Shivay sees Kamini,Ranveer and Daksh entering OM. Kamini greets Shakti “Hi Shakti”. Shakti couldn’t reply with the same enthusiasm since Pinky was standing right next to him, so he greeted her back with a tight smile. Daksh looks at Shivay and finds him already staring. Shivay signed him towards the corridor.

“My goodness Shivay Singh Oberoi called me to talk? Is everything fine? Are you…”
“Shut up Daksh” Daksh smiles at him “now THAT sounds familiar and like Shivay Singh Oberoi” Shivay was trying hard to keep his patience.”I’ll be calling the media today,we’ll be having a press conference and…”
“And you want me to stay away. Shivay,why don’t you get it I love to trouble you.”
“Let me finish Daksh,I want you to be there and when I’ll say that Anika is not my wife the…” Daksh was taken back. He was certainly not expecting this “Wait!What? Did u just say you’ll be confesseing that Anika is not your wife?”
“Not confessing,LYING… but If I say in front of the media that ‘Anika is not my wife’, you have to give me the envelope with Priyanka’s pregnancy evidence.”
Daksh grins and says “Deal.The moment you say that ‘Anika is not your wife’ in front of the media I will handover the envelope to you, though I don’t really think you’ll be able to do that…”
“Don’t challenge Shivay Singh Oberoi. You have no idea” Daksh smiles as he sees shivay leaving “This is the only challenge in my life Shivay that I would love to loose.”

Media arrives. Tej asks to the family members “What’s happening?” “Papa Shivay bhaiyya has called them. He says he has to make some announcements” Even though Rudra answered,he looked equally clueless. “I really feel Shivay should make those ‘important announcements’ to the family first and then call the media”. Nobody said anything else finally Shivay arrived. He greeted the reporters and turned to check on Daksh he saw him standing with Khanna. He gave Khanna a curt nod and looked in front. Thank you for coming in such a short notice and I’m sorry for whatever happened the last time…”
“We still haven’t got our answers from the last time Mr.Oberoi” a reporter remarked.”That’s exactly why you all are here today to get d answers of the last time.” A lady reporter asked quickly “So what is the answer sir? Who is Anika? We heard that she might be your wife? Is that true?”
Shivaye dared a glance at Anika, she was looking at him with sea of emotions in her eyes, questions,pain,hope,trust and a lot more… he turned towards Daksh who was miming NO with his lips and was intentionally holding the envelope high in his hand.Shivay continued”Anika,can you please join me on stage?” All the cameras turned towards her. She found her hands shivering out of nervousness. Is it about to happen? He is seriously finally accepting me in front of the world? Jhanvi’s hand on her arms brings her out of her thoughts…Jhanvi gives an assuring nod. Finally Anika was on the stage standing beside him.
Questions started repeating “Who is she?Why is she staying here?We have your pictures,is she your wife?…”
“No.” Shivay’s voice echoed through the mansion “Anika is not my wife”
Anika stood still there,too shocked to react. Om flinched at his words while Rudra almost felt like confronting Shivay then there, but he held back. Shivaye turned towards Daksh who was smiling now, he handed the envelope to Khanna “All yours”. Khanna immediately opened the envelope checked the things inside and nodded towards Shivay. Shivay sighed heavily and then turned to look at Anika who was staring at him with disbelief. Shivay accepting her infront of the world like this,was unbelievable but what just happened,had never occured to her even in her wildest imagination.
The moment she found some strength returning to her feet she turned to walk away but was stopped by Shivay. He tugged at her hand which made her turn back to him,angry tears filled her eyes,it became hard for her to keep them from coming out… “Anika is not my wife,but my would be wife… we both are marrying. Very soon…”

This time she did let the tears come out…
