Om was taken to the police station and he was put in the cell. Already Maan was waiting inside for him… he welcomed him with a hug…
Om: Dude! I didn’t come to your house for you to welcome me like this…
Maan: Ask the inspector… how many times I visit this station…
Om: Why

All the oberoi’s were sitting in the hall except for Tej who was in the guest house taking care of Svetlana and Aadhira who was in her room with her laptop…
Aadhira came down the stairs and saw her family distressed…
Aadhira: the worries in you makes me feel that you guys doubt Om!
Shivaay: How can you say that di?

Aadhira convinced everyone to go and sleep…
At night, Anika woke up and went to Aadhira’s room… Priyanka and Aadhira were already there…

Anika: Aadhira! What if we can’t prove the truth about Svetlana and her family!
Aadhira: then the rape video of mine and Shagy will be released! We don’t care about our name and reputation anymore… We want our family and loved ones to be safe!
Prinku hugged her as tight as she can…

Next morning:
The whole Oberoi’s and Rathore’s were in the court room…
Om’s case hearing was the first and then the Maan’s…
Om’s case:
The case was explained by both the party lawyers…
The judge asked for the medical report…
The doctor who examined Svetlana came with police protection…
The doctor submitted the report in the court and took a stand in the witness place…
After the oath she started speaking…
“Respected judge! The report and all the test shows that Ms. Svetlana was raped…”
There was a pregnant silence in the court…
SHivaay was shocked and Oberoi were at the edge of breaking down…
“But the semen’s and the DNA specimens don’t match Mr. Oberoi!”
After both the party lawyers cross questioned the doctor…

Judge: You may leave now! Due to the lack of proof against Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi, the court gives the judgement of him being innoce…
“OBJECTION YOUR HONOUR!” Om’s lawyer said and made everyone confused…
Judge: You are objecting the judgement in the favour of your client?
Lawyer: Yes my lord… this case is not done here my lord… let me present few more evidences…
With that he produced a video tape…

It started with how Svetlana was struggling to get away from Om and then the video of how Ruben hit Om on his head with a huge log and made him unconscious… it was a cctv clip… then the scene shifted in a different camera mode where Ruben was standing in front of it…
The conversation in the video goes like this…
Ruben: di! We have to get a video looks like Om rapes you! After this SHagy and Aadhira will stop helping him. Once Om was thrown out of the Oberoi mansion, we can separate the Obroi brothers… then all the property becomes ours!
Svetlana: We planned it for the last 10 years… don’t worry! We will successes in it…

Ruben helped in showing in the way of Om trying to rape scene by moving Om around and over the Svetlana… but it was clearly caught in the camera fixed in Svetlana’s necklace.
After few minutes… Svetlana calls someone…
Svetlana: I don’t want it to look like rape and fail it in the reality… Rape me and then we can frame Om easily

It was someone she knew who did it and she asked him to do it to frame Omkara!
Om’s Laywer: My lord! Svetlana and her brother Ruben together framed my innocent client who was from the reputed family and my client is a famous artist. These kinds of behaviours should be condemned and punished severely. They also insulted the law system and they tried to take advantage of the law that is supposed to help the victim. There was the attempt murder also involves as they tried to attack my client on his head and left him in an abandoned street… for this both the siblings should be given life sentence…
Judge: The act did by them were unforgivable… they made mockery of judicial system… And for all the other crimes they were sentenced life sentence in the prison with non-bail-able ways.

Om smiled happily at his family…
Oberois were happy and they hugged each other in happiness…
Anika: Now no one can say a word against my child…
With that she hugged him…
Shivaay: Child?
Anika: Haan… my two devars are my child…

Shagy: then what about me?
Shivaay if her devars are her child then my Sali is my child…
With that he side hugged her and she smiled happily…
Tej: Om! I am sorry for not trusting you… I have done so many…
Om: injustice to my family especially my mother… I don’t want to forgive you but there is a difference between you and me… I don’t care about you…
With that he walked towards Shagy…
Om: Can I speak with you Shagy?
Shagy: Sure Om! You go first… I will let Rey bhai and come…
With a nod Om walked away…

Shagy walked towards Tej…
Shagy: At least realise know what an amazing family you got know uncle? Please! You were a bad husband and a worst father but an amazing guardian to Aadhira! That is why I am saying this… correct your mistakes by being good woth your family from now on… One day you will have them and the next day you will lose them… consider it…
Aadhira kept a hand on his shoulder in an assuring way of I would never leave you papa…
Tej eyes tear up…
