The Episode starts with Kosi asking Naman to shut up. She asks Thapki can John get fine. Thapki says yes, we can try, it can happen. Kosi says come, we will get Bihaan. She asks Naman not to say anything. Shraddha takes juice for John and asks him why is he packing his bag. John throws medicines angrily and says I will never come in this house. Kosi takes Thapki to Bihaan and asks him to get Bihaan. Thapki gets shocked seeing Bihaan. Kosi slaps Thapki and says you thought you will snatch my son, and I will spare your husband. She gets injection. Naman asks Thapki to see Bihaan dying infront of her eyes.

Kosi injects Bihaan. The goons make him lie down. Thapki asks Bihaan to open his eyes. Kosi says he will get conscious and then he will sleep forever, you have just half an hour to save him. Thapki worries. Kosi says you are very smart, save him if you can. They all leave by locking the door. Thapki asks Bihaan to wake up. Bihaan opens eyes and says I m dreaming …. She says no, look at me, we will go hospital, everything will be fine. Ranjha mera ranjha……plays……

Thapki knocks door and asks for help. She looks around and breaks the window. She makes Bihaan sit on the wheelchair and takes him out. Kosi calls John and wishes he answers the call. Vasundara asks what happened, when will Bihaan come. Kosi says never. Vasundara asks what. Kosi says I don’t know and goes.

Thapki takes Bihaan to the hospital. Doctor treats him, and Bihaan gets conscious. Bihaan asks why am I here. Doctor says you were given poison injection, your life got saved because of her. Thapki cries. Bihaan recalls and says goons attacked on me, who gave me poison. She asks him not to think anything, come. She takes Bihaan home. Bau ji and Vasundara ask what happened to him. Thapki says Bihaan is fine, some people tried to do wrong with him, but when Lord is with him, none can harm him. She tells Bihaan that you asked who tried to kill you by poison….

Bau ji asks what, poison. Thapki says yes, poison, Bihaan’s real mum and uncle gave him poison. They all get shocked. Bihaan asks what is she saying. Thapki tells them everything about Kosi’s plan to take Bihaan’s kidney. They all get shocked. Bihaan asks Kosi is this true what Thapki is saying, did you both send goons and gave me poison, did you do this for John. Thapki says their silence is their answer, we know their truth so they are silent.

Inspector comes and says this man will tell truth. They recall Pandey family enemy Makhanlal. Inspector says he is your family’s old and biggest enemy. Naman says you have come on wrong time, they were making us culprits. Inspector says Makhanlal kidnapped Bihaan and gave him poison. Thapki says no, he is lying. Makhanlal accepts that he has done this crime. Thapki says no, I have seen Kosi giving you poison. Bihaan asks why is makhanlal saying this. Thapki says maybe he is with them. Inspector says why would they get Makhanlal arrested then. He asks Bau ji to take care and leaves.

Bau ji asks Thapki about it. Thapki says I m saying true, Bihaan believe me. Kosi takes the knife and acts to cut her nerve. Naman stops her. Bihaan asks Maa what are you doing. Kosi cries and says Thapki is relating that goon to me, Bihaan is my son, will I give him poison, I got much insulted in this house for him, and he is doubting on me. Bihaan says I m not doubting, you punish me, not yourself. Thapki asks Vasundara and Bau ji to believe her. She asks Bihaan to believe her. Kosi cries and emotionally blackmails him. She asks why did I not die before seeing this day. Bihaan says Kosi is my mum, why did she hurt me, she will save me from getting hurt, I m sure you got scared, but there is nothing to worry, I m fine now, you go and rest. Kosi says yes, Bihaan is saying right, you are worried for him, go and rest, I will take care of him.

Sankara asks Kosi did you really wish to kill Bihaan for John’s sake. Kosi says yes, no one can save his life, he will die. Sankara says no, I won’t let anything happen to him.
