doing this to her…She has nothing to do with this…
Yuvani glances at Abir…
Yuvani : so….kya..huwa tha…??
Abir turns to Yuvani… gulps a chuck of saliva..

Scene 3

Sayyam entered into room…. Krishna was sitting tensed…. She jumped out off bed… and runs towards him… Sayyam…hold her..
Krishna looked at him..He can sense she has so many questions…from her face..Not only her…but also… everyone… he looked around…
Sayyam : Krishna….mein.. wo..Abir..
Krishna : I know…Wo tumhe galat samajh raha hai…ab bathao… huwa kya tha..?
Sayyam looks at her being amazed…A smile crept on his face… he sighs in relief…

Yuvraj : haan… Sayyam.. I know whatever he says.. wasn’t true…But we have to know what happened…
Suhani : haan beta…Hum sub tera saat hai…Bolo kya huwa tha…?

Sayyam sighs…He turns…Put his hands on pockets…He started to turn the time….narrates the flashback…
Abir also started to tell Yuvani..about his bitter haunting past…
