The Episode starts with Vikram apologizing to Prema for hurting her feelings. He asks her to leave. She thinks she has work here, and can’t go. She acts sweet and says she respects him more now. She says she is happy for him and Meenakshi, and she will leave now. He says don’t go anywhere, I will get a new place for you, then you can go, please forgive me. Vikram gets a call and comes to know its call from hospital. He asks Meenakshi, whats the matter, it was call from doctor. Bhabho gets worried and asks Meenakshi what happened. Meenakshi says don’t worry, I m fine, its good news. She says new member is coming, as she is pregnant. Everyone smile.

Vikram asks really. Everyone say congrats. Bhabho and Babasa bless them. Bhabho says she did not tell me also. Vikram smiles. Meenakshi says if I told you, you would have accepted me for baby, I wanted you to accept me for our love. Bhabho says how did you get such feelings. Meenakshi says she has seen such trust in this house, I m not that bad. Bhabho says I know. Vikram says I accept you today without any pressure, as I m incomplete without you, I love you a lot. Meenakshi cries happily. She says she will accept it, if he takes her to chaat stall, show movie and give two tola gold ring. Emily says she wpn’t change ever. Everyone smile. Bhabho asks Vikram to take Meenakshi and give all she wants.

She says we will leave now. Bhabho says be careful and thanks Lord that they are united again. She says its two good news, I will visit temple. Babasa says I will also come with you. She says we will go out after some time, be quiet. She takes out the drugs and puts in her hand. She asks her to have it and sleep. She gets a call and says she will take some time, and do the work. Misri sleeps. Prema says she slept, its good, now I will do my work. The doctor treats Zakir. Sooraj comes to meet him. He asks his progress. The doctor says his progress is amazing, all prayers are working. Sooraj encourages Zakir and asks Zakir to say as before by winking eyes. He shows the alphabets H and I rounded and asks what else. Zakir thinks about flight hijack. Sooraj rounds J and does not get more alphabets.

He does it again and Zakir winks at A and C and misses K when Zakir winks, as he gets Sandhya’s call. He says he can’t hear her and keeps the notepad there. He says he is with Zakir, and he is talking to him. She asks is he talking. He says doctor said its health is improving, his progress is good. She thanks him. He says our relation is like Diya and Baati. Zakir hears him. Soorak asks about RK’s hanging. Sandhya says no, RK is not well and we can’t hang him in ill state according to law. He says it means RK will be hanged the day I go to Dubai. Zakir is stunned. Sandhya notices the coincidence.

The sister comes and gives injection in the glucose bottle. Zakir tries signing Sooraj but he is busy talking to Sandhya. The sister leaves. Sooraj ends the call and says Sandhya is happy knowing this. He says lets start our work, and starts with K. Zakir sleeps by the medicine. Sooraj tries to figure out what is the word. Prema fills the bullets in Sooraj’s bag handle. She gets Maya’s call and says she did the work, no one will doubt them, and there won’t be problem in security check, Sooraj and Bhabho will take their ruining items. Bhabho calls her and she ends the call.

Bhabho tries waking up Misri and is worried. She asks Prema what happened to Misri. Prema says she was fine, she was playing, maybe she got tired and slept. Bhabho says she is unconscious, not sleeping. Sooraj says he will call doctor. Prema thinks she has given extra her extra medicine. Lohya shows the food medical report. She says it is proved that there was medicine mixed, find out from everyone. They get the perfume from the tiffin bag. She says it from someone who packed the food. He says I had this smell at your home too, when I went to take tiffin. She is shocked.

Bhabho slaps Prema and says she won’t let her go till Sandhya comes. Prema gets tensed. Sandhya asks where is Prema. Bhabho says I have shut her in store room.
