Scene 1:
Location: Survi’s residence
Survi expresses concern to jatin, about how kartik has turned into this incurable disease wherein he is ruining himself by every minute, living with derision. khushi comes, and wishes to sleep with her. she complies. survi takes her in the lap, and tries to talk emotional to khushi, that she shall never abandon her, when khushi has issues regarding the same.

Scene 2:
Location: Kartik’s rtesidence
Kartik is tensed, when lata and tai get irritated seeing him like this. tai suggests that they should send kishore to get survi to agree, since they get along well. kartik complies that he doesnt care, how but he needs khushi in the house. they comply.

Scene 3:
Location: Survi’s residence
While they are talking, kishore comes with hema, who try and nudge her, but she is adamant, since kartik hasnt basically changed, and also talks about the hallucination he is living in, that khushi is his child. she says that khushi hates him, and can never go there now. they are tensed.

Scene 4:
Location: Kartik’s residence
As they come back empty handed, and narrate what happened, kartik fumes. tai continues to indirectly instigate kartik, when he says that they have had enough sweet talk and now he needs to act stringent. kartik tells everyone as to how he knows how to deal with survi, and get her to understand that she cant take everyone for granted.

AFTER 15 DAYS

Scene 5:
Location: Survi’s residence
survi and jatin are contemplating kartik’s next move, while wondering why has he been so silent recently. A lawyer arrives at survi’s doorstep, claiming to have a summon from the court, for the tenth, against complaint by kartik against her and if she doesnt turn up, then the court can issue a non bailable warrant against her. she is shocked. she is aghast and distraught, while jatin asks her to control herself. she vents out her frustration at him, as to how low can he get to snatch her khushi, her lfieline from her, and how he is getting from bad to worse. he says that they shall not accept defeat. she is determined too, and says that she shall question him now and asks him to take care of khushi and not tell her anything. she hurriedly leaves. he prays to the lord.

Scene 6:
Location: Kartik’s residence
Survi lands at kartik’s doorstep, when they are all praying. all are shocked to see her, as they both confront each other. she gives him a long lecture, as to how she endured, but today a mother broke down completely, and asks why is he hell bent on breaking her, and how it shall affect khushi. she begs him not to do this, and stay out of khushi’s life for her sake only. he says that he is doing it for the same. they again start arguing about whose fault it was that they lost their child. he challenges her yet again to the court. she stands tensed, and then begs to the family members, to try and reason with him. but tai expresses her helplessness. she turns to others, but all side with kartik, and only she stands against, and says that she still has time, and asks her to return his daughter to him, and he shall pay her every alimony to her, and give the money for business deal, and they can spend happily everafter, only in lieu of his khushi. he asks her to be present at the court tomorrow, and if she doesnt come, then he shall know she took the correct decision and shall take back the case.

Later, pyare and tai discuss as to how they did win in the end, despite all trouble and twists and turns. The screen freezes on her vicious face.

Precap: Kartik produces the evidence to the prosecutor, saying that the evidence shall prove itself why he is right. he shows the recording of the kidnapper blurting out to him. he asks what more evidence does she need, and the prosecutor is convinced. she asks survi if she knows this is a criminal offence and she can go to jail for the same. survi is boggled.
