Recap: Siya came to know about the truth….. Swara consoled her

Swara and Siya were standing outside Sanskar’s room. The poor soul was guilty for her earlier behavior…Swara sensed her nervousness
Swara: (caressing her hair) Siya! Don’t worry just go and say sorry… he is your dad bacha….
Siya: (innocently) you won’t come inside?
Swara: no dear…. This is your father daughter talk… I will wait here
She nodded and knocked the door, knowing who it is a smile crept on his face..
“come in” he said
She walked through small steps and stood in front of him wearing a nervous smile….
Siya: good morning dad…
Sanskar: (patting her cheek) Good morning princess…. How are you?
Siya: (surprised) Are you not angry at me?
Sanskar: how can I be? After all my daughter is so sweet…
Siya: (smiles) this is for you…
Sanskar: (confused to see an envelope) what is it?
Siya: see by yourself
He opened that and smiled to see a sorry card and a chocolate inside it… placing chocolate on the table, he read the card

He was speechless…. He looked at her with moist eyes…..
Siya: (holding her ears) I am sorry dad… I promise I won’t behave like that again….
He immediately picked her up in his arms and hugged her tightly “I am sorry dear and I also want to make a promise…. You never have to cry again because of me” she reciprocated to his feelings with equal warmth, clinging close to him in his arms…. The safest place for her
Sanskar: (placing her on bed) come on dear…. Let’s celebrate with this chocolate
She quickly grabbed the chocolate from the table and unwrapped it….. offering a first bite to him, she indulged in enjoying her favorite delight..
Siya: (chewing the bite) dad… do you know you are King Janak and I am Sita…
Sanskar: (confused) what?
Siya: don’t you know the story of King Janak and Sita?
Sanskar: who told you?
Siya: Shona di told me last night…. Let me tell you, there was a king……………………
With all excitement she started narrating the whole story which she learnt by heart considering it her and her father’s story….. he was calm and happy now as the dark night was over and morning brought new hopes with it….. Swara was silently enjoying the beautiful sight, admiring their unconditional love for each other.

Night, Garden area

“May I join you” Sanskar’s voice brought her back from her thoughts….
Swara: (looking at him with surprise) yeah sure…..
Sanskar: (looking around) you like this place na…. I have often seen you here at night…
Swara: (raising a brow) are you keeping an eye on me?
Sanskar: (embarrassed) NO… NO…. vo actually….
She laughed loud leaving him amused…. He was lost in her, thinking how easily she manages to melt him…
Swara: (holding her laugh) I was just kidding…. But I never thought it will make you so nervous….
Sanskar: (looking at her) why? Am I not human? Can’t I have my feelings?
Swara: no I didn’t mean that…. It just that you are well skilled to suppress your emotions like a pro
Her words made him astound, how could she know him so well as if they are together since ages….
Sanskar: thank you
Swara: what for?
Sanskar: for handling Siya and helping her to understand the truth of her life….. it means a lot….thank you so much
“oh God! How am gonna hate him? Look at this man as if his looks and killer smile wasn’t enough… now he is planning to enchant me with his words” she thought
Swara: (averting her gaze) Siya is an intelligent kid, she has innate wisdom…. I just tried to put things correctly in front of her….
Sanskar: I know but still I would appreciate if you accept my thank…
Swara: (with a smile) accepted….
Sanskar: (to himself) is she not upset with me now?
Swara: (to herself) Swara you supposed to be angry at him then why you are pleasing him with your honey like smile…
Sanskar: (to himself) did she forgot everything and moved on… but isn’t it so soon, how can she get over that so easily when here I am stuck in that kiss badly…
Swara: (to herself) no doubt when it comes to Siya he is the most emotional person one can ever know… I wish him to be little more sensitive with others also…. How easily he got over that, considering it as a mistake
In between their struggles with their feelings, they kept on stealing glances of one another carefully when the other one is not looking…..
Sanskar: (to himself) still I am not able to figure out why I kissed her that day… I always had proud on my self control and hold over my emotions but then how it happened?
He could only stare at her, more baffle than ever….. her face was glowing in the moon light, highlighting her every feature, her intoxicated eyes, pointed nose, soft full lips… a complete seductress she was looking…. Suddenly he felt a strong urge to touch her, her fragrance making him loose his control all over again… his brain alarmed him “it’s a dejavu effect” abruptly he stood up…
“good night Miss Bose” all he managed to speak and strode out from there leaving her again bewilder like always….

Next day, afternoon

Swara and Ragini entered in the hall with their hands full of shopping bags… Swara suspiciously looked around on hearing some acquainted voices….. the moment her eyes caught the sight, she squealed like a kid and ran….
Swara: Uncle!!!
Sanjeet: (turning around) oh! Here is my princess….
She hugged him in excitement
“I am also here dear” this was another shock for her…. delirious with joy she didn’t even notice Bushra who was sitting next to Annapurna….
Swara: (hugging her) this is a real surprise… he didn’t tell me you are also coming…
Sanjeet: (smirk) I wasn’t willing to…. It’s a force decision…. She was so excited to meet you, I have no other option….
Swara smiled looking at her, she scanned the hall once again in a hope to get a glimpse of the ones she was craving for months… Sanjeet noticed that….
Sanjeet: dear Ashu’s mid terms are going on, otherwise I would have bring them also….
Swara: (sad smile) it’s ok uncle…. I know about his exams….. you two came that’s enough for me now
Ragini: (stepping up top Swara) Won’t you introduce me with your guests?
Swara: (embarrassed) Oh! I am so sorry….
Embarrassed with her over excited demeanor, she just looked around the hall to scan the presence of others…. Sanskar, Laksh, Annapurna all were there smiling at her childish behavior…
Swara: well this is my Uncle… Sanjeet Das and Bushra aunty…. Remember I have told you about them
Ragini: yeah I remember….
She greeted them…
Swara: (looking at Sanjeet) when you came? You should have told me, I wouldn’t have gone out
Sanjeet: it’s ok dear… we just arrived…. And if I haven’t kept it as a surprise how I get to see your priceless reaction….
Annapurna: what would you like to have? Tea or coffee?
Sanjeet: well I would love to have special coffee of my princess….
Swara: (cheerfully) Sure uncle, just give me 10 minutes…
Ragini: wait dear…. I will join you too
soon they left….
Sanskar: so Mr. Das for how many days you are here?
Sanjeet: maximum 4 to 5
Sanskar: some official work?
Sanjeet: official and personal both….. actually I am here to find a suitable match for Swara… we have 2- 3 proposals from Bhopal, so just wanted to give it a check…. After Shekhar Swara is my responsibility..
Laksh looked at his brother who was struck hard by Sanjeet’s word… anxiety and restlessness was clearly visible on his face… Sanjeet was closely scrutinizing his every expression…. He got what he wanted to know…. He has spent half of his life in bringing the truth out of shell… with years of experience, now he was capable of reading person’s mind… the moment he enter in mansion all he sensed was changed Sanskar… and the way his eyes were on Swara told him the rest of truth… though he was sure but being a professional he didn’t want to leave any doubt…. So for the confirmation he played his cards….
Sanskar: (impatient) but don’t you think it’s so early…. I mean she is preparing for her scholarship… off course she is willing to do masters…
Annapurna looked at her son, bemused to see his sudden interest in Swara’s life….
Sanjeet: (hiding his smirk) well Sanskar, all these things take time…. we don’t get a suitable match in a day or two…. And off course last decision will be hers only, we won’t do anything without her consent….
Annapurna: yeah you are right Mr. Das… well whoever the person may be, he will be lucky to have Swara as his life partner…
“Coffee is ready” Swara’s shrilled voice interrupted their discussion…..
Sanjeet: (taking a sip) I missed it badly
Bushra: me too dear…
After spending some quality time with all, Sanjeet and Bushra left for their hotel…. though Sanskar and Annapurna insisted them to stay at Mansion but due to some client meetings at hotel he denied…..

Night, Sanskar’s study

He was working on his new project report… after resolving the investor issue, he wanted to start it as soon as possible….
“May I come in Bhai” Laksh voice broken up his concentration
“come in Lucky” he said
Laksh stared him with a teasing smile on his face
Sanskar: (annoyed) what??
Laksh: nothing, I was just analyzing you whether you are fine or not…
Sanskar: (looking at his file) what happened to me?
Laksh: knowing about Swara’s marriage must be disquieting for you
Sanskar: (angrily) why would I be? I am least bothered…..
Laksh: (smirks) yeah…. I have seen how least bothered were you
His sarcastic words irked Sanskar… he wished to throw him out of the room but sadly he couldn’t….
Sanskar: (suppressing his anger) I wasn’t bothered about her, it was Siya… I was thinking about Siya… if she will go it will be difficult for us to find her replacement…
Laksh: so, are you planning to keep her here forever?
Sanskar: (frustrated) shut up lucky…. I am doing some important work…. Will you please leave me alone…
“I don’t know why people are so high-headed?” Laksh taunted him before stepping out of the room… Sanskar blankly stared his retreating form…..
