The same day she had cooked, all had given no reaction and had left.

(Manik’s POV) In the evening all of us had returned back to the club because we wanted to give Nandini a surprise party for clearing her tests. But on reaching club all of us were shocked listening from one of the caretaker of the club that Nandini had packed the luggage and went.

(Third Person’s POV) At that point for Manik it was as if his world has stilled. He didn’t know how to react. He just sat with thud while others were confused

(Background song that was depicting his state)

(Third Person’s POV) Manik knew that she would have told Rishabh, so he quickly called up Rishabh and asked where was Nandini headed to and he was shocked listening the place.

Manik reached the hotel in hurry and was damn tensed

At the hotel,

(Manik) “Is there a person by named Ms. Murthy staying here?”

(Receptionist) “Yes, sir. Do you want me to call her here, sir?”

(Manik) “No, tell me her room number?”

(Drunk Stranger 1) “Yes boy, tell me her room number. I need to go there right now.”

(Drunk Stranger 2) “Who are you talking about?”

(Drunk Stranger 1) “That hot chick that came in some time ago in a red dress. Hey Mister, wait your turn. We both are waiting for her.”

(Manik who was unable to control his anger after hearing their talk, spoke in rage) “You scoundrels. Next time, you will be dead if you talk about her like that.”

(Manik’s POV) The manager had to come and stop us from fighting. I didn’t know why I got so angry but yes I did. The manager of the hotel asked who are you to ask her room number and Manik shouted her HUSBAND.

The manager gave the room number immediately and I ran.

I pressed the door bell,

On the other side, Nandini heard the bell ring and

(Nandini) “Coming, I didn’t order for any room service yet.”
(As soon as she opened the door, she expected the unexpected and then snapped back and spoke) “What is it? Mr Malhotra! Why are you here?”

Her unconcerned attitude snapped me off reality. Why you ask? I closed the door and locked her hands and pushed her down on the bed, with her under me.

(Manik in full anger) “WHY YOU ASK ME? TRY BREAKING LOOSE FROM ME? YOU MAY BE A CHAMPION IN KARATE BUT YOU CAN NEVER MATCH A GUY’S STRENGTH. DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF POSITION YOU ARE IN? WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF I RAPE YOU? THINK YOU CAN DO ANYTHING? DO YOU EVER USE YOUR HEAD?”

She kept squirming and trying to break free.

(Manik) “YOU ORDER ME TO LET YOU GO, BUT WHAT IF SOME OTHER GUY SAYING THAT HE IS YOUR HUSBAND AND COMES IN LIKE THIS! YOU THINK YOU ARE SAFE? (Letting go, Manik lost his control and he gave a tight slap over her left side of the face) THIS IS EXACTLY WHY YOU ARE ALWAYS RUMOURED ABOUT. DID YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF A HOTEL THIS IS? WHERE ARE YOUR BAGS? TAKE THEM AND COME WITH ME RIGHT NOW.”

(Manik’s POV) She was shocked by my action and started shivering. She didn’t say a thing. I took her luggage with me. She just followed me back and we reached the club. Once she was in her room, leaving her I just ran down to ease my anger.

On coming down I found that Aliya was still waiting for me,
(Aliya) “How is she?”

(Manik answered her) “ She is fine and lost her senses. Now please go and check her out”

(Aliya) “Handle her with care. She seems to be strong but she is not. Now I will go and take care of her.”

Nandini was shivering badly when Aliya had reached. She told Aliya the way Manik handled her back at the hotel. Then Aliya explained her about the reason for Manik’s behaviour and told her that the place was not safe for girls like you and it was famous for its pr*stitute services. Being shocked she was unable to answer Aliya back. Aliya also told that how Manik had beaten up those ppl who had badmouthed you. Nandu was shocked and said

(Nandini) “Few days ago he also told me the same that I am a pr*stitute and now he fought for me. Isn’t it very unusual.”

Aliya said that ppl change and she blurted out saying that “Nandini you might be too good for Manik” .

(Nandini immediately replied) “ I might be good for him but I cannot say the same about him.”

Then later Aliya made her have food and gave her medicine so that she could dose of peacefully.
