Lakshmila’s Chamber,
Bharat and Shatrughan are assisting search parties . Lakshman is continuously walking here and there in the room .Ram is trying to calm down Lakshman.
R:- Laksh , calm down .Nothing will happen to any of them. They will come soon!!
L(at peak of crying):- Bhai , I told Urmi not to go. I was not having a good feeling ,today. It is mid-night and they haven’t come.
R:- Why , Lakshman???Was there some reason ??? I saw you in the court room…just when you got the news that Urmi was going to Gauri Temple .There was a fear in your eyes, which is uncommon.
L(sobbing):- Bhaiya….nothing can be hidden from you. Yesterday, I saw a dreadful dream. In which I saw Urmila going away from me….
Ram could clearly see what was going to happen. Same had happened with him when Sita left for the heavenly abode. Still he prayed god not to give the same kind of sorrow to his brother. He enveloped Lakshman in an embrace. Suddenly Bharat came running…
Bh(happily):- Laksh, They all have come !!!! They are in Sumitra Maa’s room
R(relieved):- Thank God , See Lakshman . They are back…
Lakshman had tears in his eyes . He ran towards Sumitra’s chamber to see his Mila. To hug her and never let her go. But he was in for a huge surprise… He saw Sumitra weeping inconsolably. Same was the condition of Mandavi and Shrutkirti . Lakshman ran towards Sumitra and held her by shoulders.
L(tensed):- Maa, wh..what happened??? Why a..are you cr..crying???And bhabhi and Shruti ……what happened to them ??? Where is Ur..Urmi ???
Sumitra did not utter a word . Lakshman ran towards Mandavi and Shrutkirti.
L(crying):- Bhabhi, please tell me .What happened??? Where is Urmi???
Still no answer. Ram , bharat and Shatrughan too came there.
L(to himself) :- OH!!!! So she is coming in another chariot. I will ask Urmi myself. She tells me everything.
Lakshman ran towards the gate . When Sumitra said , “Lakshman beta, Urmi will never come back” and again started crying….
