ARM FULL OF HAPPINESS

Shivaay Singh Oberoi stood magnified after looking at the piece of girl in front of his eyes, Standing on a ladder high fixing the fairy light.

“Ouch!!”- her magical honey sweet voice brought him back to earth,”this stupid light is very irritating”.
Shivaay Singh Oberoi is not a type of person who have time to attend functions like marriage but he did it for his sister Prinku whose best friend is getting married.
Om was busy in making a statue and Rudra went to a party with his friends at the last minute and he doesn’t want to disappoint his sister in the simple matter of attending a marriage.
” Blood is coming out from your finger”- He entangled the blue dress clad girl from the chains of fairy lights,” Take some rest and ask any relative of yours like father or brother to do this work”.
“Excuse me”- The girl stood straight maintaining safe distance from him,”why will I ask help from others .It is my work…my duty to fix the fairy light”.

“Your duty”- Shivaay never heard of any duty in marriage “duty is always related to office or work.
Who comes to marriage for a duty. Generally people comes to bless the couple and for enjoyment”.
“Are you from the bride side or the groom?”- Shivaay felt curious to know and talk a lot for the first time in his life,” That you are thinking attending your friends or relatives marriage as a duty”.
“The brides father asked me to come here and the groom’s father was also with him”- The girl smiled,”I was in much need of money so came here”.

Shivaay felt like his head is spinning . People are paying money to make more relative in marriage. This is marriage not any war or political rally to show power using money.
“Now if you stop your inquiry I have to check in the food stall “- The blue angel went away from him towards the open area where people were eating endlessly.
“Bhaiyya move a side”- A small child ran holding ice-cream towards him.
“Chotu”- He called the child ,”who is that girl?”.
“Which girl bhaiyya”- Chotu locked at the direction his finger was pointing,”Oh the blue dress didi”.
“Ya that girl..she was talking so weird”-Shivaay agreed that he was attracted to her that weird talk in his mind.
“She is the wedding organiser”-Chotu ran away before he ask his next question.
The next day when Shivaay was returning from the marriage with Prinku he saw the same girl ..with her yellow scooter driving before his car at a medium speed.
“Bhaiyya!!”- Prinku brought him back to sense,” We missed the way to our home and took a wring root from the previous traffic post”.

“Prinku”- Shivaay Singh Oberoi asked,”Is not any other friend of you getting married??”.
“Prinku is taking me this time”- Rudra interfere,”last time I missed going with her”.
“I will go with Prinku for her friend’s marriage”- Shivaay found an way to keep Rudra away,”the foods in marriage are too oily and not good for your diet and fit body”.
“You have to make my protein shake daily”- Rudra offered a luxurious deal.
“I will make bitter guard juice daily”- He signed the deal with some changes in term and conditions.
“Bhaiyya”- Prinku told the happy news,”today is my friend Shahabana’s marriage. We will go there at evening 7PM”.
As soon as they reached the marriage venue his eyes..kanji blue eyes searched for a particular some one but found none in the huge crowd.

“Billu”- Dadi knocked his door in one late evening,”I gave Panditji your Kundali and he brought a proposal for your marriage”.
“No way dadi”-Shivaay objected,”I am not getting married . A girl will come and separate me from my brothers is not acceptable in my case”.
“Billu..Love increases by sharing puttar”- Dadi sat caressing his hair,”the girl you marry will never stole you away from OmRu”.
“I am keeping the photo here”- Dadi sighed,”You have to see the photo for my sake. I want to see your marriage before closing my eyes forever”.
He was put in a dilemma to look at any girl specially when Rudra said that marriage makes people a “Paraya Dhan”.
With shaking fingers he opened the envelope and get surprised . It was his angel,the smiling hard working wedding organiser with out the fairy lights, he met before few days.
A slight smile appeared on his lips.

“Shivaay”- Pinky tap on his shoulder,”Drop me at the temple as today is a special pooja is there”.
“Temple!!”- SSO felt like hiding at a distant and safe place away from his family and their demands.
“We have kept a Pooja for you and your marriage”- Shakti joined his wife to visit Devi Maatha,”you have to come with us as it is ordered by Mummyji”.

Shivaay sat far away from the smiling face of the Goddess.
Nothing attracted his attention..not the echoing sound of temple bell,shout of small children playing around him,the intoxicating smell of incense sticks and the weird sound of breaking coconut not even the loud mantras chanted by the priest.
He heard the honey sweet voice of the wedding organiser in between this much sounds..clear and chirpy voice filled his ear.
“Chor chor chor!!this is my bracelet”- She was quarreling with a man,”By mistake it fell down and you are running away with it”.
The large black man with red eyes stealing the precious ornament of his fairy light clad beauty.
The man pushed his angel down the stair of the temple. His body trembled with an unknown fear of her being hurt.
Shivaay rushed at a very high speed and saved the girl and snatched the Golden bracelet from that thief in a single blink of eye.
“Are you alright?”-He asked looking at the girl,”here take your bracelet”.
“Thank you Billuji”- That girl smiled ,”For that day as you helped with the fairy light and for today also. That man generally stole things from temple area every day. Today you did a very good job by punching him hard”.
“Hi…I am Annika”-She introduced herself.
He saw his parents coming down the stair and went away from Annika and she couldn’t ask for his name.

“Annika didi”- Saahil hugged his sister,”I want to meet and thank that man who saved you two times”.
“How can you thank him Saahil?”- Annika said,”I forget to ask his name”.
“But I can Identify him from his Green Kanji eyes”- Annika gave hope to Saahil.

“Dadi…Annika”- Shivaay felt very awkward,”she seems alright”.
“Who Bhaiyya?”- Rudra asked,”Are you appointing a new secretary”.
“Ru..”- Dadi smiled ,”he is appointing a home minister for our house and for himself”.
Rudra scratched his head but couldn’t get head or tail. It is his house not any democratic country to appoint a home minister.
“Finally he agreed for marriage”- Shakti felt happy.
“Shivaay..So her name is Annika”- Omkara spoke,”Dadi not fair you told him her name before telling us”.
“Huh!!”- Dadi wondered,”I didn’t told her name to Billu”.
“Billu!! you naughty Billu”- Ru created his drama,”you are following a girl and flirting with her”.
“Shut up Rudra!!”- Dadi shouted,”My Billu is not that type of boy. Panditji brought this alliance only”.
“Billu..”- Shivaay felt the presence of a girl..Annika close to him thanking him as “Billuji”.

“We will cancel the wedding at any cost”- Annika felt like killing her Sundari Bua for trying to send her away from Saahil,”I don’t want to leave you alone with that Chudail Bandari Bua”.
