The episode starts with Mahi telling Shiv that he brought icecream for everyone and asks Shiv to give the icecream to Ira. Shiv tells Mahi that he knows why he is doing this and says he is fine. Mahi says I wants everything to be same like before and wants you to be strong and reliable as before. We should be dependent on you for everything. He says, you are my Shiv bhai, my inspiration and hopes that they shall have love in their family. If anyone of us changes then our family will be shattered and asks Shiv to keep the family united. Shiv says, I will not allow our family to break and hugs Mahi.
Boss tells the goons that they have to fulfilled the responsibility and says if this time you fails then the punishment is death. He kills one of the goon and asks the other goon to get ready to attack the hospital tomorrow for killing Pasha.
Saachi is preparing tea in the kitchen, Anandi tells her that I am making tea for everyone. Saachi says, I am preparing tea for my mom and asks her to prepare tea for her mom in law. Anandi asks her to make your mom talk to everyone but you are seperating her from rest. Saachi says she is taking care of her real mom. Anandi says, you didn’t behaving like a real daughter. Saachi taunts her and says you are not a good daughter in law and says you sympathises towards choti maa.
Basant tells Bhairov that we will meet business man after visiting bank. Dadisaa asks, can’t you handle alone. Dadisaa says she wants to go to some pandit with Bhairov. Bhairov asks, why? Dadisaa says I want to know is there a way for Ganga to become pregnant. Bhairov says she is weak and even Doctor can’t do anything. Dadisaa shows faith on Pandit and thinks miracle may happen. Sumitra and Basant asks Bhairov to go. Bhairov agrees.
Daddu asks about the tiffin. Anandi says, it is for Shiv as he said he will go early to the office. Shiv comes and Meenu handover the tiffin to Shiv. Shiv asks, can I have breakfast with you all here. Meenu smiles and takes him to the dinning table. Everyone smiles seeing Shiv getting back to normal.Daddu asks everyone to start the breakfast and everyone smiles.
Saachi meets her friends and mingles with Saurav well. Saurav says I am a good palmist and asks Saachi to test him. Saachi gives her hand, Saurav says your lines are saying that someone has hurt you and your heart have been broken. Saachi says everyone knows it. Saurav says your life is going to change, love, romance and passion is going to enter your life and you will fall in love again. Saachi says she has decided to keep away from guys. Saurav says you can’t fight your destiny as he already entered your life. Saachi asks, who is he? Saurav tells her that I am the one. Both of them have a eyelock.
Dadaji waits for Bhairov and tells Nandu to clean the floor after he is done with art. Dadisaa says your sister crawls on the floor and by mistake can eat the colors. Nandu says he will clean the floor. Nandu asks for money. Dadisaa gives it. Bhairov comes and asks Dadisaa to come.
Anandi comes to Ira that Chanda came and asks her to give the untidy clothes. She tells her that Saachi doesn’t take any of the medicines which she has been giving to her. Ira recollects Saachi’s venomous words and tells that Saachi is right not to take that medicines as it was not needed. Anandi says it was needed. Ira says, you need a medicines as you have doubts about Shiv’s identity and you didn’t tell me. Anandi says she was not sure that’s why she didn’t tell her anything. Ira says you could have proved that you are not daughter in law but a daughter. Anandi gets teary eyed and thinks she wants to safe her from the pain and that’s why didn’t tell her.

Goons attacked the hospital and the patients. The main goon asks Jagya to get Pasha in 15 mins or get ready to face the death of the patients one by one. Jagya and Lal singh are shocked to see the time bomb.
