What’s your take on Ishqbaaz’s current track?

Star Plus’ hit show Ishqbaaz presented a memory loss track. The lead character Anika undergoes accidental memory loss, which makes way for many complications in Shivaye’s life. Anika and Shivaye have an argument, after which Anika’s deadly fall makes her lose her memory. Anika forgets Shivaye completely. Shivaye fills back some memories and relations in her mind. Even though, having no feelings and clear picture of her relation with Shivaye, Anika takes a step to get him married to Tia, whom she assumes to be perfect for Shivaye. Anika knew Tia is pregnant, but she is informed that Shivaye is the father of Tia’s child.

Anika finds the weaknesses and flaws in her marriage. She takes a big decision and pushes Shivaye towards accepting Tia. Shivaye gets too hurt with Anika’s move. Shivaye tries his best to restore her memory. He makes many attempts, but fails to hit the right chord. Anika gets disturbed feeling guilty to snatch Tia’s rights. She promises to help out Tia. Shivaye decides to marry Tia with an aim to restore Anika’s memory. He assigns the wedding planning work to Anika again, hoping she may recall the past. The memory loss track has been entertaining to some extent. But, with Shivaye and Tia’s marriage twist, viewers can hope the current track to wrap up without much dragging.     Of course its interest in always for me….its recall different show from all other shows…one who has missed IB, he/she has seen anything..!! IB IS REALLY A GOOD DRAMA. Wish it runs longer and longer…I think 2100A.D is right..lol… BTW..track is very interesting….!!!! Hope other CVS get lesson from it.

      I agree it is dragging…………….please make Anika memory revived. And no more traps for Shivaye for some time………..

    It’s run of the mill; Lacks creativity; Is regressive; Touches on absurd;Disrespects audience’s intelligence; Exploits audience’s love for the actors and characters; implies complete lack of conscience in the makers;
    Promotes misogyny; Justifies romance in abusive relationships; but is entertaining nonetheless so who cares!! ??

    Tbh, I like the way shivaye is trying to restore Anika’s memory! It’s very romantic and cute! But I feel like shitias wedding is just dragging the story line! Anyway, that’s just my opinion on the recent ib track! I just hope rotilana gets exposed within Anika’s memory loss drama

    Actually can’t say… Sometimes this pregnancy and memory loss track gives me kumkum Bhagya type feeling and a fear that the show will be spoiled… But on the other hand shivika’s chemistry assures me that everything is going to be fine… Don’t know what to say about this track…?

    it’s nice to watch the character development, but as that just happens with shivaay, i can’t say if it affects the others in the show. and it’s nice to see cute moments between the leads, but as that implies little to no spotlight for the supporting characters, i don’t know what to say. there are some major loopholes scattered throughout the story, but the leads are good enough to pull it off. i was skeptical about the memory loss, but it seems the show is hell bent on driving in the fact that shivika are nothing like other show’s leads, rather than focusing on tying up the number of loose ends already floating around. i have been waiting and wishing for tia’s exit for like eternity, but with most of the characters stuck in their respective molds, i don’t see it happening anytime soon. instead, with anika’s memory gone now, the show is back to square one with more unresolved plot lines. two more weeks of this, and i’ll give up on ishqbaaz!
    but the thing is, whenever i’m ready to give up on it, it comes in with another bang that works for a few more days and then repeat. 🙂 i hope it gets wrapped up soon 🙂

    Though the idea of bringing back Anika’s memory is a bit old fashioned way…But still in Ishqbaaz its different in its way…Track is Draggy but more than Interesting!!!…

    Memory loss track is fine in earlier episodes…… After including shatia marriage again… It seems dragging.. Hoping shatia marriage and ml track will end soon.

    I say hit Anika in the head and the memories will come, well I assume that because of other movies that’s what they do. Same thing I say about Abhi from Kumkum hit him in the head or let him fall and bump his head and just like he lost the memories it should also come back. I just hope the Rumi manage to help Shivay. Am thinking if the truth of Tia comes out wouldn’t that mean the ending of the series? Oh, well we still have Dil Bole Oberoi.
