Twinkle comes home nd sees her brother unconscious nd her sister crying nd took him to hospital wen the doctor comes nd tells her that he needs to be operated as the apendics has grown in his stomach…
Twinkle ask the doctor abt hw much money we need for operation nd doctor said 1 lac…
Twinkle becomes tensed abt hw will she arrange money wen she think abt kunj nd calls him nd say i m ready to show u mumbai but just know i need one lac rupee …
Kunj agrees…

Twinkles brorher operation is done nd know he is fine….
