Ranveer smiled insanely and looked at Pragya.

Pragya finally managed to be out of his hug and turned behind.

Ranveer “ I need to go…do u want me to drop u?” Pragya “No..” She replied with unexplainable pain in her voice.

Ranveer “ As expected! Bye!” He said that and cheerfully walked towards his car.

Pragya was looking up at the sky.

It was a plain sky with no clouds in it.

Pragya, Skies are beautifully protected with clouds as if the clouds protect the sky being very visible to the world.

But my life is with no clouds to protect me….I am also like the plain sky visible to everyone just to be admired and commented about.

As she was looking blankly with those thoughts. She felt someone’s heavy pressure on her shoulder.

Before she could even turn to see who it was, she was turned forcefully and he faced her.

Abhi “ What was that Pragya???”

Pragya looked elsewhere and remained silent.

Abhi “ Speak Pragya! Your silence won’t speak now!” He said by forcefully pulling her towards him.

Pragya “ This is what I can do as the Bhabhi of Shalu and as his wi…” Before she could complete Abhi crashed his lips on hers.

She was taken aback by his kiss and angst towards her. The kiss continued until he realized she was crying with her tears flowing continuously.

Abhi “ You are mine! Only mine!” He said that and hugged her tightly.

Pragya stammered “ This…is..not….” She kept on crying and buried her face in his chest.

Abhi “ Believe me Pragya…he will not want u…and as u wish u will be legally divorced from him!” he coaxed her by gently rubbing her back.

Pragya realized this is all his words to convince her and looked back at him with disbelief.

She slowly made take his hands from her and moved back.

Abhi “ Every time you will ask me why are u like this right? Now I am asking u WHY ARE U LIKE THIS PRAGYA?” He screamed at her making her walking backwards.

Pragya “ I am sorry…” She said that wiping her tears and turned back to walk away.

Abhi held her hands and said “ What if I say that Ranveer doesn’t want u as he never liked u? What if I say Ranveer is eyeing on Naina thinking that she is Bulbul? What if I say that Man wants the custody of Cutie thinking that she is Bulbul’s daughter? What if I say all the dangers are on Naina and Cutie by using us as the bait??” He said that in a stretch and Pragya turned back to look at Abhi who was breathing heavily out of stress.

Pragya “ What are u saying?” She said by holding his hands firmly.

Abhi “ This is the truth Pragya…he doesn’t wants u as he never desired u at all…what u had been thinking all along is wrong! He never desired u! Whatever he did was to take revenge on Arjun!! That’s why he married u!!”

Pragya “ Revenge towards Bhai? What did Bhai do?” Abhi “Arjun just did something in favour of Bulbul to be in love with Purab…and that angered Ranveer as he was madly in love with Bulbul.” Pragya now understood and remembered the events where her Bhai helped Purab and Bulbul to be married even though Bulbul’s father was against their love. She was unaware of how Bulbul’s father looked like as she was out of town for studies.

Pragya “ That means…now he is after Naina who is looking like Bulbul in appearance…” She said that in a panicked tone.

Abhi “ Yes! And Bulbul’s father is the same man we have met before 2 times. And he is also your father! He is your step father Pragya!” Pragya looked at him with a more traumatized look.

Abhi “ I know I am telling u so many things that makes u to be in disbelief..come with me now…I will tell u more in my house…”

He grabbed her hands and drove off to his apartment in the bike. All the while, Pragya was silent and shocked to the core of whatever he revealed to her.

Abhi stopped the bike and asked her to get down. She did only after he repeated it many times.

Pragya walked lifelessly. She didn’t know where she was heading to. Abhi noticed that and held her hand brought her to the lift.

He looked at her eyes which was still. It had no movement. It signified as if her world had stopped moving. Indeed she experienced a lot through an unexpected marriage that only gave her pain and distraught. Shock was filled to the extent that she looked very pale.

He also looked guiltily at her as he was also one of the reason for her marriage to Ranveer. If he didn’t instigated Ranveer at that time then Ranveer wouldn’t have married Pragya.

They came back to senses hearing the lift’s sound of the level reached. Abhi slowly maneuvered her to his house.

Abhi realized the door is not locked and that means Naina was in.

But to his shock, there was Purab and Shalu together with Naina.

Naina “ Bhai!! How can u bring this betrayer to our house???” Pragya looked at her and let a silent tear.

Abhi “ Naina! Who is betrayer? Anyone can be but definitely not her!”

Shalu fumingly “ Haan Bhai! That’s why she wants us to marry right? How can she stoop so low and tell Ranveer Bhai that I should marry u?? She is just humiliating brother-sister relations!!!”

Pragya looked at her and tried not to break down hearing Shalu accusing her.

Abhi retorted “ Right! What did u know about brother-sister relation? When your brother was in mental asylum, none of u cared for him! She made an effort to convince Purab to cure him! Then which sister will care for her brother’s wife like a mother? Which sister will leave and live lonely just because her brother’s wife should live peacefully and safely?? Do u all have answers for this??”

Purab “ But Abhi…we are not saying Pragya is wrong but we are just saying she is not with the right person!!”

Abhi in an authoritative tone“ Yes Purab…and I can see how u all are telling that! She is the most RIGHT person I have ever met and whoever is with her will be in the right way too!!”

Pragya looked at Abhi who was supporting her in all ways. After sometime, she can’t hear the arguments going on between Abhi and others. She could only hear his heartbeat as he hugged her near to his chest. She herself didn’t realized when she was at that position. But she realized this is the best position in her life so far.

A while later, he abruptly brought Pragya to his room and locked the door much to the dismay of Purab, Shalu and Naina.

He made her sit down on the bed and gave her glass of water to drink.

Abhi “ Pragya…don’t be like this…just speak out yaar…” Pragya drinking the water looked at him. She stood up to walk and he asked “ What do u want? Let me help u!” Pragya “ Water…” Abhi took the glass from her and topped up the water. He came back to her and she asked him to sit beside her.

Pragya with the softness in her voice “You drink first…you have spoken a lot today…”

Abhi loved this voice of hers and drank the water.

Pragya “ Even when everyone hates me…you won’t hate me?” Abhi with a light smile “ Who is hating u Pragya?” Pragya “ Everyone as in Naina, Shalu and Purab…” Abhi holding her by shoulder said “ They are not hating u Pragya….they are worried that you’re doing what they can’t accept…”
Pragya “Then u can accept whatever I do?”

Abhi “ Not really…my blood boils when I see u hugging Ranveer.” Pragya in deniance “ I never hugged him!!” Abhi “ I know Pragya…he hugged u forcefully and I could see the difference when I hug u and he hugs u!” Pragya leaned onto him and cried silently.

Abhi “ Remember Pragya…no matter what happens I will be by your side as I love u to be by your side and not against u…”

He hugged her closely to him and said to himself, I am trying to rectify the mistake I did Pragya…I am sorry….

Abhi “Well Ranveer, this is not easy man!” Ranveer “ I never expect u to advise me again after all this years!” Abhi smirked hearing that and looked at Pragya who was standing near the pillar looking anxiously what is Abhi telling to Ranveer.
