The Episode starts with Satya seeing Dhruv giving kisses on phone. He is doubtful. Dhruv turns and is shocked to see Satya standing. He lies to him saying he was kissing his friend’s daughter who is so cute. Satya agrees. Later Satya asks Dhruv not to get scared of Sakarpura…Dhruv says he was thinking to go to Delhi before doing Sakarpura, as he has some work. Payal and Gangu Tai agrees. Pandit ji takes out mahurat and says it is of today or after three months. Gangu Tai says how can we wait for 3 months. Satya says we shall do the engagement today itself. Mahi says yes. Payal says are you sure? Satya says yes. He calls Dhruv, but the latter is sleeping with his girl friend. Satya jokes that may be he is with his girl friend. He says we shall go to his hotel room and meet him. Payal thinks to call Dhruv and goes to her room to call him, but he is sleeping still. Mahi asks Payal to get ready and says we all will go. Satya, Payal and others come to the hotel……Satya says I will go to his hotel room. Payal says I will also come with you. She calls him and sends message to him informing that they have come to hotel. Dhruv wakes up and reads Payal’s message. He wakes up his girl friend Sunaina and asks her to get ready as they have to leave now….Payal is stopped by Mr. Malhotra. Satya sees Dhruv hugging Sunaina as she left.

Dhruv comes downstairs and greets everyone. Gangu Tai says we thought to get your engagement done today as there is no mahurat for three months. Dhruv agrees. Gangu Tai gives him sweets. He is about to eat it, but Satya comes there and slaps him hard. Dhruv says whatever you saw was not true. Satya says I told you clearly that she is my sister and if you are seeing someone then tell us truly. He beats him. Kajal is shocked. Payal comes there and is shocked. She tries to stop Satya from beating Dhruv. Satya is very much angry and hits Dhruv with his hand. Kajal tries to stop him, but in vain. He says I will kill you. Mahi looks on shocked.

Payal stops him and says what is going on. She looks at his torn shirt and smiles. Mahi asks Satya to leave Dhruv. Gangu Tai happens to see the mark on Dhruv’s hand and calls him Satya…..Satya turns and looks at Gangu Tai. Dhruv also looks at her. Gangu Tai says how can this be happen. Satya asks what happened? Tell me. Gangu Tai says you are not my Satya…he is my Satya. Everyone is shocked. Payal smiles. Satya is shocked and looks at Dhruv. Dhruv acts to be clueless. Satya asks what you are saying? Gangu Tai says I don’t understand. Payal asks how can you say this? Gangu Tai pushes Satya and goes to Dhruv, calls him Satya and cries asking where was you all these years. Satya is shocked and asks what happened to you? Are you tired? We shall go home and rest, then we will talk. Gangu Tai leaves his hand. Satya is shocked. Payal smiles. Gangu Tai cries and tells that she is perfectly alright and wants to tell the truth. She says I have kept a secret hidden in my heart, let me say this. She says you are not my Satya….Satya is shocked. She says you are Karanveer Khurana…and the heir of Khurana Industries. Naina says Karanveer….Mitul says Karanveer is alive…

Gangu Tai says I used to work as Dai maa with your Aayi and Baba to take care of you. She says Satya was small. One day we met with an accident, and your father and mother died. Even my Satya was dead. I saw your breathing and accepted you as my son. She says I did a big mistake and didn’t know that my Satya is alive. She apologizes to him and cries. Satya is shocked still. He asks you are angry with me and asks her to forgive him for his mistake or slap or punish him. He asks her not to snatch his rights to take breathe and don’t say cheap joke. Gangu Tai cries. He sees her crying and asks her to keep her hand on his head and tell that he is not her Satya. Mahi asks what are you saying Aayi? How can you say that this Dhruv is your Satya. Gangu Tai tells that Satya is having Dhanush mark because of accident in his childhood and that’s why Dhruv is her Satya. Satya goes to Dhruv.

Dhruv says I can explain you everything. I didn’t do any mistake. Satya looks at the arrow mark on his hand…Satya turns to Gangu Tai and asks why??? Why did you take me along with you, brought me up, and gave me values. You would have left me at the accident spot, I would have died too. He says you didn’t tell me then…then why did you tell me now? He says why did you snatch rights from me. How I will live after knowing that you are not my real mum…He says Deva Deva…and apologizes to her for shouting at her….Gangu Tai cries, and says I did a big mistake and apologizes to him. She says I have hidden this truth from you, as I thought you will leave me after knowing this. She folds her hands and cries. Satya looks on…

Satya tells Mahi that his Aayi is not like Aayi. He says she gave me good upbringing and made me suitable to marry you. I have no identity without her. Mahi is teary eyes seeing him in tears.
