D hearing begins…. Both Shravan and Suman prepare themselves for what they dreaded d most ….fighting each other nd making one loose…but both think in their minds that may d right person win….even if it means their own loss….

Suman: My lord this case is very simple….Mr. Vineet was murdered by a knife…. Nd d weapon was found near d body wid Mr. Kabir’s fingerprints on it….

Shravan: My lord….I would not agree wid Ms. Kashyap abt this case being simple….this case is very interesting…..d victim Mr. Vineet….my client Mr. Kabir nd Ms. Kashyap’s client… Mr. Rohit r business partners…so talking abt d murder… Mr. Vineet was stabbed…..three times….I must say that’s very cruel of d murderer….d knife which is d murder weapon was found lying just beside d body….in a pool of blood….when d forensics checked it…they found my client’s fingerprints on it…. now all this seems so suspicious…I mean just imagine….my client has murdered Mr. Vineet….nd then he says….oh this is my murder weapon…I should just leave it here….it would be easy for d police….I m a very abiding citizen of my nation…so I will help them….nd then he keeps d knife….nd goes frm there..saying goodbye to Mr. Vineet
Everybody in d court laughs at this….

Judge: Order order….Mr. Malhotra I would request u to say clearly what u want to say…

Shravan: Your Honour wat I m trying to say is…no criminal is a fool…that after doing a crime…he would leave any trails behind him..that might lead to him…according to Mr. Rohit…when he last called Mr. Vineet ….he was told that Mr. Kabir would be coming over at Mr. Vineet’s house to discuss some business project….but this doesn’t prove that my client actually went there….nobody saw him at his place….

Suman: So Mr. Malhotra…r u trying to say that my client is lying….?
Shravan: Maybe he is Ms. Kashyap….
Suman: Y would he Mr. Malhotra… As far as I know they r business partners…so y would my client try to trap ur client…. He is just helping is by helping d court wat he knows…..

Shravan: Your honour….as I mentioned…Mr. Vineet…my client nd Mr. Rohit r business partners….so if Mr. Vineet has been murdered….nd Mr. Kabir hanged on d charges of his murder…then only one person will benefit from this…nd that is Mr. Rohit….after his two partners r dead…he would hve all d company….to himself…..

Suman: Mr. Malhotra..ur theory is really impressive….my client…Mr. Rohit would get all d company to himself if his two partners r dead…but this is a fact which everybody knows…we r here to prove who is d murderer…nd by now u hve been able to present only theories nd stories to d court…no real evidence…..but I hve an evidence to show …that ur client has his fingerprints on d murder weapon….how it got there…y….that’s a story to deal wid…but going by d present situation we just know…that d first finger which can be pointed…would be at ur client.. Not mine….

D case goes on… Next date is provided by d court which is 2 weeks after….

Shravan nd Suman both come out of d court…. They both r talking to some lawyers…nd some ppl around them…but both of them know that they really want to talk to each other..know each other’s point of view…. so they move towards each other….

Shravan: Sit in my car…I will drop u home….
Without a question Suman does so….

Shravan: So Ms. Suman kashyap….do u really think u r on d right side…. I really don’t think so…I know my client is not a murderer….as u said…I hve my theories…but I will find solid proofs soon…nd prove that Rohit is d murderer….
Suman talks to Shravan calmly…
Suman: Look Shravan u may hve ur theories but even I hve mine…nd its nothing like ur theories can never be wrong….u were proved wrong in our first encounter also….
Shravan looks a bit angry at this..
Shravan: I was proved wrong d first time…I accept that….but u must also remember…that I chose d path of defeat to let d truth win…u must also remember that I don’t support crime…or injustice…. A man’s eyes cannot be mistaken twice…mind cannot be manipulated when it already has identified d mistake….nd it’s nothing like ur theories will also be right every time….u can also be wrong…..

Suman: Look Shravan we both think we r right…we both hve our own reasons….so let’s not talk abt it till d case gets over…let’s try to be as professional we can…nd let us not let it affect wat we hve outside d court….

They reach Suman’s house…Shravan is still angry at her so he just leaves her nd goes….meanwhile Suman stands there sad..nd goes to her house after some time….

Its evening….they both r thinking abt each other….recalling their moments…
Suman: Shravan I knew…it was meant to happen some day…when our opinions would clash…after all we met wid a clash…so how would life let us forget it so easily…its just that I don’t want u to lose this time…but wat can I do… I know my client is not a murderer….

Meanwhile Shravan is also thinking abt Suman nd d case..
Shravan: I don’t know y did it happen…I mean when we thought we were on d same paths….our paths split…we went on different ways…
