Arjun tells Maya that Ayan will be punished. This fight is not just Maya’s, but his as well.
Other hand, Saanjh asks Ayan whether he did anything. Ayan says no. Saanjh says she will win this case and asks Ayan to support her. Saanjh tells him if he didn’t do anything, then Maya won’t be able to prove anything medically. Maya only won’t give any test. They have to think what Maya’s excuse will be before she thinks.
Maya is brought to hospital. She is refusing for any test and hides behind Arjun. Doctor tells Arjun, usually such trauma happens in these cases. Rape attempt is so scary that she’s not able to come out of it. She’s not letting anyone touch her. These tests are important and must be done within 24 hours else they won’t be able to prove anything in court. Arjun tells doctor he will talk to Maya. Doctor goes. Maya tells Arjun she wants to go home. Arjun calms her and asks can he touch? Maya allows. Arjun explains her that this is important.. if they don’t do this, their case will be weak. Ayan needs to be punished for what he’s done. Arjun says he is with her and nothing will happen. He hugs her and thinks Saanjh doesn’t understand this? Maya is so scared that she is not letting her husband touch her. He wishes she could see all this.
Saanjh is recalling past events, trying to understand Maya / her plans. She lists down obsessive wife, the boss from whom Arjun can’t run away even at house, there is no limit in what Maya does, even love. She lists down psycho. She asks why Arjun can’t see what the whole world sees.
Arjun brings Maya out of lab. Doctor takes Arjun to sign some papers and tells him to take care of Maya and not to leave her alone. Arjun gets a call from his lawyer who informs hearing is tomorrow. Arjun says their case must be very strong that Ayan can’t save from it. He must get punished for what he’s done, no matter even if he’s his brother. And case must be over as soon as possible, else Maya will get hurt from it.
Saanjh continues studying the case and says this time Maya won’t be able to save herself. Samay comes there and says case is on Ayan, not Maya. Saanjh says, but crime is committed by Maya. With Arjun, Ayan, everyone. To make Arjun hers, she has punished all of them. Her junoon, brain has no limit. Samay whispers Maya is not bound to any limit. Saanjh says what? Samay says he was just thinking whether he should trust his feelings or eyes. Saanjh says when Maya is involved, one shouldn’t even trust his self. This time Maya will be beaten on every step. She will prove all her proofs worthless. She won’t give any chance to Maya to run. Samay says, everyone will be scared in court seeing Saanjh, the lawyer. Saanjh tells him that he won’t come to court because he’s the only proof that could go against Ayan and she can’t take any chance. Samay agrees. Saanjh thanks him for his support. Samay says he has a bad habit.. once he decides to stand with someone, he doesn’t step back. He thinks of Maya while saying that. Saanjh hugs him.
Arjun, Maya arrive at the court. Media questions Arjun, he says no comments. Saanjh, her mum, Ayan’s mum arrive now. Saanjh steps out of car in confidence and glare at Maya-Arjun. Police bring Ayan. Media ask Saanjh why she thinks that her client is innocent. Saanjh says because he’s her client, and truth is on the side she is on. Media say, but this is a rape attempt case and a woman… Saanjh interrupts and says that is why it’s her duty to protect laws that are made for female protection and make sure no one takes advantage of those laws. Some women are such that they trap innocent guys in rape case for their advantage. It’s her duty to stop such women. Media now ask, in reality, is it like this fight is not for Ayan, but her love? She had an affair with Arjun, right? Saanjh says, yes, they were friends. But that won’t come in between her work ever. For some people, it’s all about winning and losing, but for her, it’s all about friendship and love. People can do anything to win, but she will only use true facts. Today she will prove that Maya is totally fake. Arjun gets angry, but Maya controls him. Saanjh goes inside. Others follow.
The hearing begins. Saanjh begins saying this is not a case, this is a game, started by Maya. Today she will prove that Maya is not a victim, but mastermind behind all this. She calls Arjun as first witness.
Saanjh asks Arjun when this incident took place, they were supposed to go to London, right? Arjun says, yes. Saanjh says, but in flight, it was only Maya. It was such an important trip and he wasn’t there, why? Arjun says he missed the flight. Saanjh asks what he was doing that he missed the flight? He says he forgot flight time. She says forgot intentionally? Isn’t it true that he wanted to be free from his wife? No answer.
She again asks what he was doing that he missed such an important flight. He says, he doesn’t remember. She says he was with his family whom he hadn’t seen since 3 years.. his family from whom his wife kept him away. He missed the flight intentionally. He says angrily, yes, he went to meet his family, his friend.. what wrong he did? She says he doesn’t do any mistake.. he’s forced to make mistakes (looking at Maya). She now asks whether his wife knew about this. He’s quiet. Saanjh says that means his wife didn’t know.
Next, she says his wife hadn’t been to office since 3 years and she just joined 3 days ago. What made him think that she’ll handle everything alone in London? He says, her name is Maya Malhotra, and reminds Saanjh of Maya’s achievements. She can handle any kind of situation. Saanjh says, then how come she didn’t handle this situation? Arjun shouts.. dusky. Saanjh shouts back.. Saanjh Mathur.
Episode ends.

My respect for her was dwindling after yesterday, but she crossed all limits of selfishness and vendettas today, even stopping a potential support of maya from coming to the court? That is unethical to deny a witness the right to speak, she doesn’t even know his connection to maya yet and she is still judging? Moreso, such questions as why couldn’t you handle rape? That is disgusting as much as asking personal questions of where Maya was physically harassed or whatnot, it’s not right. Furthermore, she was looking at all Maya’s past deeds especially her time at office and calling her psycho whilst completely omitting the causes of such actions, especially Maya’s punishments to Arjun. She will expose all the actions without anything from why or what the whole situation was, just like every other time for her own enmity and Arjun’s ‘safety’ she is doing such things? Despicable.
I will do my thoughts on Arya/maya today in a separate post, but this link below + Maya’s reactions today further my belief that her fear and terror of attempted rape was actually real, but I will talk about that later on. Thank god Arjun is supporting her Atm but I dread that it may change later on, saanjh is beginning to show even her manipulative side and its unnatural on her tbh its almost scary, she may win even if maya is in the right this time which I strongly believe, especially if the medical tests are affirmed, and I dread to see that. I can only hope for the best, that maybe maya admits her actions and relation with Arjun in the court but that also Ayan is punished for his crimes, rape is more serious, but manhandling and abusive language is equally unforgivable, and I hope to see justice in its correct form, preferably with both if not only Ayan.

That’s the point. And please, why is she called “selfish”? If Samay is a man, he won’t leave Maya alone, who is Saanjh for him? Nobody. Saanjh thinking Samay loves her made a request not to come to the court Coz she believes Ayan is innocent.

First of all, anyone would be extremely angry to know his own brother may have attempted to rape his wife. No matter what maya has done to him, he still has a moral compass, and to see a women degraded like this especially his wife would be killer to him, especially if the accused is his own family who he trusted. I am nt surprised he slapped Ayan, any sensible husband would defend their wife, though Arjun has always been shown to overstep his emotions and becomes too easily angered, this is why he has cowardly broken relations before, yet no-one deems him responsible which is unhealthy blind love in itself for such a ungrateful person who cannot respect the value of his relations.
second, maya only said he violated her modesty. Modesty does not equal hymen or s*xual organ violation, only that he tore her clothes and exposed her in a cruel manner with cruel intentions, that is almost as traumatising as rape, especially for a women who has been abused in the past before.
Thirdly, Vandana intentional or not slapped maya in the temple and that would probably trigger ashwin’s abuse and her anger to surface, so yes maya was angry enough to pick up the blade but her goodness and desire for a happy family stopped her from doing something she would regret, changing her anger into despair and helplessness. As for the first knife scene, VM and her superstitions dreamt that, but Maya then fell to her feet genuinely wanting to leave her darkness behind, which VM If she had done that day nothing would be happening now, she trusted superstitions and a kidnapper over her DIL, very immature and unfair.
Maya tying with ropes and sedating I admit was wrong, but her fear of him running away from her made her do it. Yes her method was extreme, but he had lied and cheated her and it broke her trust yet again, so to keep her Jaan with her she had to go the extra step as she cannot bear to lose him as he is the only thing left in her life and her only true love, so she was wrong in her action, but I empathise with her pain and thoughts around it.
Please don’t be sarcastic and hateful to others, its really not helping this forum stay toxin free and supportive of one another. Yes we have different views but that should be respected and dealt with maturely.
Moreover, just like you justify Saanjh/others, we understand you but we also try to show u our understanding and love of Maya’s perspective and her suffering alongside her madness. It is nice to grasp multiple perspectives and understand others and their reasons for loving a character/personality not just cling tight to one view/opinion of a character and hate on others for being different/seeing a good side to that character.
If you wish to see maya as pure evil and wish to judge her superficially then by all means feel free, but please still try to be civil.

Dear Ks, may I know what is the truth? And why is Maya innocent? Please dear, before pointing your finger on Saanjh, note that she is supporting only the truth. She is telling what she feels is right. And one thing, in your previous comment, u said she is taking revenge. But from whom? A lonely girl (Maya) got a third class man (Arjun). Saanjh loved Arjun n that’s the reason she sacrificed Arjun. If she was like Maya, she too could do everything. Even now she feels the baby who will come will bring happiness in their lives…

Correct.
A very basic but still correct understanding of maya. Sure it is not right to replicate possessiveness if you have experienced it yourself but that is the person she has been moulded into through lack of love/familial support. The abuse takes it a step above mere orphans/dis privileged children though, so despite her actions not being justifiable when she genuinely does wrong, it is still understandable and can empathise. Maya is right I feel this time, but in the end even if she wins she will not want Ayan jailed, else Arjun will leave her, so she will spare him I know. Maybe she can begin to genuinely again win VM and her trust again. Maya always begins to heal and show lighter shades when Arjun is shown to genuinely support/love her. The kiss to the head, the genuine and not forced hugs Arjun give show that to her, and she feels better no more confident, thus lightening her insecurity/anger.
Today she showed she was fearful of even Arjun’s touch. It could be planned, but then why did they show Maya remembering Ayan’s assault if she actually was just pretending? She genuinely felt it, and I see truth in her and I hope in the end she wins truly, even if she loses this case in the end her love and goodness better prevail.

I don’t know why, but after watching today’s episode i am having a gut feeling that arjun is just faking that he is on maya’ s side… and he thinks that maya’s allegations on ayan are not true… i just hope maya is not doing anything intentionally to keep arjun away from his family… coz being a woman putting fake attempt to rape case IS A BIG DEAL.I just hope that maya was so traumatised by ayan’s sudden physical abuse that she thought of it as an attempt to rape because If its not , then it will be the final nail on the maya’s character for me.attempt to rape is a very serious crime… and if its fake it can ruin and scar ayan forever.no excuse or clarification can be given for that..Plzz dont let that happen????

Anything that Maya does is right because she didnt have a happy childhood. Whatever Sanjh does on the other hand, oh well, where do I even begin? She loved Arjun but oh no she cant because Maya is obsessed with him (not because Arjun doesnt love her back and hopefully people understand the blatant sarcasm). Even when she is happy for her best friend and supports Maya fully there is definately some ulterior motive because why not she is Sanjh after all. She fights with Vandana a mother figure for her for Maya but even then she wasnt considered loyal to Maya. Maya can manipulate all she wants but she is never wrong as she had a rough chilhood. Sympathising with someone is pretty different from considering all their doings right. People find Sanjh irritating because she is friendly and kind hearted but maybe Maya is s*xy when she ties her husband to a bed. Maya can stoop to any level and still remain right because of her past. She believes that whatever she is doing is right and thus a number of people support Maya. But when Sanjh asks Samay to not appear in the court because she believes that it would create difficulties she is suddenly wrong. She truly believes that Ayan is innocent and wants to prove it as quickly and easily as possible then why this hypocracy? Fine maybe Maya is not lying this time but its not about right and wrong right its about beliefs. Maya is supported cause whatever she does is what she believes is right but Sanjh can not do the same because lets face it she is Sanjh the irritating, annoying person who has created hell in Mayas life. Oh but is it not Maya herself? Lastly can a persons awful past mean that they have the right to go to any limits in the future? People will say Maya just needs love. What about that the three years she got with Arjun? And its very clear that Arjun truly loves her so what happened? There are a number of people in this world who have suffered a lot as kids some even a lot more than Maya but not all of them turn out like her. Thankfuly.

Nope I do not believe what she does many-a-time is right, I merely empathise and understand why she does what she does and the intention she has which is sometimes selfish but many times good as well, her past of abuse/pain has created the mentality that goodness does not win and manipulation/lies get you going in life which is wrong, but we can still wish for her healing/betterment and a second chance to learn of goodness and its rewards, thus making her improve and find the love she always wanted but lost through her own twisted mindset destroying the very dreams she tried to create.
I am a maya lover as i empathise with her pain, and have had an abusive childhood/parental dilemmas that I would rather not go into, but I know how they shape people and their minds/outlook. Childhood is innocence, wonder, joy and the time of development to become a true man/women, and to destroy a childhood is to kill a person, his/her dreams and his/her future, believe me I know. It took me years to get out of depression and only now am I starting to live happily after almost 20 years of anger, loss and hopelessness, I applaud maya for still having some sanity and chance for goodness and love, as I very nearly lost them myself.
Maya has had such a past even worse than what I have experienced, whereas Saanjh has grown up in a righteous loving family who taught her morals, goodness and love in its purest sense, but she is still acting this way and time and time defying her parents for Arjun even when it is wrong to do so, which is why many people dislike saanjh and her current/”third-wheel” type actions/words.
No one has the right to do what they like and blame it on their past, myself included. I don’t accept Maya’s wrongdoings as right, especially if they have bad intention, but I understand from where such feelings of fear, loss and insecurity are derived to create such thoughts and actions, and I can love her for that, that she doesn’t give up no matter, that she is so passionate and loyal that she will do what needs to be done be it by hook or crook, something I admire greatly and aspire towards, though I will try to be better I assure you!
So dislike maya, but also understand her and what she has gone through not only from her childhood but also her love and current relations. I’m glad I’m not in a relation or anything as if such things of betrayal/hatred came towards me I would be more insane than maya, so I applaud her for her strength of will and loyalty to Arjun whom she loves even if he hates her, it is love, she just doesn’t know how to express it in the right way, and someone needs to guide her and give her the right love to show her, and a family to care for her too and guide her, something that I luckily managed to get in my grandparents, they saved my life.
Please think about this, and understand why many Maya lovers are Women but also those with troubled pasts, we do not justify Maya, but we love her as we see ourselves and our pasts through her, and we like her try to better ourselves, though we have more luck and acceptance than she does, and we feel for her and love her even more for that.

I hope people know this is a drama because everything that happens is fake so there is no need to say anything about it that is serious because Everything that happens is just for people to watch and maya is faking her rape as ayaan never touched her,he was angry at her for snatching his brother from him and his family and she made it out like he was going to rape her when he only ripped her clothes and shouted at her This made it look like rape when it was not and also he has fiancé so there would be no need to rape her to prove a point also he said that I am not going to leave you intending he was going to shout at her and take his brother back as Arjun was given something and locked in the bedroom so he can’t come out so he just wanted to see his brother and sort everything is alright and ayaan is not lying as maya is a psycho and can do anything to anyone and can do anything to get rid of anyone who comes in her way so this is a easy step to take for her
Selflessness and obsession have been blurred all too often with both women, and yet the entire story plot revolves around them being separate entities?!
Maya has been extremely selfless many a times, whereas saanjh has been selfish many a time as well. Therefore perspectives of obsession and selflessness should not rest with Maya and Saanjh alone respectively, as that maligns Maya’s character and makes all good things she does conceptualised as just a part of her bigger evil plan, and in turn justifies everything saanjh does as good and pure of heart, which it isn’t.
This time I truly believe maya is innocent, especially the way she willingly allowed Arjun to leave her and was so heartbroken, tried to suicide twice and the first time Arjun may not have even woken in time to save her, fearful of even Arjun’s touch and was reminiscing Ayan’s atrocity when he touched her, as well as her reluctance to be touched by another, her medical tests and samay’s testimony being rejected by saanjh, her arrogance and vendetta towards Maya going beyond the case as a means to prove maya mad and a liar despite evidence being the polar opposite, her tearful moments even after Arjun and others have left her without smile or affirmation to the audience of her intention unlike every time before, her fearfulness of Ayan and the visible signs of his abuse on her body and mind etc.
Most people even on India forums are pining Ayan as guilty and saanjh as absolutely ridiculous and hypocritical in her approach, and I totally agree, she has taken it too far for not only ‘justice’ but revenge and anger towards her as well, even highlighting incidents completely irrelevant and trying to provoke Arjun against her and MOCK her rape intentionally, which is completely wrong especially if nothing has yet been proved, and maya in most probability for once is genuine and correct, but due to her past misfortunes and manipulations, all for her happiness and fear of loss no less will be used against her she will ‘cry wolf’ this time, and will not be believed.
I hope maya tells everything by herself, so she can give one back to saanjh and prove her wrong as a liar and manipulator, that she can do anything for truth and Arjun’s happiness, even sacrifice herself just like post-marriage and his jailing, I hope she sees through this case her chance to receive punishment but also be free of guilt and show Arjun her love is true, maybe then Arjun will live her agin truly who knows its far fetched and unlikely but its a hope, especially as it seems a lot will be revealed in the coming episodes.
I only hope the best for Maya and her happiness and love to truly rise and win above all else in the end, for her to defeat Ashwin and be free of the darkness to have chance to live and have light and love in her life again, whatever road the show goes I wish nothing else for her, she deserves it.

Many people are asking if maya is as strong a women to not be intimidated/take crap from anyone even attacking samay who is stronger than Ayan, then why this happened? I will address other aspects of the scene surrounding the rape attempt separately, but to be clear I think Ayan is GUILTY and Maya is INNOCENT.
1. She was completely unprepared for such a reaction from Ayan and could not believe what was happening herself, thus her fear and worry at his actions and her inability to defend herself.
2. Samay she handled as she despises him, whereas she cares for Ayan maybe even loves him like a brother more than any other aside Arjun especially due to the love and care he showed her and his acceptance of her before any other. He was the only one she felt true regret being a cause (though IMO not the actual cause, VM is the real culprit) of separating and the only one she wasn’t mad that Arjun reunited with, and so to see him this way and acting so out of his kind loving nature she thought she knew would have been such a shock she couldn’t stop him, nor could she bring herself to hurt him even if she wanted to as she loves Arjun and knows Arjun would hate her more for it, if she was going to hurt him that is which I doubt.
3. Samay wanted Maya’s love and so was willing to do anything for her, even when she hit him he was swooning over her and not being angry/dangerous in any way. besides he would probably take the pain anyway without resisting and she knew that. Ayan on the other hand was angry and vengeful, and his rage shocked maya and the cruelty of his words and actions would be too much for her to fight against, especially after he started ripping at her clothes, the fear of abuse ingrained by ashwin may have resurfaced and paralysed her, making her incapable of retaliating.
I truly feel Maya is innocent and saanjh is being unlawful and doing injustice by siding with Ayan, just to prove her and VM right and that maya is Pagal without empathising for her pain and condition, nor seeing/understanding Ayan’s past with girls or thinking of things like an actual lawyer, just a women with a vendetta out to settle an old score against the women who stole her love and humiliated her even though she was responsible for the humiliation and VM was responsible for the family separation, not Maya. What hypocritical and unjust people are called mahan in this show… Everyone is grey, but at least Maya has light shades of selflessness, goodness and true love in spite of her instability, and gulilt/understanding of many of her wrongs, whereas Saanjh and co believe themselves righteous and pure even after such atrocities as destroying a DIL’s dreams of happiness and a family, and killing her child intentional or not? Absolutely abhorred. Not to mention she is preventing Samay from testifying against her else she KNOWS she will lose the case. Does that mean she knows Maya is right and Ayan isn’t innocent, but just wants to win to get back at her? That is selfish, childish and crueler than any ‘manipulation’ maya has done to date.
Maya better get the justice she deserves, both for her wrongs but also for others’ wrongs that have destroyed her and made her this way. Her happiness and love is foremost, and it better be that that is achieved no matter what, else Ashwin will win and Maya will lose, which they CANNOT show, it will undermine and devalue Maya’s love, her pain and her entire story by making her lose in the end. Even if she loses this case, her love better win in the end at all costs and with no compromise, she deserves it more than any other, it’s time she stepped back into the light and bathes in the glow of the sun once more, with or without her true love but strong, fearless and happy once more.

How come people can not see the proud face that Maya made after receiving a hug from Arjun. The eye expression that she made, clearly shows that she had something big in her head. This all court scene reminded me the priyanka chopda’s (in this case Maya’s ) allegation to Akshay Kumar (Ayan) in Movie Aitraz. For sure, Maya is making all these, however, Ayan’s misbehavior cannot be justified. They both deserve punishment.

Maya is NOT evil, she does things passionately and does not give up. Even if her methods are different, even if they are wrong… Who gave her love and confidence that being good is its own reward? Certainly not VM who insulted and degraded maya all the time she wanted to change for the better, forget her demons and bask in Arjun’s love and have a happy family, Saanjh/Arjun breaking her trust and exceeding the limits of friendship in front of her eyes, her abusive/weak willed mother/father and no friends to guide her, and even samay who she may have loved but in turn betrayed her.
Knowing all this, do you think she would be able to make the right choices or think that being good will give her what she deserves? Of. Course not, she has suffered so much that morality has warped in place of ensuring means of survival and achieving her goals by doing whatever is necessary, good or bad, it is how she has been forced to become the way the world has been so cruel to her she has learned to be cruel back as she thinks from her past experiences that is the only way to get her rights and
way in life. Please see that Maya is not inherently bad, nor does she want to be, she has to be to protect that which she loves from slipping away and leaving her alone and miserable, but her actions consequentially create more problems than not despite their intentions being good many times as well. As for saanjh, she is correct in wanting to expose maya especially if maya is actually planning everything which I feel this time she isn’t, but we will have to see.
However, her means of doing it are wrong, and move beyond just Ayan’s cause to discuss Arya’s relation and more importantly than prove Ayan innocent, express her disgust of maya and prove her crazy, something I feel is her pent up anger of Arjun leaving her and his family and then his actions at the police station all coming out from her now as revenge, despite the fact maya had actually only played part in Arya’s problems, not in the family separation at all, it was primarily VM and Ajun responsible, but they can never realise their mistakes and only blame maya as they never approved of her even when she was good, so how can they take her side when she is supposedly bad? Maya is right in many ways, and saanjh has been right in many ways, but their upbringings and views of the world are based on it, yet saanjh is acting vis-a-vis maya at the moment which is completely against her moral upbringing and character, while we can empathise with maya and her wrongs as it only in her disparate dream to love and be happy, but that is clouded by her anger and her insecurities.
Love maya always and hope she gets justice both good and bad so she can heal, love selflessly again and defeat Ashwin once and for all so that her endless love reigns supreme!

How you people will address that Ayan was trying to rape May….. As per my knowledge, he was trying to enter the house to find out his brother & Maya was trying to keep him away. But during this process, Ayan was trying to push Maya & in turn her clothes were torn off. During that time, Samay entered & pushed Ayaan. At that time, Police entered & arrested Ayan in the case of attempt to rape as reported by Maya. Whatever happens was not done by Ayaan intentionally. It’s all happened suddenly & for this we can not make a case of “Attempt to Rape”. Since, Ayaan has told everything to Saanjh, Saanjh understood that Maya has made a fake case.
The question raised by Saanjh to Arjun that when Ayaan was trying to rape his wife, then where he was gone. If Arjun lies anything, then She can call all the Society people who has witnessed that Maya was taken to their house in Ambulance in unconcious mode & Arjun left with her in ambulance for hospital. Then the question can arise that instead of hospital, why they go to home. Second question, since Maya was unconcious in the ambulance, how he left Maya alone at that moment. So, either Arjun has to tell everything that Maya has injected him.

Ayan reaches outside Maya’s apartment building. Saanjh calls him and asks where is he. He says Maya brought Arjun to her home, now he will do something that Maya will not show her face again. He walks towards Maya’s apartment. Maya goes and sleeps next to Arjun. Ayan knocks door. She opens door and seeing Ayan tries to shut. He forcefully opens door and says he wants to take back his brother. She says he is not here. He pushes her and searches whole house. He unlocks Jahnvi’s door. Subconscious Arjun under hypnotic effect murmurs Ayaan go away, else Maya will ruin his life. Ayan continues searching Arjun and Maya tries to stop him. He finds a locked room and calls Arjun. Arjun from inside slowly says he is here. Ayan tries to break door. Maya stands in front of it. Ayan asks to give
key. She hides key under her dress and says she will not. Ayan says he will get key at any cost and pushes her. Her clothes get teared. He says he will get key at any cost. She says she is her babhi. He says she lost that right long ago. She shouts to garner attention.
Samay comes and pulls out Ayan and slaps him repeatedly. Ayan shouts to leave him. Maya starts her drama and cries that Ayan tried to rape her. Police comes and slaps Ayan alleging he tried to rape his bhabhi. Ayan says he did not do anything
I forget about the key but with this written episode, it is clearly mentioned that Ayan has just pushed Maya and in turn her clothes get teared.
After few seconds, Samay came. That means he was also not present at time of pushing & getting clothes teared. It was Maya who told Samay that Ayan was trying to rape her & he blindly believes her because we all know that Samay loves May a lot.
Till now, we never seen Ayan to misbehave with any girl in the entire series. Just because, a lady told everyone believes. But, no one was available at the time, but we have seen all this. After seeing, how anyone blames Ayan that he has done intentially to rape Maya. Before the leap year, he always stand with Maya for her rights and now he will try to rape her. How disguesting you people are.
Did you just read the update or did you actually watch the episode?
The dialogues he was speaking were filthy and could be interpreted to have a s*xual undertone by any women, especially the way they showed him looking, no leering at her.
When she was running away from him he manhandled her, gripping her wrists and pushing her against the sofa, and when she tried to escape he grabbed her and tore her dress. Even after he didn’t stop tearing away her entire lower dress exposing a whole leg before getting on top of her and pinning her hands down.
What’s more, he evidently bit her neck and the mark is visible in later episodes, as well as the marks of his handling of her.
MA who wrote the written update has time and time again missed out key details, especially pertaining to maya and her situation, instead making it look like others are innocent and maya is always evil. MA I felt was biased, the current Simmy is a lot more neutral.

what is going on in this show,can anyone please update me??i have been away for a while so the storyline is quite confusing???
Bad things are happening once again to our beloved maya I’m afraid.
She took a deliberate injury to return to Arjun as he manipulated her to go away while he was enjoying with his family, so she came back as she cannot live/be without him, clingy but heartwarming too.
Arjun left with her in ambulance, she expressed her jealousy of saanjh and Arjun got angry and tried to leave, she sedated him and kept him in their house, getting angry at jhanvi and wanting her to answer maya’s questions of why everything is happening to her, sleeping on him peacefully until Ayan who was following came seeking revenge.
Maya stopped him from reaching Arjun, but Ayan took a s*xually predatorial approach to frightening her and it ended with almost rape scenario and Ayan’s arrest. Maya is traumatised by event and tries to suicide, Arjun barely saves her in time she gets angry with arjun and herself breaks their relation and croes while he leaves. Arjun sympathises with her, and confronts Ayan at police station and breaks relations. VM curses her son that he will never be happy with maya, and saanjh calls him a dog and a fool for trusting his psycho wife, Arjun vows to never let Ayan go free after his attack on Maya. He returns and maya tries to suicide again before he slaps and comforts her, She cries that she is dirty and unclean but Arjun shows love and concern for her that calms her.
She goes to hospital but is fearful of being touched for examination, Arjun reassures her then calls lawyer to solidify case against Ayan.
Saanjh digs up her past and her views of maya all that triangulate towards being obsessive/psycho to use in her case, she stops Samay the key witness from attending the case.
The case starts, saanjh openly declares she will expose Maya’s jaal and confronts Arjun first, trying to coax his past 3 years out of him to separate Maya and brand her mad in front of the court.
This is it the last few episodes hope its not bias

Saanjh asking Samay not to come to court as his evidence would be against Ayaan proves her dishonesty and desire to win the case by hook or by crook. She only wants to defeat Maya and this has taken more importance to her than Ayaan’s case. So Saanjh is not pure as lily as she is being shown. She is turning grey now and who knows what the future will reveal about her? Who knows she may turn out to be Ashwin’s killer. Right now Arjun is with Maya because his thought process at the hospital where he took Maya for the tests has revealed that he would fight to punish Ayaan. LOvely to see ArYa together now. Hope CVs unite them forever in the end. Love Maya and ArYa.

People are arguing this is Arjun’s game plan as revenge for maya, and his dialogues in the station against his family are a way of protecting them from maya. Lol if that were the case then why not just tell them that he will have to be rude to them and them rude to him to keep up a facade so that he can expose Maya’s truth without getting them under her skin. He was genuinely fighting them and broke his relations once again, not even remembering their harsh words when he hugged maya and apologised, he truly believed her then there was no denying that. Moreover, he doesn’t know samay’s connection to maya, nor does he have any camera/recording device on him he made sure of that, so where would there be fear of exposing his plan and intentions if he had any? None whatsoever.
The genuine pain on his face at Maya’s fear of his touch and her genuine suicide attempts in the last episode due to anguish at her condition and feeling of Arjun’s betrayal makes me believe maya is innocent in this case and that Arjun is not faking it, even if she was expecting Ayan she couldn’t expect the horror to follow, and this was shown through the extent of her anger and how she willingly broke their relation and asked him to go away, she would never say that unless she was broken to that extent.
Saanjh crossed limits as well today, denying samay who is a witness the chance to testify, digging up past mistakes of maya completely unrelated to use against her, believing maya will not be medically tested, and mocking her ‘rape’ before the court, not to mention her arrogance in the way she declared she is on the side of truth. I believe she is only on the side of HER ‘truth’, not actual truth, otherwise she would be taking it neutrally and not almost vindictively addressing the case, she has her own agenda, ‘saving’ Arjun or proving that maya is unfit for him is clearly more important than Ayan as of now, and its a real blow to the maturity of her character. The way she has been raised and the lawyer status she has has been defiled by her ways today I was shocked by her audacity.
Hope all the best for maya, that even if she loses this case her love triumphs in the end. I will always hope for Arya, and the last 2 episodes made me fall in love with the show again, I hope they show more it was such a relief after all the hate episodes, that either Maya was hating him too, or they were both caring for one another that was beautiful.

hi all..wowww…it really takes more than an hour to read all your comments..bt gr8 guys..I liked the way saanjh made arjun shut his mouth..but its also very obvious that she is getting personal in this case..she only took arjun to meet his family..well using that in a court maybe brilliant as a lawyer but not as a friend..and why is this stupid ayan not saying the truth even if he had felt that maya trapped him, he still tore her clothes..which is definitely punishable..
if any1 needs treatment in this serial its definitely not only maya..first it should be VM..partial as a mother, superstitious,couldnt accept maya coz she has fixed saanjh in her mind as her daughter in law.. ayan for misbehaving with girls..saanjh for her obsession abt arjun ,even though he was married and after she too getting a boyfrnd samay..jhanvi not understanding her disloyal husband..samay for still clinging on to a married girl,maya… Arjun for not understanding himself and what he wants..

i started watching this show again after season 2 began but now its stupid. arjun has proved he is an idiot and a step brother. the love triangle is like a dil mil gaye repeat. armaan riddima love each other just like arjun and maya. sid loves riddhima like samay loves maya. saanjh loves arjun like shilpa loves armaan. everything on this show is all abt arjun n mayas love. this show is not moving forward. 3 year leap was useless, its back to the same storyline.
fans of arjun n maya need to go to the doctor cuz the relationship between arjun and maya is dysfunctional and evil. im not going to watch this show anymore. so guys enjoy your dysfunctional lives n this evil show where evil wins over good.
If only it was that easy to brand one evil and another good, this show is not that. If you have this misconception you cannot enjoy this show.
Maya is the main heroine but also antihero of the show. Throw a normal life behind her and she will be the most despicable woman alive, but the story they gave her and the complexity and layers of both good and bad in the show make people love her. She is GREY not BLACK from the beginning you need to get this.
Likewise most of the “pure” people of the show have dark sides too. Ayan and his womenising history, saanjh and her overextended friendship with Arjun, her clinginess, selfishness and inability to move on/understand her own parents and their love for her and interests, devaluing herself instead in favour of Arjun, VM and her superstitions clouding judgements and not giving a chance to a DIL who genuinely wanted to change for the better, samay and his history with maya, and Arjun who cannot keep relations only run away, is good hearted but egoistic,selfish and naive in equal measure, a total ‘duffer’.
Everyone aside prem,Suman and Shubh are grey in their own way (rhymes lol) and you need to understand this.
Calling maya lovers messed up in the head is not only insulting people who love and empathise with a abused child turned bad against her will, but Jennifer winget herself who plays the role of maya. As she is very sensible and mature, and has suffered abuse from KSG as well, she must also have her reasons for loving maya aside being the character, she herself says people will hate her if they don’t understand her layers and complexity, so go figure.
Evil never wins over good, good will eventually prevail as always. HOWEVER, as evil and good are present in every person and ideally good should triumph not by one person or side, but by everyone becoming good and destroying their evils, even Maya herself, that’s the beauty of Beyhadh, good and evil are blurred boundaries, everyone has both, so you cannot label maya as evil and everyone else as victimised/pure, that is a naive approach to the concept they are trying so hard to make people understand.
Yes maya has been shown to be bad more than others, but she has also shown to be more good than others too, you have to see both sides not only focus on the bad, else it ruins the point the CVs and the show is trying to make, plus you disgrace the love of the majority of fans which is saying a few million people. Putting such a label on so many people is unethical and rude, please don’t write such a thing again.
I am neither a maya nor saanjh lover. I respect them both but they both have some serious faults.
