The Episode starts with Ishita walking in clinic. She does not see Niddhi. Niddhi leaves. Nurse tells Ishita about the files problem. Ishita asks her to send all files to her cabin. Raman says don’t know what happens to everyone when I don’t come office for two days. He goes out and scolds receptionist. Ruhi tells them about the orders, we are increasing base and scope by launching website to sell our products, we won’t need any dealers, out profit margin will get high, sorry I did not tell you, I wanted to try and check first, Adi sorry you can tell me what you feel. Adi says its okay, but… Raman says what but, why did you not get this idea before, its great, we will go with this idea. Adi says its brilliant but… Raman says if its brilliant, no question of any but. He goes. Adi gets sad.

Ishita talks to nurse and new staff member. She asks how did you mix all files and reports. The lady apologizes. Dr. Batra says thank God you came Ishita, I m not getting any patient’s entry, see this new patient Suman, she asked me to treat her, everyone wants you to treat them, isn’t it strange, see her case. Ishita says I will feed all data in laptop, it will be easy, files can get mixed up again.

Ruhi gives presentation. Raman and everyone clap. Adi says I have a doubt, I don’t think it will be good for company image, people will think we don’t have clients and desperately selling products on internet. Raman asks why are you negative, if this idea works, Ruhi suggested and we are going ahead with it, Ruhi will lead it, Adi and everyone will be working under her. Ruhi says no, its okay. Raman says its my office, none is brother and sister, everyone works here, you gave idea and you will lead here. He asks Adi is he clear. Adi says yes.

Ishita calls Shagun and reminds about medicines. Shagun says tell me did you settle there, I feel lonely, there is no one to help me. Ishita says you are drama queen, Mani is with you, he will take care of you, I messaged him. Shagun says no use to tell Mani. Mani comes with food. Shagun tells Ishita that Mani got food. Ishita says I told you, enjoy it. She ends call.

Ishita sees Niddhi’s case and says this xray looks bad, what happened, Nurse tells about Niddhi’s swollen face. Mani takes care of Shagun. Shagun thanks him for doing all this. Mani says don’t misunderstand me, I m not just doing this for baby, our baby made a bond between us, I m sorry about our differences, now we are not husband and wife, we are going to become parents, I have seen you changed a lot, I want to move on, I have small request, take care of baby well, I got new life in me hearing about baby, I did not feel need of having a baby as I had Aaliya, now I feel my blood is going to come in this world.

Ruhi goes to talk to Adi. She asks what happened, you did not say anything in presentation, you are more experienced and know everything. He says there is nothing such, just focus on work, Papa said none is younger or elder in work. She asks him about his suggestion for website. He says we should change payment option, we don’t know buyers are genuine or not. She says I cleared it already on website, buyers will submit ID proofs, so that we can verify them, small retailers can’t pay total amount together. He says correct, you are saying right. She says I don’t know how to thank you, you did a lot for me, Suhail’s drama was big thing, you got me out of it. He asks are you mad to say thanks to me. He hugs her.

The lady tells Ishita that patient came to meet her. Ishita says I can’t meet, you will know the work, tell patient I can’t meet, ask him to sit in Dr. Batra’s cabin. Ishita talks to Shagun on call and says I did not say anything to Mani, just enjoy. She goes to Dr. Batra’s cabin and sees Raman. She asks what are you doing here. He says I m your new patient, my wife has no time for me, I had to come here, my wife and I think we don’t love each other, I heard you gave tips to Mani to keep wife happy, give me some tips. She says I m dentist and can give just dental tips, my husband knows what to do, its his wish. He gets Ruhi’s call. Ruhi asks him to come office. Raman gets happy and tells Ishita about Ruhi’s great idea, Adi is not doing good, but Ruhi has come to manage my work. He goes. Ishita says Raman can discourage Adi while encouraging Ruhi.

Adi meets Aaliya. Aaliya says Ruhi is new in business, she has many ideas, Raman is encouraging her being a father. Adi says I know, I m not jealous, Raman made Ruhi my boss, he stops me for everything, I m not a kid, I was teaching Ruhi and today, how would I feel. Aaliya says Ruhi was Ruhaan and knows how to use social media, you are not socially active, so she got this idea, there is nothing to get disappointed, everyone has a weakness and strength, being a brother, you have to help Ruhi, she needs you, I m sure you will help her, I know you will get project which just you can lead, I m sure you will give your best.

Ishita and nurse feed data. Nurse says this Suman’s data has entry already, but she has come for first time. Ishita says maybe you have fed something else. Nurse says no, data is same and name is different. Nurse goes to Dr. Batra. Ishita checks the file. She gets shocked seeing Niddhi’s name.

She says two person’s data can’t be matched, how is this possible, if Niddhi came here before, if Suman came now, same data, it means Niddhi came here. She recalls Dr. Batra’s words and says did Nidddhi came by changing name, but how can she come.

Ishita calls Shagun and says I think Niddhi is alive, a patient Suman came today, her dental records matches with Niddhi, I have strong feeling that Niddhi is alive. Shagun says what, Niddhi is alive. Niddhi hears this and drops the plate. Shagun turns and sees her.
